"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"Although the area was a bit sketchy at night with the super 8 being next door..Ramada made sure we had a good stay..the room had wooden like floors rather than carpet which is awesome..the beds were lifted off the ground also great..and the room smelled nice and clean..the grounds area was also nice and clean..overall it was a great stay.."

"This place is a gem. We came through San Antonio for the eclipse. Most lodging had jacked up prices to absurd levels. Not Pinn Road. For well under $100 we got a room with a kitchenette. It was clean and well stocked. Everything worked well and the shower pumped out all the hot water you could want. The staff was fabulous. She took care of our very late arrival, and gave us her parking spot because the lot was full up. If you need to stay near Lackland (I understand they graduate multiple...

The TV remote did not work, I even changed the battery provided by the front desk and it still did not work. No new remote was provided even though I informed the front desk within minutes of me checking in. I notified the manager the morning of check out to the manager about the situation, in the two days I stayed for a work related I did not use the TV bc I was not able to control it and had to...
