"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"The property was nice. The room was very clean. Front desk person was friendly. 4 stars because for some reason we were given a handicap room. This presented a few challenges for me. LOL. The "closet" was a low hanging bar (for someone is a wheel chair). It made my long dress lay on the floor. I could not figure how to change the shower water from the hose to the wall shower head. I ended up holding the hose shower head. Hubby figure out how to divert the water to the wall when he got in the...
