"My family had this house built when Massanutten first opened back in the early 70’s. Started the build in 1973 moved in 1974 and sold in 2004. It was a girls weekend to go to some of the wineries and breweries. The house has plenty of room for large groups and has a ping pong and pool tables. Great to be able to stay in the house once again and remember 30 years of wonderful memories my family had in the house. Would definitely recommend this house."

"My wife and I spent a weekend at this awesome Chalet. It is situated on a prestine meadows overlooking the mountain. It has enough accommodation at least 6. The whole leaving room has windows wall to wall with the view of the mountain. You will love the sunshine in the morning. The amenities in the house meticulously organized. "Our family had a great weekend at the Luxury Moose. Based on the photos and information the house was everything we expected. We cooked meals in and had everything we needed. The pots and skillets were of nice quality as well as the appliances. Sitting around the fire pit for hours each day was our favorite family time. The fire pit is very cool and the guys loved making and keeping the fire going. Loved the warm lodge feel! Trip was way to fast, but we definitely will plan to return!"

"Thank you Asad and Erika, my fiance and I had an amazing few days on top of the beautiful mountains. The house was beautiful, very clean, fully stocked, and I enjoyed the adorable Bear theme through out the home, so many details! So inviting, warm and even had a beautiful piano. There was various games and activities in the home, not to mention about 15 minutes from downtown! Great location! We enjoyed the amazing views, and the peace! We even hired an amazing local photographer Joe Stein...

"First of all we do not recommend a trike bike for the trail ride. Go with two wheels. There are a few stories to tell but I wont go there. The house was great. Beautiful location! Very clean, stocked with just about everything you need. The pool wasn’t officially opened when we stayed at house but we were able to take advantage and spend our first afternoon hanging by the pool. The only suggestion I have is putting TVs in the bedrooms."

"Booked a one week stay around my birthday and had the most wonderful time at this house! Everything was exactly as advertised, and the views were magnificent from just about every window. Spent lots of time stargazing from the porch and hot tub and walking my dog around this lovely neighborhood. These incredible hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need, so much so that we cancelled many of our plans just to enjoy this property. Cannot wait to come back soon!!"

"The house was great. Lots of room, comfy beds. We hit a few shops in Culpepper, dinner at the Bavarian Chef in Madison. We had some rain so didn’t get to try out the pickle ball court."

"We booked this getaway on a whim and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the property and location was the PERFECT spot for our family of four, plus a family friend. The wood interior of the cabin is gorgeous and had all the perfect touches to make us feel right at home. All the information we needed was provided without asking and everything was a breeze.
