"The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. "When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach."

"We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬"

"We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. "The community was beautiful. Very quiet and well kept. The apartment listing was a bit deceitful as the “third bedroom” was really a small office with a sleep sofa in terrible condition! I wouldn’t want my children to sleep on it let alone an older adult. This is a two bedroom unit!!!!😡. I trash bags in any of the trash cans and the mirrors in all rooms were a smeary mess!"
