"What a great house ! Well kept, lots of space, well stocked kitchen, lots to do. Beautiful spot on the lake, so the kids paddle boarded off the dock every day. The house is loaded with games and puzzles. Very convenient to Clemson. And Matt is an awesome host - always reaching out to ensure that everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting this house again in the future."

"We had a family vacation with 8 of us and had plenty of room with ample bathrooms. The rooms were all nice size and the property had good views. The outdoor porches and deck were very nice. The rec room in the finished basement was a great place to hang out when we not on the water. the complex was well maintained and the walking path by the water was very enjoyable. The dock was very convenient and a definite plus. I would recommend this property."

"House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"I'll get the small amount of negative comments out of the at first.....the road into the the property is treacherous, especially because it was raining when we arrived. Very steep, narrow turns and tight roads. I understand that people that live in the area, like the cleaners, are used to the mountain roads, but coming from the lower part of the state, it was eye opening. "The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. "

Not THAT good as the website brings.
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. For the breakfast, I had to get 4 dirty knives before I found the first clean. Breakfast is as simple as the ones offered by half-price hotels. Nothing better because it was a Hyatt one. Mattresses are too soft. The bedroom and bathroom well renovated and very clean. "
