"Awesome well kept older country home. We stayed at the Tucker Family Farm for two (2) nights for the GHSA High School Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. It is about 15 minutes from Broyles Boat Ramp, 15 minutes from Lake Hartwell Fishing and Marine Store and about 25 minutes from the Tugaloo State Park Mega Ramp. The cottage has a covered free-standing carport to keep a single boat covered from the weather and two (2) outdoor receptacles (75 foot power cord needed) for charging your boat....

"Bess is a wonderful host, providing kind and generous hopitality, and quickly responds to any questions that may arise. Duck Farm is a cozy, clean, and comfortable house peacefully and privately nestled in a wooded setting, with the duck pond just steps away from the front door. The beds are very comfortable, and every room in the house is completely furnished with every possible thing a guest would need and want. It was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the Greenville area."

"First it’s a really nice place. Grass needing cutting when we arrived on Monday.Next day informed owner we we’re having a graduation cook out on Thursday anyway it could get completed by then (said on his list. "The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. Not THAT good as the website brings.
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. For the breakfast, I had to get 4 dirty knives before I found the first clean. Breakfast is as simple as the ones offered by half-price hotels. Nothing better because it was a Hyatt one. Mattresses are too soft. The bedroom and bathroom well renovated and very clean. "
