"We enjoyed our time! The home was very clean and well stocked. Its beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We would love to stay again, except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While everything is impeccably done it’s very important that mattresses are comfortable! Putting memory foam on top of bad mattresses does not make for comfort. It’s our only complaint because everything else was so perfect!"

"Several old high school friends from 50 years ago got together for a long weekend and to attend shrimp fest. One of the friends has lived down here for the past 45 years. The trip was a lot of fun and we could not have asked for a better property than this one! Location was perfect and so close to the beach! "We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"My sister & I stayed here while visiting our parents, who are in an Assisted Living facility. The house is clean, spacious, and easily accessible for our parents, who use walkers. Loved the kitchen, which was quite well equipped, and large enough for 2 people to work in. We loved the upstairs porch!! Easy and interesting walk into town."

"We stayed a full week in this beautiful condo. Perfect view of the beach with beautiful sunrises and the moon shining over the ocean at night. The bacony was a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and all sorts of ambient lighting. Roku tv was a big bonus. Loved it here and can't wait to return!"

"The place was simple, clean, and a great location. Management was very responsive. The pool was a bit cold, but that was not unexpected for an early Spring Break. So nice having the pool a few feet away and the beach just down the boardwalk. It was a great location and a wonderful vacation."
