Cozy clean property short walk to downtown
By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!

Wonderful spot
Host was quickly available to answer questions/meet our needs. Cute home, easy walking distance to river walk and downtown. Gorgeous historic homes in this neighborhood. Eye candy on all your walks!

Great place, great location
Beautiful, quaint apartment right in the heart of Historic Wilmington. My daughter and I loved it! She's 7 and we were easily able to walk to downtown. apt. had every amenity we needed. Quick and excellent communication with the host.

Great location, cute spot
Really cool old building in the historic district, if you love looking at old homes this area is perfect for you! Very nice to be able to park in back. Owners very responsive.

Cute place in downtown Wilmington!!
Had a quick stay here and loved it! It’s a very charming little condo in downtown. We were super close to the river walk and all the restaurants and shopping! The host had great communication and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear and easy. We liked that there was a private entrance and parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a visit to downtown Wilmington!

Great Place
This was a great little place to use as our home base for our mother daughter get away. We walked downtown and explored and used Ubers to explore everything else Wilmington has to offer. Very clean and private. I was thankful for the off street parking available.

We fell in love with this charming and comfortable apartment! Just beautiful and in a beautiful location! The veranda was perfect for morning coffee and late night conversations. Great place to stay!
This place was perfect to stay at for a concert at Live Oak Pavillion. 6 minute Uber ride down the street and we actually walked back after the concert and it was perfect. The unit we stayed in was very cute and comfortable. Would def recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
