Oh SO sorry! Your disappointment is something we will have to live with-unfortunately we just can’t make everybody happy! We will continue to try though…The brand new smoke detector is installed behind the brand new TV & not visible unless searched for. Thanks for your honest if not severe review!

This on top of the late hour, unavailable staff, and the information not readily accessible to you via the site all added up to this issue.
