O quarto é muito bom. A única coisa positiva a dizer! Os funcionários extremamente antipáticos. Somente o rapaz responsável pela academia foi muito simpático e educado. Nos impressionou que o atendimento seja feito por gente tão despreparada para o serviço de hotelaria. Este é um negócio muito específico e nele as pessoas precisam estar treinadas para lidar com gente, algo que evidentemente não acontece com este pessoal. Sobre outros aspectos: A internet é lamentável. Não tem café da manhã e tampouco estacionamento. Tudo isto deve ser pago a parte e os preços são elevados. Já ficamos nesta viagem em outros hotéis onde os funcionários eram muito educados e atenciosos, tinhamos academia de ginástica em ambiente agradável e saudável. Em um dos hotéis fomos recebidos com agua no quarto, chá, café ou chocolate à vontade na entrada e nos entregaram um kit de viagem na saída....uma das gentilezas que com certeza nos fará voltar a esse hotel. Tudo isto a preços melhores que os praticados aqui. O estacionamento era pago, mas tinhamos manobrista e não ficava em um lugar difícil.de estacionar como aqui. Outra coisa a mencionar....ar condicionado velho e sem higienizar ha muito tempo.

It took 15 of running the water to get hot water for my shower and even though my ac was set at 68 the room temp never got below 71 even after a call to maintenance.

Comfortable boutique hotel with easy parking ($45 per day) but has unlimited in and out privileges, easy access from garage to room totally indoors so no worries about moving bags in bad weather. Beds comfortable, bathrooms modern, reasonably priced accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay at Glover Park Hotel. The staff were nice and even allowed me to check in early. My main issue was that the restaurant’s kitchen closed down an hour before the restaurant did, but that information was not made available until I showed up for dinner. However the bartender was very nice and the service was great. Also, the walls are a little thin but nothing that could disturb my sleep. Overall, I recommend this property. Well priced and great location, with easy access to public transport.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Very roomy, clean rooms, quiet and relaxing stay. It was very close to downtown Georgetown with lots of breakfast/dining/shopping options. Bar inside hotel was great! Bartenders were very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

I arrived at 2:30 - earlier than the 4pm check-in. I was informed my room was not ready I continued to stop by the front desk for an update and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes; then another 30 minutes. I understand I was early in my arrival - but other guests arriving after me - were given a room - so why wasn’t I given one of those rooms? I voiced my disappointment to the staff who clearly couldn’t give me a valid response other than my room was being prepared. I was also exposed to two customers waiting endlessly for their Enterprise rental vehicles and who were displeased with their service as well. I won’t be staying here again.

I stayed for 3 days, never had housekeeping come. I asked for towel, the man had an attitude with me. Otherwise the place was great. I always tip housekeeping, not this time

First-- it smells WONDERFUL -- in the lobby and the hallways. Our room was quite spacious and the bathroom was an impressive and eco friendly use of space. It was quiet and we had a pretty view. The staff was very friendly . I would absolutely stay here again.

We chose the Glover Park Hotel for the location, which fit the needs of our short DC trip (supermarkets, pharmacies, coffeeshops nearby with good public transport). Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of outlets to charge your tech. Otherwise, cannot recommend this hotel. Wifi is patchy at best, front desk staff don't seem to know what they're doing and don't seem to care (it took us four separate tries to get keys that work for our room door), and the bathrooms are tiny with weak water pressure. Cleaning is only every other day, and this is an old hotel with evidently less money put in for maintenance (rusting door hinges, peeling paint are just left on show).

Clean, modern and tasteful with a surprisingly good restaurant. We chose to eat there twice and were not disappointed! Hotel and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was nice with a modern flair. Bathroom maybe on the smaller side but fine. The bedroom floor was plank flooring rather than carpet (I actually prefer carpet but that's just me and not a big deal). The only negative was a rather loud ventilation system that - for me - was more noticeable than acceptable white noise levels. I would return to the Glover Park Hotel if knew that the noise was exclusive to our room as this is a nice hotel.

Superb customer service. It's located in a very nice area, however it is pretty far from museums and downtown area. Even though it was clean it can definitely use updating! Especially the bathrooms. The beds were super comfy.
