totally recommend!
we stayed here with family/friends for a sport event. our stay was super great. the littlest things means alot. we appreciate the coffee corner, the towels, extra toilet paper and more. thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Great experience
I was in town for an educational conference and looking for a place to stay for the week. I looked at this versus staying at the hotel so I could have privacy and the comforts of home for me, my daughter and her guests. The home was beautiful, well furnished, well maintained and in a nice quiet neighborhood. While there we had an issue with the internet one day likely due to the weather. The property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. I would definitely stay here again while in Virginia Beach.

Great Stay with Plenty of Room
Homey, roomy, comfortable Townhouse, with wonderful amenities. the coffee maker, k-cups, tea, and pecan swirls are a nice touch. The community pool is a short walk from the home, it was very refreshing on a hot 4th of July week. Communication was good, although we had no need to contact the host aside from check-in and out procedures. That was clear and detailed. Would stay again and recommend to others.

WARM AND INVITING HOME
THE DECORATION ALONE WAS MOST INVITING. YOU FELT LIKE YOU WERE IN YOUR OWN HOME. VERY COMFORTABLE AND MY 86 YR OLD MOTHER LOVED IT. IT WAS CLEAN AND VERY ACCOMONDATING

Where we stayed was a great location, it was quiet. Everything we wanted to do was close. The malls the entertainment centers, the beach it was very nice. My grands enjoyed themselves, overall it was good. Looking forward to my next vacation.👍🏽

Great house!
I rented this house with my friend and music parter as a mini vacation/rehearsal space. It was perfect for what we needed - lots of space, close to the beach, mall, and lots of restaurants and stores. May want to bring some extra knives or cookware if you're planning to cook a lot.

Great Stay with Plenty of Room
Great stay, only 20 minutes from the beach. 4 rooms and two bathrooms are plenty for a big group of people. The house can use some minor updates and repairs, but a great value for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! It is a lovely home with an amazing, kind and helpful host. Community pool was a nice bonus, if you love to read the host has so many wonderful books to pick from. Thank you for hosting my family.

Daughter’s wedding in Virginia.
My family and I needed a home that would accommodate 8 people for my daughter’s wedding in downtown Norfolk. It was a beautiful home, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Also easily accessible to local stores. This made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

Group of friend on road trip on motorcycles stayed at lovely home. Stay was perfect. Clean home and few miles from beach on motorcycles. Check-in was easy. Nice two level home with deck for grilling.

Property just as listed. We were visiting Virginia Beach for my daughter’s cheer competition. I Great neighborhood and the place was clean and comfortable. Amenities were accommodating. Our only complaint was the unreliable and lagging internet ,internet and living room tv not working properly.

What are you Waiting for? Book Now!
This home was our home away from home for the weekend! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were just visiting for my daughter track meet. Great location and the property felt so cozy! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again the next time we travel to Virginia Beach! The owner is very nice and responsive!

Lovely home that worked perfectly for our family gathering. Large living area, room for nine to eat together, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We had one minor problem and the owner called right away. Nice book selection and some board games.

Great Virginia Beach Property!
My husband and I took our kids (4 & 5) to Virginia beach for a week. The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within a 2-15 minute drive. The beach was 15 minutes away and we enjoyed hanging out at the ocean front. The townhouse was extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. It was so nicely decorated. There was enough room for everyone. We had some issues with the WiFi. We couldn't use our tablets and stream the TV at the same time. But it worked out because we were usually on the run going somewhere. Overall it was a great vacation and Sophia's rental made it a special experience. If it wasn't so hot we would have used the backyard more but at least we had access to the community pool!

This was a beautiful home. Only 15 min from the oceanfront and owners were absolutely amazing! We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and bedroom closet they came right over and fixed them in no time. Very relaxing we would for sure stay again.

VA Bch Anniversary celebration Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay in Virginia Beach this year. This townhouse was 15 minutes away from Virginia Beach and most other attractions, and had all other accommodations close by in her area. The house was nicely decorated and had a very nice outdoor entertainment area as well. I would give it a 9 out of 10!

Great space for a family get together
We met up with our adult children for a week in Virginia Beach. The house is well laid out for several couples to stay together. The kitchen is well stocked and we really enjoyed the opportunity to use the outdoor patio as well. The owner was extremely responsive to two minor issues we had during our stay. This is not a beach house, but we visited 4 different beaches - all under 30 minutes from the house. We also took several trips to Virginia landmarks and museums while there.

My family spent the holiday at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us the quality time we wanted with our family. The property was easy to find and there was plenty of room to accommodate us. I enjoyed being able to prepare dinner and being able to have a home away from home.

My family and I (8 people) stayed over the Christmas holidays and appreciated the Christmas decorations and tree! We were comfortable and felt we had plenty of room. The outdoor patio area was a nice surprise. The appliances are updated. However, the home could use more coffee mugs, flatware, and dishes. For a family of 8, we did not have enough to go around. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the home suited our needs.

Great property and owner was very helpful. There wasn't an ironing board on site. I inquired about one and it's brought over immediately. Location was great about 15 or so minutes from airport. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral but enjoyed what we could.

Explore the Virginia Beach Area at an Affordable Accommodation
My husband, myself, son, daughter-in-law and 2 small grandchildren decided to take a car trip to explore the Virginia Beach area as a place to consider relocationg too. It was a quickly planned trip during COVID19 and we knew we needed to be safe while traveling and wanted to do it as economically as possible. This property fit our requirements. It was clean and welcoming and provided easy access to explore the area, shopping is convenient and a 15 minute car ride to the beautiful area beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful with any inquiries. She provides some welcoming treats, wine, coffee and tea on the counter top. The townhouse is located in a livable neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
