We have stayed here with our family of three for multiple years and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. You are in close proximity to all the main locations on the island, and in our opinion, the best restaurants on the island. Ron is extremely helpful and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year! We love staying here!! It is a home away from home!!

La Casita Stay
Can't say enough about the property. Beautiful!! Very spacious and loved the lay out. Enjoyed the back deck area to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Also, enjoyed watching the island habitats (horses, goats, iguana's, roosters & chickens) roam around. The property is centrally located to all the beaches on the island. Which all are beautiful. Especially appreciate having our car guy (Andre) meet us at the airport and escort us to the property. We were met by our wonderful host Ron who gave us a tour of the property and recommendations to the best beaches to relax and snorkel and the best places to eat on the island. None disappointed. The wife fell in love with the house and said she doesn't want to stay anywhere else when we come back. We highly recommend this beautiful house and plan to return next year.

Beautiful villa provided with anything useful for a perfect stay. Amazing garden, very quiet area close to Isabel II town, where the majority of supermarkets, shops and restaurants are found. Excellent communication with the keeper, Ron, who daily texted us about events and/or our stay there. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect family getaway
Beautiful property with large accommodations. This place has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Horses walk by every day adding a special moment to share with family. Close to everything you need. We had a great time. Thanks!

This home was exactly what we wanted and had everything we needed for our family of 4, for a 10 day visit to Vieques. Ron, the property manager, answered any questions we had, kept us informed of special events and took care of any issues we had. Staying at this home had us dreaming of owning our own home on the island!

the perfect vacation hub
this spot is fantastic! all of the creature comforts of home with a little twist of Vieques! its central location on the island provides easy transportation to just about anywhere in 15min or less. and the heated outdoor shower is perfect after a day of sandy adventures. Ron and Rhonda(who manage the property) were fantastic and there to help and inform us of what to expect and what the must see spots are. we cannot wait to come back here. 10/10!

beautiful property and location-
Vieques is rugged and beautiful-The property and location is lovely. Huge yard with tropical NW breezes. Easy access anywhere in town. Accessing a rental vehicle from locals was relatively easy and affordable-way to go! This is a place for beach goers and naturalists. Areas of improvement- large gate to enter property should be replaced as well as deck to enter outdoor shower. It might also be a good idea to improve cookware- though toaster oven worked great.

Family Vacation
We had an excellent stay. The house was just perfect for us. Rooms were spaceous and kitchen had everything that we needed. It has all the gear needed for a perfect beach day (chairs and coolers). Patio was nice and well maintained. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent or buy insect killer spray.

The location is nice - you WILL need a car
The property manager, Ron, was very courteous and helpful (for a fee he drove us from the ferry to the rental car location.) The house was as advertised and had a beautiful view. It's a small island and it was nice to be central to all the tourist spots. The only major negative was the neighbor's guard dog barked from 9-2am one night and the next night from 2am-5am which left for little sleep. The beach chairs, coolers, and full kitchen were helpful. Bring your own toiletries (they do have a few travel bottles of body soap,) but there were bath and beach towels available.

Very nice!
I really enjoyed this property. We had everything we needed, things worked well and liked the openness of the rooms. Ron, the property manager was great and checked in on us a couple of times. I liked all of the trees and flowers on the property and it was well kept. It was fairly quiet compared to the place we had in Esperanza previously. It was located close to everything we wanted to do. Great place for us!

Overall Stay
The house was very clean and neat which pleased me and my friends as we’re very picky people lol. The house manager was polite and getting into contact with the owner was easy and quick. I do recommend getting a car and booking one around the time you book your trip as they book up quickly (we learned that fast lol). It’s definitely easy to get around on foot but with the location of the house it’ll be easier to drive if going to one of the beaches or into town. But once in town or at one of the beaches, walking is quite convenient. Lots of mosquitoes but proper bug spray & bug zapper (in house) are very helpful. Overall stay was 10/10!

Centrally located, fully supplied
I was very impressed with how well the house was setup. We had everything we needed, aside from groceries. There were beach chairs, tumblers for drinks, games...you name it. The air conditioning is much appreciated if you aren’t acclimated to the heat, but there are plenty of Caribbean breezes to keep you cool as well. The sleeping arrangements were also very accommodating for my family (husband and I plus 4 teenagers). Additionally, the outdoor shower was a nice feature so we weren’t all waiting on the one inside. Get some real bug spray with deet though bc the mosquitos can be quite annoying while you’re trying to enjoy the sun deck in the backyard - we spent lots of time out there relaxing and admiring the ocean views. Only unwelcoming thing we experienced is the next door neighbors have several outside dogs - and one that had just had a litter of playful puppies that like to cue up at night and howl at the moon LOL. They are guard dogs and very protective, but started to warm up to us and didn’t feel the need to bark as much after the first few days. At the same time, we appreciated them protecting their family, and they very much minded their owners. Other than that the central location of the neighborhood makes it very convenient to get to anywhere you need to go. Plenty of restaurants and beaches close by (within 10 mins on a golf cart). Property caretakers were highly responsive and kept in communication to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family spot
Centrally located simple home comfortable for a family. We were 4 adults and 2 kids for several weeks. Close to the best supermarket on the island. Semi-rural location with a big yard--a car is mandatory. Halfway-up the slope catches the breeze--we didn't use any AC in Dec/Jan. The outdoor shower is great--keeps the beach sand out of the house, and it's a joy to shower outside! I didn't consider it when booking, but I should have!
