We will be back!
It was the first time for us on Tybee Island, and we loved everything about it. Our condo was exactly as it was described, and Debra was very easy to communicate with when we had issues or questions. The bathroom is small but has a wonderful walk-in shower. I was very glad I had purchased a hanging toiletry bag for all my skincare products; otherwise, there would have been very little storage. This was the perfect location for the pool, beach, and biking. If we come back to Tybee, we'll definitely want to rent this condo again.

Week get away
Nice and cozy. Washing machine did not work. The table on the deck needs to be replaced and the 2 chairs on the deck could be updated. Not very comfortable. Other than that very nice.

Great Location
The property was in a great location. Very quiet and laid back area. Tybee is a great place to vacation and easy to get into Savannah. Will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway
Relaxing location, nice pool and only steps away from the beach. Not near the downtown area, so you need transportation. Quick trip to/from Savannah Airport

Tybee Island Condo
The condo is GREAT for 2 people. Enjoyed the view from our balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. There were 2 items that could have made our stay better. 1. LOW water pressure in the shower. I did not attempt to wash my hair as there was minimal pressure. 2. You can only watch 1 channel on the TV located in the bedroom. Other than the above, we enjoyed Tybee Island to the fullest.

Perfect for two
Great little place for the two of us. Enjoyed our time at the beach, was great to have the chairs available. Easy access to Tybee & downtown Savannah only 20 minutes away.

It’s miss leading
The view of the pool is great but not much of an ocean view like ad says. It’s not on the ocean side it’s the bay.

I have truthfully represented the property. The property is on North Beach with a waterview that looks out on the Bay. If you read everything before you book it's all there.

Annual Mother Daughter Trip
Beautiful location with water view. Beside pool but yet very quiet. Condo was a little dated but didn’t bother us because it was very clean, bed was very comfortable too. Looking forward to staying again next year. FYI Debra was very responsive to all my questions prior to our trip. Thank you Debra for an amazing vacation!

Tybee's little gem
My wife and I decided to get away a moments notice, and we were lucky to find this condo on Tybee Island...the condo was very warm and inviting of course now that we were pleased with our stay, we are sure to return for a longer stay...just steps from the beach, it seems to be the dolphins playground...

Great place for kids
The condo had everything we needed. Beach location was nice (you cannot use a beach buggy) We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats & ships. Furniture is uncomfortable & being located right by the pool & parking lot, it is noisy. Plenty of parking! Owner was quick to answer questions.

Beautiful, clean, very efficient use of space. Comfortable except the bed was firmer that we are used to. Shower excellent for movement handicapped husband. And poolside who could do better than that. Thanks again.

Found it difficult to get around as we had no car and walking was difficult. Not much in the way of restaurants on north beach within walking distance

Unit was fine. I do recommend owner spend about $200 and replace TV with new 32". Recliner tough to operate. Recommend 2 keys. At check in location I called number on contract kept saying number no longer in service. Tricky getting key out of lock box

Stay was okay!
First time to Tybee Island so was excited to go to a new beach. Property is an older property and I should have done better research as you could only see the beach from the right side of the porch. Also, the coffee maker needs to be replaced as it leaked as old coffee makers can do. Loved learning the history of the island though and climbing the lighthouse.

Perfect Location
We loved our visit. Very comfortable dwelling. Location was perfect. Right next to the pool walkway to beach. Great view from the balcony. Tybee is wonderful little town. No highrise condos etc... Several awesome restaurants with great seafood.

Enjoyed the quieter side of the island..
Perfect for just us two. One cool thing the city does that impressed us, the pre-paid parking is valid city wide. If you want to eat at one spot, drink at another, then shop at another, one parking reciept is all you need, good all over until time is used up. The only bad part was, and there are notifications, is to control your kids. You see, we wait and save up all year too for our vacation. We don't want to hear your little darlings cry and whine and scream at the pool and everywhere else. If they're unhappy for whatever reason, kindly remove them from the enviornment, it's really not fair for us all to suffer (and eventually leave) because you're deaf to their constant wailing. Be considerate of other guests please. Unfortunately, for this reason, we won't be back.

Great place to relax
Although the property needs updating it worked for a short getaway for my husband and I. There was a nice view of the pool and the ocean and we enjoyed time on the balcony in the evening. It had what we needed for rest and relaxation. The location was great for us but not great if you like to be in the center of all the action. Love that the beach was not crowded!

Perfect Getaway
We had an amazing time on Tybee and at the savannah racket club. Condo had everything we needed and the property was beautiful! Our favorite spot was definitely the pool. Definitely plan to rebook in the future.

Girls Trip
This was a trip with my niece, and we loved the convenience of the beach access and the pool. We felt safe being in a gated community. The condo was perfect it had all we needed for our trip having a dishwasher was really a plus for a compact space many of the ones I looked at didn’t have that nice feature. The biggest surprise was the sunsets! I usually vacation on the panhandle of Florida where the sunsets are breathtaking so it was amazing that where this condo is that you get actual beautiful sunsets!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Well-stocked. Everything we needed was included. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the pool. Just a few steps to the bay front. Close to beachfront and numerous restaurants. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great little condo would recommend for any couple wanting a get away.
Property was well kept and in a good location on the North Shore. Make sure you know this is the Channel not actual Ocean on the North Side. My wife and I prefer it to the crowds on the other end and the actual Ocean.
