Paula, We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! As far as the queen beds are concerned, some guests say they are too soft and some say they are too hard. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and thanks for staying with us.

We are not sure what you mean by clean up outdoor toys because other than the boats and Adirondack chairs and firewood, we don’t have any outdoor toys. It says that we do not supply linens and towels twice in our listing under description and under bed description. It is also written in our contract in red and in our check in instructions. We advice our future guests to please read our listing, contract, and instructions thoroughly.

We state on our check-in instructions to let us know if anything is broken, unclean, etc. We pride ourselves on offering a wonderful vacation experience as can be seen by our great reviews. The community where the house is located is the largest in the Poconos. Demographically the crime rate is actually lower than average given the amount of people that live in the community.
