Funcionários muito mal educados e prestaram um péssimo serviço A piscina externa estava fechada e na interna não era permitido o uso para crianças. Não houve nenhum auxílio com as nossas bagagens. O check out estava previsto para as 11:00h, às 11:05h um funcionário do hotel foi ao nosso quarto de maneira muito rude saber quando iríamos deixar o hotel.

Localização fantástica, pois o hotel dispoe de entrada privativa para o mar morto. Café da manha MUITO confuso, com área de serviço inadequada para a quantidade de pessoas. Funcionários mal educados; acabamentos dos quartos e do hotel são ruins. A localização é fantástica, pois realmente a janela do quarto vemos de amplo o mar morto. A não ser pela localização, não ficaria de novo.

Good hotel (although it needs refurbishment) and well locates. Staff is not very friendly. Fully of groups (specially seniors), so breakfast and dinner is not a pleasant time. There’s no options for meals and the value for it is overpriced.

Já estou com saudades!!!
A experiência foi única. Além da paisagem natural ser maravilhosa, posso afirmar que o customer service do Crowne Plaza é diferenciado, os quartos muito bonitos, limpeza impecável, programação de entretenimento muito agradável, alimentação bem diversificada para atender os costumes locais e de outras culturas. Adorei! Recomendo a todos de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei.

Could have been better
Very nice hotel. Good acomodations, nice food. However reception staff was pretty bad. Check in was terrible. Took us more than an hour to get to our room. Lady at receptions was probably having a bad day. Unfortunately!

Hotel bonito e bem localizado. Péssimo serviço.
A estadia foi regular. A localizacão do hotel é perfeita. Porém, a academia fecha as 18:30, muito cedo. Além disso, muito pouca infraestrutura para treino. A comida do restaurante é péssima.

We were given a room which was old and run down. Furniture was falling apart. It didn't look at all like the pictures on your website. We complained and were moved to a much better room on a high floor. Dinner on Thursday was terrible. The food was not fresh. Breakfast is ok. Dinner on Friday night was great. The sulfur pool is not included. It's an extra charge at this hotel. Convenient beach access. Nice beach. Nice pools. Great views from the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe not even a 4 star...

The Hotel is okay. Pretty clean and we could enjoy our stay. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, the selection of food relativ to the size/price of the hotel was poor. Parking space is a huge problem!! Only 20 parking places for a couple hundred guests, very very bad.

The hotel was too crowded. Will avoid peak times in future as barely a square foot to move in the swimming pool. Paid a lot of money and did not fully enjoy because the hotel was overcrowded.

We got a room on the top floor (12) and our room was perfect! Amazing view of Dead Sea from the balcony. Sunrise was absolutely gorgeous. Bed with huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and convenient. Dinner and breakfast buffet where good. Staff seems to be in training and was not super helpful. Pool and beach are very nice. Unfortunately it close very early. I think best time to enjoy pool when sun is down. Please consider keeping it open longer.

We ask king bed boy got to small beds , In the bathroom, the floors are broken and the toilet does not work. Old elevators that get stuck. Overall an unpleasant experience

Motel was good clean perfect location Staff was horrible felt like we was a bother everything we asked got stated at and very very cold

Great experience overall
Overall nice experience, there a place for improvement in maintenance and customer service in the upper level. The employee are very kind all around this hotel
