Adoramos o hotel, check in e check out muito rapido, quarto com camas confortaveis, bom tamanho, bom cafe da manha, estacionamento gratis, proximo da estacao de trem para Zermatt, excelente atendimento das portuguesas que trabalham no hotel.

Hotel fácil
Hotel muito bacana. Check-in muito fácil. O hotel é confortável e tem sauna e jacuzzi. O hotel é perto da estação de trem para pegar o transporte para Zermatt. Também tem restaurante e supermercado próximo. Bom café da manhã! O quarto não estava muito limpo... Mas não compromete a estadia.

Muito bom
Tudo muito bom. Única observação: aquecimento do quarto não funcionou. Passamos frio de noite. Reclamei na recepção e a explicação foi que o controle de temperatura é centralizado para todo o hotel (!). Absurdo. Não podem esperar que a temperatura confortável para um hóspede sueco seja a mesma para um brasileiro. Perderam a nota 10 porque economizaram no custo do aquecimento.

Os funcionários bastante atenciosos e simpaticos. Hotem muito proximo às estações (acesso aos trens). Bom café da manhã. Há vários funcionários falando portugues!

Perfeito !
Acredito que quem pensar em ir a Zermatt pode ficar extremamente satisfeito como fiquei. Tasch é uma vila com tudo que vc precisa e muito mais em conta que Zermatt. O hotel fica exatamente em frente a estação, onde tem transfers para Zermatt de 20 em 20 min, o café da manhã foi muito bom, o quarto bem confortavel, não tive nada a reclamar. O hotel também oferece jacuzzi e sauna, mas não tivemos tempo para aproveitar isso. O pessoal fala português, o que também ajuda muito. A comida do restaurante também é excelente! Vale a pena !!!!

Check-in was quick and easy, and room was bigger than expected, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room to store / lock things; a side-door to an outside terrace with a table and chairs, and a great shower with plenty of pressure and warm water. Bed was cozy, and smart TV was new and viewing choices were abundant in several languages. The restaurant was usually busy, but they always found a table quickly for me (would recommend making reservations though). Service from the restaurant staff was excellent - friendly, attentive, quick, and helpful. Elvira was so helpful and friendly - as was most of the staff. I had dinner there all three nights, and was never disappointed. The soups, appetizers - and, in particular, the pizzas, were delicious - which was perfect after a day of exhausting skiing. Lastly, the location of the Matterhorn Inn couldn't be better. They are located less than 1 minute (right across the street) from the Täsch rail station. Will definitely return!

Pros: proximity of train station, parking, cleanliness easy check in Cons,: noise, unbearable noise starting at 7am rolling delivery carts for nearly an hour, Also construction in the room above, Room was really small circa 2 m wide, bed uncomfortable . Between jet lag and amount of noise in the morning not a good experience.

A walking distance from the station as we wanted to visit Zermatt and take the Glacier Express. The hotel was very convenient, clean and the room was spacious for two people. We loved the balcony and the view! We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. Staff was courteous (as we only speak Spanish/English) and make the exception for an early check-in. Thank you! 🙏

We had a great stay here. Very walkable small town with easy transportation into Zermatt (shuttle train departs every 20 mins or so). Room was very clean. Staff was kind enough to hold our luggage on check out day so we could go into Zermatt comfortably.

Nice stay
Room is quite small but we have a big veranda. USB charger would be better if it is next to bed than under the TV. Very convenient as train to Zermatt is just across the road, Coop and Migros grocery stores right next to it, beautiful surroundings, free car park. I support eco friendly stuff but I think they do need to give enough coffees, teas and milk for the stay, and also top up tissues and toilet roll for the stay. We don’t ask for any room cleaning service but we have to ask for the supplies. They are not the only hotel we have to ask for supplies, many of the hotels we stayed in this trip have to do the same. It’s inconvenience as we either have to go to the counter or catch the cleaners as there’s no room phones, some hotel do but not connected!! Overall it’s a good stay.

The staff was rude and the frint desk was rarely attended by a employee of the hotel. For these prices we received very little. Totally not worth the money and could not in good conscience recommend this property to anyone.

Location of hotel across from train shuttle to Zermatt is super convenient. Easy to park car, check in and go to Zermatt without luggage. Good breakfast also. Very clean hotel with updated plugs, perhaps newly renovated? HIghly recommend this hotel.

Fin morgen buffet. Rengøring i top Centralt beliggende, tæt på togbane til Zermat og mange udflugts muligheder. God og serviceminded personale. Hyggelig bar God mad Vi kommer igen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, liegt direkt am Shuttelzug nach Zermatt. Leider etwas laut, da direkt an der Strasse. Zimmer sehr klein, Bett war sehr bequem. Frühstück gut.
