The space
With free unlimited WIFI available throughout the house, accommodating up to 15 guests in the following bedding configuration :

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed (2 persons)
Bedroom 2 - Double bed bunk & Bunk bed (5 persons)
Bedroom 3 - Two Bunk bed (4 persons)
Living room - Two Double sofa bed (4 persons)

All three bedrooms and living room has AC. Gives you a cool breeze during summer and a warm winter.
Modern appliances including air fryer and blender.
The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ
The house features a washing machine and dryer.
The living room equipped with 65” TV's with Netflix.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
The house has front yard and backyard with BBQ which for your exclusive use.
Other things to note
Please be advised that our property has a strict NO PARTY policy, including Bucks or Bachelor parties. Our space is tailored for families and groups visiting Sydney and is not suitable for events such as Bucks weekends. Thank you for your understanding.

This unit comes with a private carport driveway for your parking convenience. Please note the internal garage is not accessible for guest use.
If your stay includes a Tuesday, kindly help us by taking out the bin.
