The studio is clean and newly built.
Unfortunately, it is situated on the corner of an intersection of a main busy street wit most windows facing WEST. Consequently, it is very noisy with motorists' vehicles travelling throughout the night, making it hard to sleep without ear plugs; the studio heated by the sun to a high temperature-even with the noisy floor fan at top speed, which could be alleviated only by opening the windows at the cost of being subject dust and noise from the street intersections. It is NOT home away from home by any means: no washer and dryer, lacking in minimum utensils and china ware, no meaningful blankets for the cold at night, etc.
