Beautiful home.
Beautiful home but it does get very hot in the room. It is quite small. Seemed bigger on the pictures. Overall was nice.

The Best VRBO by the bay!
SUPERHOST STATUS!!! From the time we got there to the time we left, everything was perfect. And it was for our anniversary/ Valentines Day. Great location, the host was very accommodating, very personable, and surprised us with how awesome this place was for the price. There was even a vase of two long stemmed roses in honor of us and Valentines day. Were definitely coming back and renting out two rooms. 5 stars aren't enough!!

As advertised. Large bedroom with private attached bath.
Owners provided small table and chairs plus an additional lounge chair. They also provided a large bottle of water ( which I used ) and coffee/tea. Noise from street is there as mentioned on other reviews. However, knowing this, I brought my sound machine, set it on low and slept great without noise ever being a factor.

Quaint Stay
The homeowner is very prompt with communicating. The room is comfortable and clean. I did notice the bathroom sink is very slow draining while running or brushing teeth, but overall experience was good. Residential parking can be crowded so don’t expect front parking as residence is located on corner of busy street. I would recommend to others and I would stay again in the future.

Stayed here the last two work weeks. Great location. Very nice safe area. Clean, very nice home. Complete privacy. Easy access, slept great. I haven't had to interact with the owners, but they seem quite approachable and accommodating. Zero complaints. Zero issues. I will stay here again.

Excellent stay!
We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive to any questions we had, the room was new, clean and comfortable and included a coffeemaker with plenty of coffee, a microwave and small refrigerator which was very convenient, along with some snacks for us to enjoy. The bathroom with large tiled shower was new and beautiful. We enjoyed being able to walk to Starbucks and also walk around the nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The room was exactly as advertised
Great room, incredible shower and accommodations were thoughtful: snacks, water, coffee maker. Only down side is road next to room is very busy. Bring ear plugs. If you like Asian food the shopping center walking distance offers an abundance of restaurants. Starbucks and pizza also located there. Overall a very nice comfortable room.

Nice Place to Stay!
Stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip. Had a little problem putting the code into the door to unlock it but the owner came right out, greeted me and showed me how to use the lock! Very laidback, clean place! Definitely would recommend!

Clean and convenient
Clean and convenient bedroom/bathroom with private entrance in a new house. If you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as there is road noise. Enjoyed my 3 week stay .

My husband and I stayed here for four nights to be near family. New construction, very clean. I wish I had that bathroom in my home! It's only a double bed but the mattress was very comfortable. We never asked about air conditioning and we probably should have because we left the windows open and you do hear the traffic. Great location.

The studio is clean and newly built. Unfortunately, it is situated on the corner of an intersection of a main busy street wit most windows facing WEST. Consequently, it is very noisy with motorists' vehicles travelling throughout the night, making it hard to sleep without ear plugs; the studio heated by the sun to a high temperature-even with the noisy floor fan at top speed, which could be alleviated only by opening the windows at the cost of being subject dust and noise from the street intersections. It is NOT home away from home by any means: no washer and dryer, lacking in minimum utensils and china ware, no meaningful blankets for the cold at night, etc.

The host was responsive and kind. Only advice I could give is having 2 sets of towels when there is 2 people staying at the location. The location was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable... this will be my go to when I stay in Silicon Valley!

Nice new place.
I enjoyed the room for my very first rental, it was convenient and clean. I felt safe and was able to sleep after multiple long days at work. The traffic noise is mainly during the day and it's quiet at night when it counts! Would stay again!

Very neat and clean studio unit
I enjoyed my stay in this very clean and modern studio unit. I love that it is separate from the main house so I could maintain my privacy. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. If I had a question they responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

4 stars but as the guests of two retired IT professionals' experience, the digital lockers is hard to open -- sometimes it needs to try 3 or more times to open, and with one event the owner on site also showed the same issues.

Clean & Serviceable
Room was similar to a nice size hotel room with comfortable double bed and bathroom. Room however was warm and stuffy and would benefit with a ceiling fan. Unable to manage temperature from room and even though our host was quite pleasant, hated having to bother her each night to lower the temperature in room. Host was very considerate of our privacy. Our room had good Wi-Fi and it’s own entrance door. There’s lots of closet space. And there is a TV and small table with 2 chairs. Room has keurig coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. You’ll need to buy water and coffee after first day since they were not replenished during our stay. Because room is situated near major road, the room is noisy during day, but fine late at night until morning.

Thank you for your comment and choosing to stay at out place. I wished you would let us know so we close the vent, then the room would stay cooler, since the other guest requested heath, we keep increasing the temperature! I am sorry the room got warm!

The home is located on a corner of a busy street so there is a lot of noise when the windows are open. I messaged the owner to turn on the a/c in the room. She didn't turn it on until the next morning about 30 minutes before I left. It'd be nice if she would just leave it on and not expect people to ask. The bed was too short for me (6'4") and my feet hung off the bed. Internet is adequate. The bathroom is very nice. There is locked door to the room that I imaging opens to the kitchen of the house. I could hear some people talking in the morning.

Beautifully Appointed...however
The price is right for the outstanding location. The interior is modern and comfortable. Beware of traffic and noise levels at commute times as the studio faces a highly trafficked roadside. With windows closed the sound was well muted, however, the room get can hot and stagnant and does not have a thermostat to control air con or heat.

Thank you for staying with us and letting us know the problems so we can improve it. I wished you let us know about the heat and we shut off the vent in the room, so it would not got hot.

This is a well-maintained, nearly brand-new apartment..
The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It had nearly everything we needed. One problem was that we purchased a toaster and its heat set off a heat/smoke alarm about 6 feet above the toaster. We moved it to the floor, some distance away. The location was great for our Sunnyvale commitments and easy to find.

Great stay
The owner clearly made an investment in the finishes in the room with wood floors, tiled bathroom, frameless shower doors, quality fixtures and new furniture. The walls were thick and a high quality heavy front door made the room quiet and secure. The room was warm and comfortable with water and snacks provided in the fridge. The owner was very kind and always accessible. Big plus that there is a Starbucks and a bakery within easy walking distance. I would stay here again.
