Our daughter’s wedding
The unit on the beach was what was beautifully expected outside. But the 1 closet was full of snorkel gear & beach things. We couldn’t hang a shirt in the closet never mind our daughter’s wedding dress. The screen on the door fell off as we 1st entered & couldn’t fix it. The decor was a bit dark & a bit worn for the cost. Most of our guests of 12 units rented were updated, white, tropical colors. Leftover spices, junk kitchen 1 drawers full, 15 coffee cups? I had to reorganize & felt the need to clean the shelves, dishes etc. to use during our stay. I did reorganize the 1 closet by putting all the beach stuff outside hidden in the bushes. Disappointed but with the organizing I did we made it work…..especially for our daughter’s wedding! It was a beautiful day, just outside our unit to the right on the water/beach front! Champagne toast, first dances & appitizers with signature cocktails on the beach then beach bar for dinner & dancing! We’d say it was a Unbelievable Success!! Thank you Shaphire Beach

Amazing condo!
Location, location, location! The photos listed in the VRBO are exactly what you can expect when staying at this property! We enjoyed our stay and Dave and Lynn have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous. We utilized the coolers and beach chairs provided and cooked almost all of our meals at the condo which saved a ton of money. Breathtaking views from our patio everyday. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. We highly recommend this unit and we will definitely return as soon as we can!

Perfect Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at Dave's place. The unit is right on the beach at Sapphire with an excellent outdoor porch, and had everything we needed. There's about 3 seating options outside, plus a beach attendant who can set up your beach chairs every day. The breakfast sandwiches at the cafe are awesome. We also really enjoyed the pizza at Paradise Pie and ended up having dinner at SeaSalt twice. Dave was super communicative and the management office was able to assist us when we arrived a little early and left a little late. We love Sapphire Beach and can't wait to come back!

Sapphire Beach Resort
Nice resort with good amenities … walk out of the main floor unit right onto the beach. Basic unit amenities were adequate. However, numerous maintenance issues: bathroom door wouldn’t close, safe didn’t work, sliding screen door wouldn’t close, furniture worn, paint needed freshening, unit needed a deep cleaning, and more linens are needed. We enjoyed our stay but attention to details would take the unit to the next level.

Fantastic Anniversary trip
My wife and I chose this property for our 10 year anniv trip. The condo was great. Sapphire beach area is well located. Close to dining. Great beaches and snorkeling within easy drive. Would very much go and stay here again.

Just what we needed
We returned to Sapphire Beach for our 30th anniversary. You step off your porch and onto the beach. It is simply beautiful. Good restaurants on site as well. Thanks Dave for one of the best getaways we've ever had.

Beautiful location
The unit was perfect. We had the most beautiful view of Sapphire Beach right out the back door. We were close to Red Hook that had lots of places to eat. Duffy’s was our favorite. The beach bar at the resort had delicious food also. Short ride to Mwhen’s Bay one of the top beaches in the world. We would highly recommend this unit and also the location.

The island, the condo, the other condo owners in that whole area, all of it, was so spectacular. Dave, the owner, was fantastic to correspond with. Very quick responses to any questions that we had, and very very accommodating. We cannot wait to go back soon!

Just as expected.
This was our second time staying at this unit on Sapphire beach, we already booked it for next year as well!! Unit is always clean, has everything you would need for making dinners at the condo and everything you would need for the beach as well, bed is very comfortable! The owner, Dave is really responsive to anything needed!

Beautiful condo! Exactly as advertised! The best part was the back porch! That view was amazing! We enjoyed breakfast from the Sapphire Beach Bar every morning while sitting on the back deck looking out at the stunning view!!!

We enjoyed the views of the beach, water and islands from our patio. Watched several beach weddings. Met folks who were passing by the patio. Convenient location for the pool and Sapphire Beach bar and pizza place. Also not far from Red Hook.

The Most Relaxing Atmosphere
This was the ideal location for our wedding stay, we had a destination wedding of 29 friends and family, all of whom rented a condo similar to this one, within a 2 min walk from each other. We had access to every amenity, including a breakfast & coffee place, a beach bar, a more upscale restaurant, snorkeling, the marina, short drive to Red Hook for entertainment and groceries, the list goes on. The view from our condo was stunning at all times, we enjoyed relaxing ocean waves and had a fabulous stay overall!

Amazing property!
Sapphire Beach is the best place to stay on St. Thomas, as the property is on the beach and the best snorkeling is just footsteps into the bay. The appliances and bathroom in the property have been updated and the condo is well-furnished and decorated. The mattress needs to be updated, but otherwise, it was a great experience! Highly recommend.

Property was as advertised. Beautiful condo just steps away from one of the best beaches in the USVI and a great snorkeling spot all rolled up in one. Honestly you do not find many accommodations so close to the beaches anywhere on USVI

Amazing location!
The condo is right on the beach and near awesome amenities! The Sapphire Beach bar and coffee shop were daily stops. The view was amazing! Getting a taxi was so easy to do! Loved my stay!

Perfection in Paradise
This was my fifth time visiting Sapphire Beach and once again it was perfect. The condo was supplied with everything we could possibly need and the king size bed was wonderful! Being in the corner unit was so nice, we really enjoyed the extra light coming In the windows. The addition of the pizza restaurant next to the Sapphire Beach Bar and Beach Buzz is great! We would totally recommend staying here and hope to be able to return to this unit again yet this year.

Location, location, location….
My wife and had the pleasure of staying at Dave & Lynn’s condo at Sapphire Beach. It definitely comes as advertised. You are literally steps away from the beautiful beach and ocean views. The end unit is close to the pool and the main beach area where you will find food and drinks. The unit itself is well equipped with everything you need - snorkeling equipment, coolers etc. as well as a full kitchen. The resort is conveniently located next to Red Hook and the ferry to St John’s. We enjoyed our morning walks around the marina and property, and especially enjoyed dining at Sudi’s - just up the hill from the marina. We look forward to coming back! Bill & Lisa

Best on the beach. Perfect location on Saphire beach! Nicely updated condo with all the amenities. Relax out on the deck of your corner unit and enjoy the sunrise! Close to all the action on the beach and the beach bar! Would recommend this unit!.

Amazing
Love sapphire beach!! The unit was beautiful and had everything you would need! The check in process was super easy. The resort itself is one of my favorite places on the planet, from the beach bar to the coral reef. We saw an octopus right out on the sapphire beach reef! If you are on the fence, book this place! You will not regret it!! Thank you Dave!

Great weeks vacation! Perfect for us to be right on the beach!
The location of the condo is amazing! Walk out on the beach anytime day or night. And building B is a short walk, 1/2 way between the pool and the beach. Beach chair service right outside the door. The taxi ride into town is short and $5 per person. Fun restaurants and great food. So fun! I was disappointed in the resort itself, which still has damage from the 2017 hurricaine and not up to it's full capacity

Sapphire is always a great place to relax
This place is nice for a couple. We were here for an extended stay and didn't want to leave. The remodel is very nice. It is so nice being able to walk out your door and step into the sand of Sapphire Beach. The resort is quite enough to relax, but still close enough to dining in Red Hook. It is good to see the beach bar open and active with people. The marina is active with water activities and charters.

First Rate Location and Beautifully Updated Unit
This was my third trip to ST, and second time staying at Sapphire Beach. Staying on a ground floor unit like this one makes this the ultimate beach experience. No need to drive anywhere when you can just slide open the glass door and you're instantly on one of the nicest beaches in the Caribbean. This corner unit has a large patio where you can enjoy the view of the white sand and turquoise water while sipping your morning coffee. Dave was a terrific host. He responded immediately to any questions we had while on our stay. No one who decides to vacation here will be disappointed. First rate and highly recommend.

Location location LOCATION!!
The view is incredible- its intoxicatingly beautiful-right from the patio! Its close enough to beach bar and gift shop but not too close. We did nothing but relax, which is exactly what we had in mind. Both Dave & Lynn responded promptly to any questions I had. I really appreciate that. Will definitely recommend & stay again myself.

Wonderful condo!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much. It is an end unit and on the ground floor, which is exactly what we wanted. The end unit provides more balcony space and privacy. We loved that we could walk right out the door to the beach instead of walking around the building. The view was exceptional. This condo looks out to beautiful palm trees, sea grapes and breathtaking waters. There was a nice breeze every day except one. The condo itself is perfect for two people. The shower pressure was the best I’ve had in my 26 visits to the USVIs (women with long hair will appreciate this!). We had all of the amenities we needed to cook at the condo but great restaurants are quite close in Red Hook. The owner was just a phone call away and responded to us immediately.

Nothing short of perfect in every way - will go back
We couldn't have been happier with the condo/accommodations in B109. The fit/finish of the unit is top notch, great cabinets, well equipped, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. But the real star is the location. We've been to Sapphire Beach before but never in such a perfect location. Smack in the middle between the beach bar and the pool, 100 yard in either direction and right on ground level, sand 2 feet from the patio. The patio was to die for and the view from the patio even better. We've stayed in many VRBO units around the US but this one was by far the best. Will definitely re-book this unit should we return to St Thomas in the future.

Excellent little condo right on the beach. We did not realize that it was more or less a large studio, but it was more than fine for the two of us. Excellent location, and very well furnished. The bed was very comfy too! Having the chair service included is an excellent perk as well. Would stay again.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It is RIGHT on the beach, and the porch was our favorite part of the condo. So spacious and relaxing!! We barely spent any time inside because we were either out on the beach or relaxing on the porch, but the inside of the condo was great too. The owners are fabulous and if you have any problems big or small they will immediately try to get them resolved (ex: couldn’t find an iron which was listed to be in the condo, the owner was so nice and returned our call immediately with multiple solutions to get us an iron). He was so great and enthusiastic and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay, which made me love it even more! Saphire beach is beautiful and our favorite part is that there are trees by the shore providing the perfect amount of shade if you want it. Now I’m spoiled and wish there were always trees right on the beach! I recommend getting up early and securing a good spot with the chair attendant. My now fiancé proposed during our vacation and I cannot think of a better place for us to spend the week than at this condo. You won’t regret it if you book this place, we cannot wait to come back!!

Relax and snorkel
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dave and Lynn’s home away B109. We snorkeled twice a day for an hour simply steps from our door. We watched a few turtles in the sea grass, a couple of rays and many varied fish in the coral reefs. When it was windy we enjoyed watching up to 8 kite surfers at once doing amazing tricks in the same bay. Spiney lobster and conch fritters at Mims were a true Caribbean treat but mostly we grilled and ate on the porch for one of the most relaxing vacations ever. Dave and Lynn were easy to communicate with.

Beautiful condo!
We just got back from our trip to St. Thomas... we went with 3 other couples who also had ground floor rooms close to us. It was very nice to stay in B-109 due to the bigger patio where we can accommodate all of our friends to hang out with at night. The bed was AMAZING... so comfortable. The beach was was perfect and such a perfect first sight every morning to wake up to. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We could have used a fresh set of towels mid week, the property management company Told us this was something we needed to arrange with the owners prior to our stay. It could’ve been in the welcome letter, not sure. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! Owners were great to work with!

Make the best of Rainy days!
Unit was very nice...A few steps to main beach and pool ..Great view of water from patio..Owner's were great to communicate with. Beach was clean and beautiful..Descent snorkeling along the right side of beach to the peninsula near the pool..Pool area a bit run down,but great views of St.John and other islands..Lots of rain in the beginning of Trip but made the best of it with Downtown shopping in Charlotte and Red Hook Restaurants and bars, about a mile away..
