WOW !!!
What an amazing trip and what an amazing stay! Can you get a better spot anywhere in the USVI? Morning sunrises from either balcony, breathtaking beach and ocean views from both floors and such convenience to the beach bar beach buzz and Sudi's for quick bites. Hard to describe sapphire's water. Just amazing! different shades of aqua and blue. Some nice snorkeling if you like near the reefs. The condo had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. When Traveling with teens, Having two floors was great for the family as it allowed separation if you so chose and having a 2nd bathroom goes without saying. Gregg was available for all questions and gave great information making preparation and the stay an easy one. Location on St. Thomas was so convenient. Just a 2 minute drive into Red Hook for food and the ferry to take you to St. John. We explored St Thomas and its beaches, via car, quite a bit and we all agreed... we couldn't have picked a better spot! thank you so much for having us and we cant wait to come back!

Spectacular Stay
We had an amazing time at Gregg and Aimee’s condo. It was immaculate upon arrival and everything was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals at the condo and enjoyed many meals around the resort. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and all of the nature and beauty of the location. We would definitely return to both St.Thomas and to this condo in particular. We can’t thanks our hosts enough for an extraordinary vacation!

A touch of paradise

million dollar biew
The view of this property is gorgeous. You can’t beat it. The property also has two bathrooms, one upstairs in the master bedroom and one downstairs off the living room, which is really nice for a couples. We love Sapphire, Beach resort and this condo checked all the boxes for us. we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Had all the amenities we need. Very spacious and comfortable. The condo is just as described on line. Everything we needed was included, including snorkeling equipment, extra towels and all housewares. Beautiful views off of both decks.

fantastic rental
This place was amazing!! We stayed here 9 years ago in a different unit, but this corner unit was even better. It was clean,amazing views,great staff. The Sea Salt restaurant was wonderful. The gift shop, the beach bar. Loved every minute of it. Our hosts were easily available and kind. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

We came here for Christmas break to get away from the KC cold and celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back! Best vacation yet! Condo was beautiful, amazing and in a perfect location. Easy access to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and had everything inside you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Amazing views, amazing locals. I wish I was back there right now with a slice of paradise pie and a pain killer. Book it! Take the trip!

The pictures are accurate and it is perfectly located in sapphire beach. The place was clean, well stocked including snorkeling gear (there is a beautiful reef right in the beach) and the AC works perfectly. We had an amazing time at this property and will come back.

This is a great location and perfectly sized unit with a great layout. While the decor is a bit dated, it’s clean, the views are gorgeous and the couch and bed are super comfy. And you can’t beat Sapphire, let alone the building right next to the beach bar. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Awesome view off both decks… loved the beach and snorkeling right in your backyard!! Breakfast sandwiches were a good deal at the cafe every morning… everything was great…the upstairs loft/bedroom was great for my teenage daughters, like they had their own apartment… that meant I slept on the pull out couch in the living room, and that was not great by any means… I’d say this place would be perfect for a couple and maybe a child that could sleep on the upstairs pull out couch… also, I get up pretty early, but there’s no way you’re gonna beat the many roosters that make themselves heard every morning!!!! Beautiful sunrise spots and location too… I had a great time!!!!

We took our 3 kiddos here (8, 10 and 12). The resort was safe and clean. The unit had really close access to the restaurants and beach. We would stay at this resort again. The communication from the owners was fantastic...they were quick to respond and address any of our needs.

Take it in context!
The photos are very accurate of the unit and the owner did not make it out to be anything it isn't (its a non-updated corner unit that is rented cheaper than most / if not all other units in this complex). I will be honest, our first impression when we walked in wasn't good. The unit smelled "off" with a Clorox smell (at least it had been cleaned) as we walked in. Upon our arrival, the upstairs AC unit was dripping on the bathroom floor out of the vent and the downstairs AC unit's blower fan was out of balance that when it turned on it made a huge racket. Greg was very prompt in having someone come look at the unit on a Sunday and they were able to fix the upstairs AC. The handyman was not able to fix the downstairs unit as he had so many calls for other things in the condos and needed parts. After the handyman left I was able to shim up the motor housing myself and get the noise down somewhat. We had two families totaling 12 ranging from adults down to 6. My brother-in-law had a refurbished unit in the D building where the kitchen had been remodeled with more counter space. It was the weirdest thing, however, in that every day we had all of the kids staying in our condo because the kitchen is so small it leaves a lot of room open in the living area My wife summed it up best and said, "When I think of it as a camping cabin or a fishing cabin, I love it!" In short, we will stay in the condo again. You get what you pay for. The corner unit is fantastic as the porch is much larger than the others and the layout of the 3rd floor units is very functional. The location is fantastic with the marina next door (jet ski, snorkel, dinghy, and fishing boats for rent) and its close to the ferry at Red Hook. CONS: Both hide-away mattresses in the couches need to be burned. You could feel the springs through them and even though we had kids sleeping on them, they were always complaining. PROS: The layout, while not updated, is great for a larger group. The kitchen is small (but stocked and functional). The towels that were provided and communication with the owner were excellent and the assortment of beach toys and snorkel gear in the outside cabinet was a welcome treat. The bed was comfortable and the view is incredible along with the beach access right out of your door. SUMMARY: Despite our initial impressions, we love the place and will probably stay here again. Its a good value for the money and the host is excellent.

Gem of a property right on the beach
My partner and I spent a lot of time on the 2 wraparound balconies overlooking the beach. Very spacious 2-level unit. Sapphire Beach Resort has so much to do, there were a couple days we didn't even leave the property. Unit was clean and contains towels, utensils, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and other odds and ends like trash bags and coffee filters. Host gave us all the info we needed in a message a few days before we arrived. They also were very responsive when we asked to extend our stay an extra day. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely stay here again if I return to St. Thomas.

Fantastic location, layout, and value - fair condition
This is a fantastic condo for visitors to St Thomas, with a great location, layout, and value. The views of Sapphire Beach are incredible, and the resort has all you need. The two floors (and two bathrooms) with two foldout couches is a lot of space for families like ours. Even though it isn't guaranteed, prior visitors had left beach equipment we were able to use. The owners were communicative. The important note is that along with being dated, the condo is very worn. There are broken and stained floor tiles, stained mattresses, torn couch cushions, etc. This didn't bother us, but may bother others. The unit did seem otherwise clean (no smells either). We would recommend to anyone who prioritizes the functionality like us!

Amazing views!
This place was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the easy check in process, and the convenience of having a kitchen to cook in AND a restaurant/bar and coffee shop right downstairs. The views are epic and it was nice to have two balconies to enjoy the views. We wish the bar/restaurant was open a bit later to get food later in the evening but that is a small complaint. Everything else is so perfect there.

Prime location
This property is in a great location! Probably the best on St. Thomas. Double balconies overlooking Sapphire Beach and has a beautiful loft area with a gorgeous high ceiling. Right next to the coffee shop and beach bar, you literally would never need to leave! If you do want to leave there are very nice taxi drivers right outside. They charge $4 to take you to Red Hook. I wish I knew about the laundry situation as we did have a longer stay…I was thinking there would be a washer and dryer in the condo bc it does not state otherwise in the listing but later…after reading information that was sent by the owner a couple days prior to arrival, realized we needed to go buy tokens at the marina and do our laundry there. Each token is $4 and you need 2 to complete a load of laundry from start to finish. It’s not far…but a bit pricey and takes time out of your vacation. My only suggestion to the owner would be to add an additional sofa or love seat on the main floor. Otherwise, I give the condo 5 stars. No problems, no complaints.

Gregg and Aimee's condo was a perfect stay for a group of teachers needing a break! We loved the breeze and privacy on the 3rd and 4th floor. The condo kitchen was equipped to serve our needs. The beach was clean and quiet; on the cruise ship day, we spent a few hours at the pool.

Great oceanfront unit! 2 levels, 2 full baths and 2 spacious wrap around balconies ! Beautiful beach front view. Sapphire Beach is such a great location on the island. Close to Red Hook and its own beach is good enough to even just stay here. Beach bar is fun with 2 new restaurants under construction. Super fun carribbean restaurant in the village stays open till 11. Short easy taxi to ferry and nightlife in Red Hook, or Coki Beach for a day. Highly recommended! A+

Best location on Sapphire beach but needs updating.
We really enjoy this area and have been here before. The location is fabulous and if you have kids there is lots-of. toys to play in the sand. If u plan on doing a lot of cooking it’s a bit cramped and needs updating.

Right on Sapphire Beach
Amazing views from the balconies, yes there are 2. Is it dated, yes, but you come to the Islands to be outside? You can't ask for a better location. There is a restaurant nearby. Everyone was very friendly. A beach bar close by, they had good frozen drinks you could grab while you strolled on the beach. We did snorkel there several times, saw squid, a nurse shark, turtles various fish, and the biggest sea fans. There were several iguanas walking around that were fun to watch. We had a good time here and you can't beat the location.

The views were absolutely breathtaking taking, the amentities need a little work, ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work, , light balls were burn out- no hood lightning in the stairs - took a tumble down them - coffee pot broken, - the air and upstairs ceiling fan were great, the toilet upstairs runs so after every flush be sure to ck so not running- beautiful beautiful decks and view- we spent a lot of time out there with the breeze- overall needs so updates and few fixes great place and experience

We had a very nice, quiet getaway. The property is older, but we didn’t mind. I would have appreciated a few lounge chairs on the balcony as it was sometimes a little challenging to get them on the beach. The pool is beautiful, but the bar is closed. Taxis were relatively easy to get as there are usually several outside the beach bar. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a “home away from home” experience (compared to a resort hotel). Thank you!

Very nice location
Overall had a very good time. Furniture needs to be updated as the living room sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Kitchen could also use some updating. We could see that on the pictures, but, having a corner unit with two balconies was more important then the kitchen. Beach and the views were awesome. Owner sent very handy information on the unit and how to get around before we arrived. Overall a very positive experience.
