I booked through Expedia since November 2018. When I reached on January 18, 2019, there was NO booking for me in the hotel. The hotel was fully booked. I booked a room that was supposed to house two persons in it. At my suggestion, a bed was brought from another room to "make" it a double occupancy room. I don't even know if i got what I paid for.
I was offered two rooms - but I had to pay for it had i taken two rooms - so i declined and made the suggestion above. The above solution was only possible because there was an unused room for which the AC was not working, so we used the bed from it.
The young lady at the front desk was absolutely and remarkably helpful. The service meted out by the support team, even the cleaners - was thrilling to say the least.
