This ground-floor condo sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, fitted with a California king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 42” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a garden tub and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 42” flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

AWFUL home infested with cockroaches
I called customer service Sunday evening and let them know about an issue in the kitchen with cockroaches. I was informed that somebody would comes to the unit at 9am but call me when they were on there way. I waited at the unit until about 10am. Since I was on vacation I didn't want to spend my day waiting for someone to arrive. I never received a phone call so I assumed heading back to the unit Monday evening that the issue had been addressed. After arriving at the unit I and my guests began to get ready for our night time routine. When turning on the light in the living room we noticed more cockroaches. It was at that point that we decided it be best for everyone if we left the unit and stayed somewhere else for the remainder of our vacation. Management could refer to the locking system to confirm that the unit was empty as of 1030/1045pm on Monday June 12th. I requested a refund for Monday the 12th, Tues the 13th and Wed the 14th because of leaving the unit Monday the 12th due to a cockroach infestation that was not properly address during our stay. The management company Vacasa is refusing to give a refund. Even though they can refer to the automatic locking door to see that we had to leave Monday night due to the infestation of cockroaches. I was not going to keep my children, who have asthma and allergies in a home with cockroaches! Nor was I going to risk the cockroaches getting into our belongings. Very unprofessional company.

Check in process is great all information needed was sent over before arrival. The living room has been updated a bit from the pictures with a new sofa that was very comfortable. New patio furniture was very useful. I found roaches crawling around the dishwasher area within the first 30 mins of arriving which was kind of disturbing. I tried to contact vacasa and they said I needed to take pictures and or go buy roach spray. I’m sorry but I’m on vacation this issue shouldnt have been put on me to resolve. Another complaint is the mattress in the master has 2 large craters on each side. Not very comfortable after a week. The walk to the beach is too far for our preference but the pool and hot tub off the patio is nice. Pots and pans are trash, there was a can opener but it was broken. Towel rack in bathroom was broken off silver ware tray was really dirty. I cleaned it so I could put clean dishes back in.

Great location, easy access to the beach, easy check in and out. Comfortable. A few minor things: guest bathroom toilet lid broken, ceiling fans not dusted, & we were looking for a guest book with recommendations etc & just somewhere to leave a note. Other than these things, we would def rent again!

Enjoyed our time here, but were disappointed that the hot tub and pool shown in the listing (directly out back door) were closed for repair upon our arrival, and unusable. Grill was in very bad condition and also not usable throughout. We requested follow up from staff here, and were never contacted. Condo was extremely clean and well kept.

Very clean, easy checkin (code for door lock overkill) but ok. All we needed was available and it was very nicely decorated.. Our 2 nights festivities were in town, so we ubered one night. I highly recommend this place and we own a VRBO. Ellen

A nice stay
Property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are two pools and a hot tub for guests. Washer and dryer came in very handy. Nice appliances. Would stay here again. It is about 400-500 meter walk to the beach. As long as you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. There are plenty of other beaches you can drive too. Pool is right outside your door. Was not crowded.

Beautiful Property
The unit was as advertised and was decorated like you would imagine a beach cottage should look like and very clean. We also liked the covered parking It is located about 20 minutes from downtown historic St. Agustine. The 'walk' to beach access is a bit more like a hike, but once there the beach is great. Overall we had a great stay.
