This property was awesome. It has amazing views, and is perfectly located in town. The owner is very responsive and the kitchen is very well stocker. Will definitely be back!

Incredible View!!;

Amazing View
This was our first trip to Southport and we wanted to be able to have a view of the water. This property did not disappoint! The views were amazing! Pretty much you can't get any closer to the water without being on a boat. Beautiful! Our first trip to Southport will not be our last!

Like being on the prow of a boat!
A wonderful place to view active boating life! Windows on all sides gave unlimited views. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible. American Fish Company in very close proximity had live music several nights, but basically ended at a reasonable hour. Very close to many restaurants. The condo was comfortable for just two of us with private bedrooms and baths.

Amazing View
Absolutely incredible home! The top floor views of Bald Head and Oak Islands were incredible at the convergence of the Cape Fear, Intercoastal and Atlantic. We'll definitely be back again.

Wonderful Views
Every window had a view, and it was so relaxing. The location was perfect for restaurants and shops and taking walks around Southport. We had a wonderful time!!

Views are Incredible... Best Location in Southport!
We had a wonderful week, the location and 360 views were incredible, no complaints here. Pam was super responsive, check-in/out was easy and the home was clean. We LOVED the accessibility of it all, being able to tie the boat up at the condo during the day was a huge bonus for us. We also enjoyed walking to the restaurants at night. We spent most of our days playing on the water and our evenings outside on that back deck. We will be back!

Magnificent views!
Simply stated, this place is wonderful. It was worth every penny and then some. We will definitely come back and stay anytime we are in Southport. Pam was awesome and we felt at home immediately upon arriving. Book it! You will be so glad you did! ❤️

Family Fun!
Everything was great except a problem twice with air conditioning on bedroom level of property. A repairman came first time and got it restarted. Second time repairman and owner came and with the help of my son got it started again. The owner told my son we would get a portion of the rent back but as of today received nothing. Two weeks later. We did enjoy the property and location.

Ice Maker Does not work, Elevator does not work, exposed electrical bulb in freezer, dishwasher leaks, mold forming around vents, water running down wall on stairwell from above floor, garages not accessible.

Great Location!
Came to Southport to checkout the town. One of the best water views you'll ever find. Great atmosphere and the host was available to answer any quesrions.

we had a great time , however be prepared to climb a lot of stairs the elevator does not work and the garages aren’t available for parking because they are used for storage also the gate between buildings need to be better secured we had people walking through to get to there parked boat said the owner gave him permission as he squeezed through the gate

Great Stay
View was beautiful. We saw the sunrise and sunset every day. The Egrets, seemed like thousands, flew over from an island every morning around 7:00 and would come back around 6:30 in the evening. Amazing to see God’s nature. We were there from Mon-Thurs am. Quiet the whole time. The deck on the back porch provided a great area for enjoying breakfast and later sun bathing. Beds were comfortable. In the front bedroom an outside light from the business in front shown through the window at night which was a little disturbing, but tolerated. Suggestions related to the property would be to have the ice maker fixed; outlet in kitchen hanging from wall fixed; elevator and garages fixed and remain operable; front bathroom in bedroom needed lightbulbs and fan didn’t work. The only item that would keep me from renting again would be not having an elevator. Each of the three levels had two sets of steps.

Amazing views!
We loved the location and views! It felt like we were staying on a boat! Views of water on all 3 sides, amazing sunrise and sunsets. Gorgeous deck! The only complaint we had was that the mattress was less than comfortable and old. We did mention this to Pam the manager so hopefully it will be addressed. If you are in need of a good mattress I would just double check to see if it’s been taken care of first. We stayed for a week. If we slept here for just a night the mattress may not have been as big an issue, but at this price point I would have appreciated a better nights sleep!

Beautiful Views
We enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching the boats and birds go by, through the floor to ceiling wrap-around windows. Hope to return during warmer weather to see Southport in full swing. Would stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps away from restaurants. Waterfront is right out the front door! Beautiful views from every room. Lots of steps but that’s ok! Very clean.

Non-stop looking out the windows!
Every time you look out the window you see a "new" view! Beautiful boats, water, and overall scenery from this location is just fabulous! Close to all the good restaurants and walking distance to downtown Southport shops! We had a great time!

Had a great time. Loved the mornings on the water front. Walking distance to everything!!! If we didn’t want to venture further than Southport we would have just parked our car and not moved it till we left! Sunsets were spectacular from the roof. Condo was clean as a pin, had everything we needed.

Perfect view and location
Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Just beware the band plays next door on the weekends to 10 pm which didn’t bother us as we’re “young” and we’re enjoying it from the rooftop 🍻

Coolest Location in Southport
Great location. The kitchen supplies could use some TLC. For the price to rent the refrigerator ice-maker didn't work, dishwasher door wouldn't open all the way due to stove, no blender, several light bulbs out, and some general maintenance needed. In fairness to the place and after last years hurricane I would rent it over and over again and highly recommend it.

Stunning Views
The views just take your breath away! Windows everywhere even in the closet. Comfortable beds, great quality bedding, very clean and well appointed. A short walk for ice cream or dinner. Watching the boats and container ship go up the river was exciting. Pam was very helpful and nice.

Pam is Great, Very clean, Wonderful views,
This was our 2nd boat trip to Southport but, first time at this house. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We came by boat so having a boat slip right outside of the back door was a major plus for us! We had plenty of room for our group of 8. The only thing that could have made it better was if the roof top had furniture and an umbrella so the view could be appreciated from up there. Not a big deal because we were able to spend the evenings on the deck or our boat listening to the band from the bar next door. Which by the way the band shuts down by 10:00pm and the bar by 12:00am. We were never bothered by noise or a rowdy crowd next door. Pam was wonderful. We never needed her and if we did she was right next door tending to customers from behind the bar. She had it all under control. This was/is not her first "rodeo"!! Southport is a beautiful little town with a lot of history! We didn't venture far into town because we didn't have a car but, we were able to hit a few of the shops a few blocks away. We would definitely like to stay at this house again!!!

Amazing waterview and perfect location
Our son and his groomsmen stayed here for his wedding. It was a perfect location for all the venues and they enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants literally less than 100 yards away. The home has beautiful views and nice gathering spaces. The rooftop deck is incredible! All around amazing home and town. Thanks for sharing it with us Pam and we will be back!

Incredible Vacation Experience! The Best for us in a long time.
Lets set the stage first - Wife and I are retired, 82 yo, professionals. Can get around pretty good but certainly not Party People. This was our second stay at this location. Long time VRBO users and always satisfied with their service. Pam Hegler is a delightful lady, lives close and works next door. Always there when we call. Southport has some amazing Eclectic dining which we took big advantage of. Ports or Call stands out as a lifetime favorite. What can be said about the unit that has not been said? The view is without exception the best anywhere. If you are a water person and can sit in your room at the confluence of the ICW, the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean Channel - you are in heaven. Birds fly by the windows, dolphin are in the ICW, and boats/ships of every size navigate the very narrow "S" shaped Atlantic Ocean Channel. I played Flight Controller for the week and am proud to say there were no accidents on my watch. Two days before we were to check out we decided we wanted to return August 3 -10 for my 83 Birthday week. Went to VRBO to reserve the week and was shocked to get a $385/night rate? This is, of course, way way outside our fixed, retired budget. Very sad. Am not at all suggesting that the location and view might be worth it! Would like to make a few comments to the owners for their consideration. NOT complaints as we totally enjoyed ourselves but at $385/night some items might should be addressed. 1. Someone should go through the entire condo and turn on and off lights. We had all the lights over the dining table out for the first few days until I called Pam. She had them replaced within an hour. But lights are still out in the living room etc. 2. Blinds look great but are old and in great disrepair. They seem to all have one problem or another - will not go up or down, will not open or close, are hanging askew, and the tape holding the slats is hanging loose and looking very shabby. Not worth $385! Should contract a blind company to come in and make them ship shape. 3. Several loose or missing screws on door hardware. 4. No operating instructions for the lovely kitchen appliances. We loved it and if the price was right, would return. Have booked another place for our Birthday week. Thanks for listening. Amazing Views!!
The pictures just don't do this amazing place justice. Imagine being out to sea on a houseboat....that's what it feels like from EVERY room in this house. I've never felt so zen and relaxed from a 2 night stay. Our only issue was that we were in town for a wedding and didn't get to enjoy Southport and the wonderful views from this house more. Do yourself a favor and leave the blinds open to enjoy a sunrise you'll never forget!! The rooftop would be fantastic to enjoy on a warm day. Convenient location and close to everything Southport has to offer. Elevator was very useful for loading and unloading and the house was very clean! We can't wait to plan a return trip and book this house again!!!

Love that you feel surrounded by water !
Great views and nice layout. Was great watching the fog roll in and boats go by. Since off season a few restaurants were closed, but did give us peace and tranquillity. Appreciate the hospitality provided, Very nice working with Pam. This is wonderful place to stay, made for a perfect weekend to celebrate our daughters birthday . Would love to come back in the fall.

Breathtaking views
We stayed the week of Christmas, so temperatures went from 65 down to the 20's. But it didn't matter with the exceptional views from every window including the shower! Bring binoculars to watch all the boat traffic, dolphins and birds. Location is perfect walking distance to downtown Southport for exploring. I would agree with another post during high season the restaurant immediately next to you could be loud. Elevator was convenient for luggage and groceries. The escape to the rooftop was a great surprise to watch sunrises and sunsets! Yes you see them both! The condo had everything we needed, kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable, towels plentiful. Would definitely return.

Awesome Location and Gorgeous Views!
We had a wonderful time staying in this vacation rental. This rental has tons of character and the best views in Southport. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the charming downtown area. We will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular place, unlike any other in the Southport area.

The home is beautiful. The noise from the bar next door was unreal!
The bar next door is only several feet from this home. The people were so noisy (they hang out beside the master bedroom window). Then when the band played, (Friday night and Sunday from 4-8 pm) they might has well have been playing inside this home!!! The only quiet time we had on our long weekend was Sunday evening . We love this area and would never stay in this home or recommend it to anyone. I can't express enough the noise from the bar next door !

Water water everywhere!
We just loved the place. The views were impeccable, the home was very clean and comfortable and use of the elevator saved us. We didn't actually use the rooftop (too cold and windy) but were able to venture up one time. Many of the businesses around us were closed but were set to open for the season after our departure. You're so close to everything, there's so much within walking distance to the little dowtown shops and restaurants. Access and communication were great. We would love to revisit in season and possibly rent a boat. Sunsets were breathtaking from any floor. Love this place!!

Beautiful view, great house, fantastic manager and owner
This house is everything the pictures show and more. The view is so beautiful it sometimes felt like it could not be real, but it is! Just enjoying the view from inside the house or from the rooftop made us relax and just want to enjoy it. Watching the birds, the sailboats, and the big ships sometimes kept us distracted from reading. We scheduled dinner at several of the great restaurants in town for right after sunset so we wouldn't miss the show from the house. The house itself was very comfortable including the beds and the living room furniture. The kitchen had excellent appliances, dinnerware, and cookware. The elevator ran perfectly (some rentals' don't) and was great for moving luggage and other packed items in for our week long stay. We really did not want to leave and hope to return sometime soon. Southport as a walking town is hard to beat: historic houses, beautiful old trees, interesting shops and restaurants, and even swings to sit on while you watch the boats go by on the river. Pam is great to work with and the house was absolutely spotless on arrival. We had a couple of small requests while we were there and she was extremely helpful. Thanks, Pam, for making it a great stay, and, Mark, for making the house available.

AWESOME!!!
My hubs, our teen aged son, and I stayed at this wonderful property to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the beautiful water views, sunlight filled rooms, and my yoga practice on the deck! So, convenient to walk to cafes and downtown Southport! We even spotted the dolphins frolicking right outside our windows‼️ Hope to return soon....

Very Nice....absolutely gorgeous views!
The views are fabulous!. Accommodations were very nice. Master bed is small but comfortable. Bathroom sinks are small, making it difficult to set items on. The elevator was problematic, and at times it did not run. The kitchen sink was slow to drain & without a functional disposal. Property manager was responsive, immediately, to any issues we had and she provided a discount on the rental for having to deal with the issues mentioned. We WILL return to this lovely home in the future.
