Great place to stay for the price
This property is central to the Cape. The house is clean and has all the amenities that you need. Spacious and comfortable. This is my 3rd time renting and I have never been disappointed.

Christmas visit was warm and comfortable
The house is clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked and the location is perfect for visiting my family. On the downside, the house could use electrical updating. The directions to the house and some of the directions in the house also need updating.

Lovely Home
We had a nice time. The home was well kept and had lots of space for a family. The rooms were nicely decorated, however one of the beds could use a new mattress as it creaked. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer was a bonus.

Nicely furnished home in quiet neighborhood!
Really nice home, newly updated furnishings, including a kitchen with all essentials. Had a great time with grownup kids making s’mores in small fire pit in back yard. Lovely quiet family neighborhood.

Fabulous stay
We were on the Cape for a family wedding and needed a place for the five of us to stay for 3 days. This house was perfect. It has so much to offer that I look forward to renting it again. Beautifully kept! Loved having the linens already there. Thank you!

Vacation
Had a great time. Visited with family, shopped, went out to eat. Too cold for the beach. The only thing is that it looked like someone has broken a bottle, there was glass on the lawn by the drive way.

Beautiful House!
Went down the Cape for our annual girls trip and stayed at this beautiful house. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was there. Very spacious and comfortable. We all had a blast. I will definitely stay again next year and already looking forward to it! Thanks again for letting us stay! I would recommend to anyone from large to small groups.

Perfect getaway!
Great long weekend with some girlfriends. House was clean, private outdoor area. Host had pleantly of kitchen items, linens and towels. Pleanty of seating and spaces in home. Lovely spot, clean, plenty of parking. Can't wait to book again!

You can’t go wrong with Yarmouth
This beautiful home with comfortable beds, two living rooms and plenty of space for all is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, close to everything! My family and I wanted to get away and glad we did. We went to many beaches in the area and saw lots of seals swimming along. It is difficult to plan/pack for New England weather in May but it was Sunny, 70’s and gorgeous! We went to many beaches; Mayflower, Sea St., and Smuggler’s were closest to us. One day, we drove to P-Town and Well Fleet; about an hr away; off season. I highly recommend the Bookstore restaurant in Well Fleet for delicious seafood! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice Rental!
Six adults enjoyed our stay here in April. Plenty of seating for us to eat and relax. The chairs by the fireplace are the bomb! Kitchen was well equipped but I always pack my own knives and favorite tools so I can’t give a honest review on those things. We had a bit of trouble getting the Wi-Fi working, owner was quick to respond, and it turned out to be the electrical receptacle that wasn’t working. Back bedroom on the right with twin beds also had receptacles that weren’t working. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfy. The first bedroom on the right had a twin bed that should be replaced. It squeaked with the slightest movement. Furniture, linens and decor were pleasing. All in all is a very good rental and we would go back if that bed was upgraded.

A Beautiful Winter Getaway
My brother, his wife, and I spent Christmas weekend in this home on the corner of Christmas and Poinsettia drives. It was quiet and just a little snowy. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The furniture was comfortable and the storage was adequate. We were in South Yarmouth to visit family who lived close by this house. I will be looking to stay here again on future winter holidays.

Nice, quite house for a get away
We enjoyed our couples get away. House was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with good amount of amenities. Plenty of plates, cups, cooking utensils, pots etc. House was set up nicely. Furniture and beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quite. Enjoyed the firepit and grilling outside. Would recommend.

The property was great, when I rent a place for beachy vibe that is what I want, and this place had that. Plenty of amenities for what you would need on Vacation. Overall pretty satisfied with our stay.

Great value, central location
A great house totally worth the price. We stayed to attend a family event in Dennis - Sesuit Harbor area. Easy drive, local restaurants were great, beaches close by as well as the Bass River. Would rent this property again. The two living rooms are a nice bonus. Could use a little work on exterior areas.

Great stay
Very much enjoyed our stay at this property in South Yarmouth...we arrived just as Hurricane "Henri" was sweeping past and left just as Hurricane "Ida" was moving through. I always worry about hurricanes when we rent the end of August, but this is the first year that the worry became a reality. Despite the Governor of MA warning visitors to NOT come to Cape Cod, we went and Henri stayed out in the ocean. The only negative to the storm was LOTs of seaweed at the beaches. Tom's and Kim's house was ideal...very comfortable and outfitted with all that we needed...in the kitchen, outside on the private patio, and throughout the house. Location in a quiet neighborhood is a plus, yet close to grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream parlors, and several beaches. Great hosts!

My friends and I had such a great trip. This house was perfectly situated to be close to everyplace we wanted to go. Everything worked great and such a cute house with multiple spaces to be. I am sorry the owners are selling it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Sized Home for Vacation
We enjoyed staying at the home. We were convenient to most areas. Plenty of space to spread out if we didn't all want to do the same thing. There was everything we needed in the home. I would definately book again for next summer.

B-day Weekend during the panademic
My daughter and I spent a weekend on the Cape for my birthday. The property was gigantic for us (my other daughter was originally going to join us but couldn't leave her collage campus due to COVID restrictions) and would easily accommodate six people without tripping over each other. From the kitchen stocked with everything needed to make meals to the many boardgames on hand, the house can be used as a hangout and relax spot (as we did) or as a convenient base from which to explore the Cape (...which we did). The house instantly feels like home and the neighborhood is very quite and off the beaten path, yet is very close to so much. Prior to arriving I had a few questions and Tom and Kim were incredibly quick to respond and very accommodating. This home will be my first choice for all future Cape adventures.

Fantastic stay
This house is beautiful! Plenty of room for 5 of us. We enjoyed this week immensely. The house was clean and very welcoming! I loved the little touches They thought to provide such as frosted mugs in the freezer, plenty of cookware , beach chairs, Games, etc. Will be back!

Wonderful vacation week!
Had a terrific week at Kim and Tom’s house. The house is about 10 minutes from the beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has everything we needed for a relaxing time. The kitchen is fully equipped & they have a lovely shaded backyard, where I spent a couple of afternoons with a wine glass and book. The smart TV was a nice surprise. Not usually such homebodies, but with Covid pandemic, these amenities were particularly welcome. Thanks for sharing your home and allowing us to be safe in yours.

This I think was our 4th time renting from Kim & Tom we almost feel like the house is ours 😊it’s perfect for a family lots of room to spread out . Our boys have gone from toddlers to teens and this house still works great for us. Near everything on the cape and it’s a spotless home away from home. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, ein großzügiges Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung.
Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus genossen. Unglaublich viel Platz, 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche in der nichts fehlt. In der Garage haben wir Tischtennis gespielt. Die Lage ist gut, einfach toll.
