Great ski lodge
Fantastic house we loved staying in during the Blizzard of 2024! Spacious well appointed and spotless with tons of room for our group of 11 friends! Friendly host and enjoyed every minute of the 5 feet of snow!

Family ski trip
We chose this property to bring our family together for a wonderful family ski trip. Three generations from four states and this setting allowed ample parking, sleeping, has a wonderful kitchen for cooking, and a cozy den for early morning coffee. The great room was perfect to watch movies, play trivial pursuit, games of any kind, and just hang out. We were only 15 minutes from heavenly ski and there are lots of great eateries nearby. The host was attentive to my questions and has set up a perfect place for enjoying Tahoe. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Family reunion
This property is ideal for large groups/large families. There were 13 of us, and everyone had a bed. We loved the great room with the large dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly imagine. And, the backyard is fabulous with the fire pit, heated chairs and games to play. The owner, Evan, was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.

We all gathered to celebrate Nick and Angela’s elopement at Emerald Bay. It was a great home base for meals and family gatherings before the small ceremony. We cooked, played corn hole and loved the relaxed atmosphere overall.

Exceptional Property in SLT
Latitude 39 was the perfect decision for our group of 12 spending July 4th on the lake. The property is more spacious than the photos make it out to be, and everything is set up perfectly for hanging out both indoors and in the backyard. Its location is ideal for boat rentals, beach access, proximity to bars and cafes, and getting to the trails. Can't recommend it enough!

Easter weekend
Our arrival came early, which for a fee we were given early access. There were nine of us and a dog. Exploring all the rooms and sleeping options was a fun task. All the amenities were great, had everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Evan and Marti were attentive and very nice. The only downside was that the amount of snow made the backyard inaccessible, which was a huge reason for choosing the place. We were looking forward for the dog and all of us to have a place to play outside. The bocce ball, corn hole, jacuzzi, grill and deck would have been lots of fun. We would absolutely book this lovely home again in a heartbeat.

2023 Family Trip
This house was perfect for our Family trip. It had everything we could need to make our time in Lake Tahoe the best. Even the back yard provided a winter wonderland for the kids. The rooms couldn’t have been any better, giving the grands special places to enjoy sharing. The only draw back we found was the garage and driveway. Having three large SUVs was a very tight squeeze trying to park. Of course the huge amount of snow added to this problem. But in the end it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a wonderful winter vacation. Everyone agreed it was the Best!

Perfection in Snowy Tahoe!
We had incredible stay at this home with 10 people! It was a snowy winter wonderland and we were close to the town (with shops, grocery stores and restaurants) and close to the slopes! The home provided the ultimate kitchen (a cook's dream!) and the owners have literally thought of everything in the kitchen! You can tell by all the little things they provide that this place is not just a house but a home! The large dining table and family room connected to the kitchen was where we all spent our time together snuggled by a fireplace and playing games. We also enjoyed some time resting our sore muscles in the hot tub! Our 4-legged pups enjoyed the fenced backyard and being with the family! The communication with the owners was fantastic, quick and responsive! You can truly tell they care about your stay and experience! We look forward to returning to this wonderful home again! Don't hesitate to book this amazing place in Tahoe!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Location!
Our family has family reunions every two years because all of my adult kids and their families live in other states. This year we chose Evan's house and are we glad we did! It is a large group and this property had room for all 13 of us comfortably. We really enjoyed the backyard too with hot tub, fire pit, corn hole. The VRBO listing shows the place perfectly so do not hesitate to book!

Nice big house with lots of rooms and awesome backyard!
We rented this place for our wedding with family. Overall was great! Really nice big house and the backyard is what sold us on it. The owner is really nice. HIs property managers not so much. I would just be aware that it is across the street from a trailer park which to be fair didn't cause us any problems but it is there. Also, the check in and check out times weren't very accommodating for our group. So be aware of those. Lastly lots of rules in this place. Some might be city ordinances and some owner request. Again, nice place and great backyard but just a few little tidbits to be aware of.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Darwin! My home is one of only 50 in the entire city still allowed to be rented short-term, and as part of that ballot measure that banned short-term rentals in most of town, the city requires my guests follow the rules around parking only in the driveway, staying indoors after 10pm and keeping occupancy under 14 people. Those are their rules, not mine, but guests must adhere to them — and they're pretty easy to follow. The rules, the check in time, the check out time and even the fact that my home is across from a mobile home park are all shown up front, in my VRBO listing.

Perfect for Family Get Together
We stayed about a week in at this property and it couldn't have been more wonderful. 4 separate households merged into one and we had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect for early morning coffee time or evening games of bocce ball. It was relaxing. The amenities are top notch and we really enjoyed the sound system in the main living space. Easy walking distance to a very cool outdoor music and dining spot or mini golf (about 1/2 mile away). I would recommend this spot and do plan to stay again.

Such an amazing cabin with a great location
Evan really made this such an amazing experience with his transparency and great hospitality. The cabin was beautiful inside and out and truly left us amazed. Our friend group always plans a yearly Tahoe trip but this year really took take due to this location. Everything was accessible to us when it came to the stores and shops around us. If you’re looking for a great cabin this is the one. Don’t hesitate!

Amazing House for any occasion
The house was better than expected. Great layout for any occasion. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space, open gathering spaces both inside and out and the backyard is a constant source of entertainment. Location is perfect- plenty of food, shopping and entertainment close by but quiet at night. Had some last minute questions/requests and the homeowner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a summer stay here.

Perfect place to stay
We've stayed in many VRBO/rentals with our large group and I have to say this was our best yet. Many owners are not forthcoming with the room arrangements, location, cleanliness etc. Evan's description of the property and room lay-out was really helpful, and the place actually looked like the pictures (some don't!). We had a group of 14 ranging from 5 years to 73 years old and we never felt crowded. We actually had a few beds that were never slept in! My husband is a chef and can attest that the kitchen is truly a chefs kitchen. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our kids, it was nice to let them run and play without worrying. The beds were comfortable, the TV/entertainment system was easy to use, and the dual washer/dryer was wonderful for our large group. You can tell this place isn't just a rental, but instead how the owners would like it when they stay, that makes a world of difference. Evan was very responsive any time I needed him (which wasn't often) and the house directions he provided were very detailed and thoughtfully written. We had a printed copy of house directions and our group referenced them often as they provided great helpful tips. I have nothing bad to say about this place! We'll be back for sure!

Epic house for a group
My group had an absolute blast for 4 days in Tahoe at this house. The backyard is obviously the main draw but even the interior is laid out perfect for everyone to be in one spot. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are away from the noise downstairs for the most part. On top of all that we could walk to great local spots for food and games. Thanks!!

A great girls getaway
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s over the past few years and I have to say this was one of the best. First of all the overall cleanliness of this house was amazing. From walking around on hardwood and carpet floors barefooted to the cleanliness of the bathrooms to the bedding. You just felt like the cleaning crew does an amazing job as we had just checked in hours after some other group had checked out. It is a great location and easy access to so many wonderful places to eat. Barely 8 minutes from the Beacon which is an absolute must for the view and great cocktails! Any concerns we had regarding the house were answered quickly from our wonderful host Evan. The house is cozy, the backyard is absolutely awesome, the fireplaces are so nice to have (both gas), the beds were so comfy, the kitchen was great to have more than one cook in (Although Except for breakfast we ate out almost every meal). The sound system was easy enough to connect to and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rules may seem a little strict but we were so busy that by the end of every day we were more than ready to be indoors for quiet time by 10 PM LOL! The house is across the street from a mobile home park but it should be noted that it in no way takes away from the beauty and coziness of this house. First of all when you’re in the house all you notice is the amazing backyard view, all the trees, and the beauty of the great room that we spent most of our time in. There were nine of us women and the bedroom situation seem to fit perfectly for all of us plus there are so many different ways to accommodate any extras and yet we all still had privacy. We will definitely return to Lake Tahoe and stay at this property again. Evan puts together an itinerary for different types of groups that are staying at his property and while we didn’t follow everything in the girls weekend itinerar considering the time of year that we were there we did enjoy a vintage boat wine cruise on Lake Tahoe, an escape room, The Pourhouse, Breakfast at the Red Hut, dinner at the Riva Grill, drinks and appetizers at Azul, a little bit of gambling at Harrah’s and definitely cocktails in the restaurant on the top of Harvey’s for a great view of the lake. And last but not least a hike to Vikingsholm castle with a beautiful view of Emerald Bay. Also just a quick note this property is just minutes away from a TJ Maxx should you buy so much stuff you need to get an extra bag to get it all home 😊 as we did.

Beautiful Home and a Memorable Trip with Friends
We recently rented the Latitude 39 Lodge and enjoyed every minute of it. The house had a very large backyard which was prefect for all the kids to run around and burn off energy in late afternoon hours. The house also comes stocked towels galore, paper products and even some common condiments in the fridge. The location of lodge is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, however when you are sitting around the fire pit at night you feel like you are tucked away in the mountains with all the large trees surrounding you. Truly amazing! Evan, the owner was also very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions after we checked in and also before our stay. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner and was happy to make accommodations for large party size. His excellent communication and willingness to make our stay prefect, is just the type of person you want to rent a vacation home. The only funky part of house layout is the bathrooms, they need make one master with a full bathroom which includes a shower in it, not just a bath tub. This is not a huge issue though, and all the adults that were in our party still were able to make it work and have a place to shower. Overall, we loved the lodge, and would definitely commend anyone reading this comment book this location because you will not be disappointed.

The property was perfect and the owner was really great with communication about our stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this rental! It had a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the two rooms with upstairs beds were great for our families with young kids. Everything in the house worked great, and the home had everything we needed including two washers and driers to use, everything we needed for cooking, bathroom supplies...it was really nice. Evan, the owner, was really prompt and thoughtful in his communication also. He was even able to bump up our check in time, which was really appreciated. The home was close to shopping, the lake, and even the hospital too. It was a great central location. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home - wonderful Host
We are from Connecticut and had a family reunion at this property with our West Coast Family. This home was perfect- we had 12 in our party and had more than enough space to enjoy each other - yet have our own personal space. The home was clean, and very very well stocked. If your renting - make sure you check out the house before hitting the grocery store. Evan supplied everything right down to the body wash and shampoo. I can not tell you how much we enjoyed this home. Evan was very attentive and very easy to reach.

Great location and beautiful house
We had 11 people and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house was fully stocked with everything!! Yard is amazing and has a hot tub and fire pit which we used several times. Location is close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. Property owner was available if we needed him and was very helpful prior to checking in with all kinds of information and things to do. Top end appliances and outdoor grill. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing.
Located a short walk between to breweries, this house was perfect. The house it self was large, spacious and well laid out, it had everything we could need and a lot of other cool stuff. The hot tub was great for relaxing and the beds were by far the most comfortable bed I have slept in away from home. We had 11 Adults and we all had enough space. There was a hammock and lots of out door space to play corn hole and to BBQ. Overall I hope to use this home again many, many, many times. Oh also, Owner was great with communications through out.

Wonderful cabin with plenty of room. The yard is amazing.
The cabin was really wonderful for our familly of 14. It was very roomy and the backyard was great. We looked forward to being in the yard everyday around the firepit. Another feature of this property was how well stocked it was. I have rented other properties and this one was by far the best. Everything down to shampoo and laundry detergent was in plentiful supply. Even things that we did not expect to be supplied were there (paper plates, disposable silverware, batteries). The owner is readily available if any issues arise. We did have a small problem with the fire pit and it was easily and quickly resolved. Don't hesitate to rent the facily.

Great stay
I was quite impressed with all parts of the house. My group size was 10 people and the house accommodated us quite well with regards for sleeping and yet had enough room for us to hang out without feeling on top of each other. This house is stocked very well from towels, silverware, plates, cups, games, pots, pan Etc. Would recommend this for any group size because it can truly handle it.

Even was great, not as responsive to VRBO messages but did respond quickly to phone calls. The property was spacious and evething you needed for the stay was provided. The BBQ was not cleaned, or the utensils for the BBQ, that was unpleasant, because our plan was to have burgers the first night. Also first morning for breakfast and having coffee we need to re wash most coffee mugs and many of the plates. This was a bit disappointing being we were required to pay a high cleaning fee. It's close to the main road and to shopping etc. The house is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need, games, towels, washers and dryers, kitchen has everything you will need, spices, oils, etc. that's a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your feedback Rose & Nancy. I'm just one owner with one home, so communication is pretty easy with me. As you seem to be two people sharing one VRBO account, I think you missed my VRBO replies. I'm sorry if that caused any issues! I followed up directly to your email to try to sort out the VRBO message confusion. The house is professionally and extensively cleaned after every guest, but my cleaners did not previously clean the BBQ and didn't re-check the mugs/dishware cleaned by prior guests. Thanks to your feedback, they now clean the BBQ and re-check (and re-clean, if needed) the dishware/mugs/kitchen utensils.

Beautiful home in a great location!
I stayed here for about a week with family for my wedding in Tahoe and it was absolutely beautiful. The house was roomy, very clean, and had all the essentials we needed! Though the home sleeps about 16, I would really only advise about 4 couples to stay there as anyone staying in the lofts has to walk through downstairs bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Evan was a pleasure to work with and really made the booking process very simple. He was super responsive to all our questions (both prior to and during our stay), provided great resources for things to do in the area, and really made the whole process stress free. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable house and backyard.. Many bedrooms with variations for all size family's .. We were 15 and all worked out fine.. Centrally located and host was very responsive to all questions and requests
