Fantastic casita & host! Highly recommend
The casita was absolutely perfect! It has everything you need and is in a great location, close to everything. Leslie was a fabulous host- she gave me great recommendations during and prior to my stay. She even gave me two different directions from the Flagstaff airport which was helpful. You cannot go wrong by booking! I will be back!!

Perfect location in West Sedona
This was the perfect place to stay- beautiful location, close distance to trailheads and restaurants. Leslie was a wonderful host- very sweet and provided everything we needed, right down to giving us a car scraper when we got an unexpected snow storm! The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Pleasant home base for exploring a beautiful place
Nice, clean, up to date suite. Easy to find. Easy to park (and both of those are valuable in this community). King bed-also hard to find. Handy to grocery and a couple of good restaurants. Don’t expect a view from this property, but if you’ll be out and about on your Sedona days-this is a good spot to be.

I'm glad you found the Casita comfortable and convenient! True, there is no view from inside, but you get to see several mountains from the front yard!! And there is a very clear view of the stars (on clear nights of course...:)))) Come back and explore!!

Simply perfect
Thank Leslie for your wonderful hospitality and attentiveness. My stay was a very pleasant one. The studio had everything I needed and more. It was super clean and esthetically pleasing. I highly recommended it and I would definitely stay here again.

Sedona Retreat
Leslie made my stay in Sedona a pleasurable one. Her place was in an easily accessible location on the West side and I was just minutes away from the venue I attended for the weekend. The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Leslie provided & had all items I needed and was very helpful with suggestions on local places to see and restaurants that might be a good fit. Comfortable bed, spacious Room, easy access and Leslie was available if I needed anything. I would recommend her place to anyone wanting a good place to stay in Sedona.

Fantastic
What an awesome hostess—-greetings with a hug— we felt like we knew each other for ever—constantly in touch with each other as we were delayed by a winter storm -reworked with her schedule to get our full booking of three nights. We so appreciates our cassidy!!! Everything we needed for our stay was there for us, SO VERY COMFORTABLE!! Thank you Leslie!!! We would highly this place this place for next stay for one or two in Sedona!!

Great Space, Super Close to the Dinner and Hiking.
Loved everything about the space. It was just what we needed. We were able to go hiking in the day and come back before dinner and everything is about 10 mins from this Vrbo. Great Space!

Sedona eclipse stay
We were very dissatisfied with the lack of information from VRBO about our Sedona place. When the address was finally released to us, we had no internet coverage to retrieve it. As a result, it was almost impossible to get to our reserved place. VRBO finally gave us the address—but no information about the code to get into our reserved unit. When we were almost to Sedona. we were able to contact the owner to get the key code.

Great location, mostly what we needed. To watch TV you need to sit on lawn chairs or lay in bed. Clean, but shower base leaks onto floor. Overall good experience

The TV/reading chairs are shown in the property pictures. I find them to be very comfortable. They are folded by the chest of drawers. The lawn chairs in the closet are intended for outdoor use - in case guests want to do star gazing, etc. Thank you for the alert about the shower leak...it is being repaired.

Stay cut short
The location is great and Leslie is very good at communicating. Our stay was cut short by a family emergency so we were only able to stay one of the four nights that we had booked. Leslie was understanding and offered us some options. Our one issue with the place was the lack of privacy. I think the description should inform renters that there is only a thin interior door separating you from the owners living quarters. We could hear everything going on in their area so I am sure it was the same for them. For some this might not be a big deal but it did bother us. I think the description should inform people of this so you can decide if this is something that you are ok with before booking. From the little we were able to see of the area in the day that we were there we can Sedona was very beautiful.

I am very sorry that you did not like the accommodations!! I actually hear very little from the Casita- maybe a kitchen cabinet door closing sound. .I test what sounds carry, from my side, like TV volume. I work to be extra quiet early morning and evening. when guests might be sleeping. I plan noisy activities, like garbage disposal and vacuuming, while guest are out - which I check by the presence or absence of the car in the driveway. I am unaware of a solution for the connecting door. I do hope you will get to enjoy Sedona another time!!

Leslie was an excellent and welcoming host. She communicated promptly and let us know about great places to eat. It would have been helpful to know that the casita is attached directly to the house so we could hear her (meaning she could also hear us). Not a huge deal, but there are VRBO ads out there claiming "you get the whole vacation house to yourself" which was not the case.

Great experience!
This was a great property located at the center of Sedona. Everything was accessible. Leslie was friendly, communicative and helpful. The driveway had a nice spot for our car and we had plenty of outside space to hang out near. Hope to make a trip back out here but if not you should def book yours!

PERFECT Romantic Getaway
Leslie is an AH-mazing hostess with the mostest! I booked this getaway as a surprise for my partner and Leslie went above and beyond and left her some chocolates and a happy birthday message. The place is immaculate and super comfortable (I am a picky bed person and the bed was a dream). Excellent jumping off point or anything you want to do in Sedona and beyond. Highly recommend! Leslie was an amazing host! Area is very safe and upscale. Thank you, Leslie for helping us have a wonderful trip!

Live Like a Local
Live like a local in Sedona! We so enjoyed our stay at this Casita - October was a lovely time to visit with warm days and cool nights. We slept with the windows open and appreciated that the neighborhood is quiet and yet still conveniently located off of 89A. Great star gazing in the front yard and both the drive and casita porch lights could be controlled from the casita so I could enjoy the dark sky. We enjoyed Layla’s bakery in the morning as well as Vino de Sedona in the evening - with a great Arizona wine selection. Both are quite close. The functional kitchen with a generous fridge is perfect for a bit of coffee in the morning, storing and eating our left overs as well as meal prep for when we were out and about. Last of all, storage in the casita and its bathroom were both amazingly generous! We came with a lot of bags and were able to store them out of site and still have room for our clothes and gear to be put away too. Overall, a lovely experience.

Anniversary get away

Quiet yet close to the action
Meticulously clean and very comfortable. Location is in a quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything in Sedona. Just the right amount of space for two with a well appointed kitchen area. Suite has a private keypad entry with parking right in front of the door for convenience. Leslie and Bandit are great hosts, respect your privacy while being there with plenty of good information if needed. Overall a very positive experience for our first visit to Sedona.
