The compact kitchen space is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, convection stove top, fridge, freezer, and various implements.

The home also has a detached workspace. This simple office allows guests to create a distraction free environment, featuring only a desk, chair, A/C, and small bookshelf for guest use.
