Ótimo hotel, só não gostei de ser informado na hora da saída que teria que pagar pelo café da manhã, não fomos informados na entrada, disseram apenas que o café era de 7 as 10.

Internet, AC not working

Apartment is very old styled (I can imagine typical Venice apartment). Unfortunately Internet was not working, AC was not working. After contacting owner no response from him. Even she didn`t show up in the apartment to solve internet and AC problem. Kitchen was in terrible condition. full of oil spots everywhere. Location was the only positive that I can recommend.

Endroit stratégique pour visiter la ville. Appartement convivial même pour 4 personnes. Quartier vivant. Pub dans la rue. Prestations satisfaisantes avec une baignoire. Mobiliers vieillissants et les draps d'une autre époque...

Convenient location, need some maintenence...

The apartment is in a convenient location very close to the Rialto water bus station, and at the San Marco district, a lively neufhborhood. It has two big queen beds in two rooms and a kitchenette. However the air conditioner didn't work the first day so we had to open the windows when we sleep. That resulted in mosquitoes coming in and bit my daughter on her face and all over her leg and arm. The mosquito bites became swollen and red and itchy and painful... My son, my husband and I also got some. Marine tried her best to find a technician to fix the air conditioner the next day and she changed our rough towels to brand new soft towels and gave us paper towels when I requested. I like her customer service. The kitchen is for basic meals like breakfast. The oven does not work and stove top needs a lighter to get the gas going. Other than that it could have been a nice stay in this apartment. We suggest Marine to put a folder together with printed instruction of how everything works including how to use the remote control for the air conditioner and the kitchen, the neighborhood...
