A perfect place
We had a great time. Perfect for a family of four with teens. The place is peaceful and the accommodation has all one needs. Marisol was extremely helpful and responsive. There are many options for discovering the island, super close to the rain forest, and easy access to San Juan, and ferries to Culebra or Vieques. Highly recommend.

3rd time staying in Rio Mar
The property is amazing. From the security guards friendliness to the peaceful grounds. Drive down the hill to Rico Pan for breakfast & don Pepe for dinner. The pool, the view and easy drive to other areas of interest.

Rio Mar Condo
The resort grounds are beautiful, and we loved the view from the back patio overlooking the golf course and ponds. Only a few steps needed to get into the unit from the reserved parking spot. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped--but there is no oven! The bunk room and loft area could be fun for younger kids, but probably a little tight for older kids (or extra adults). Since it was just two of us, we didn't need this extra space. However, having a second bathroom in the unit is nice. Access to the beautiful beach (over 2 miles long) and pool is about a half mile walk, so we decided to drive to the parking lot and save our walking for the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Luquillo kiosks only a 10 minute drive away, but always came back to use the resort beach. The beach/pool access was only open until 6pm, while the second pool in the complex stays open later. We had a wonderful stay!

Fun in the Tropics
Originally supposed to go on the trip with my partner, change in plans at the last minute and, I had the whole villa to myself! The host is amazing and the property itself is everything you see and more. I slept so well at night and enjoyed the balcony day and night! I was only there a couple of days and wished I could have stayed longer. I did have a rental car but also walked down to the resort one day and it was an easy, nice walk in both directions. Would recommend this to anyone, single or otherwise and I hope to stay again in the future! Thank you, Olga!!

Beautiful
Very nice villa. Absolutely anything you possibly need was supplied. Only thing we would improve is the lighting in the bathrooms. Close to nice restaurants, the rainforest, rented atvs, went ziplining, was a lot of fun. A few minutes to the community pool and the beach. Thanks for everything!

Fabulous get away!!
My husband and I had a wonderful vacation for our 27th wedding anniversary in this beautiful well appointed villa. Cluster 2 is our favorite community to stay in. Beautiful community pool in walking distance, beautiful beach pool (also can walk but farther) most people drive golf cart down or car to spend the day or a couple of hours going between the beach with gorgeous walks either way & beach pool right there!! Best of both worlds!! Amazing!! Til next year cluster 2!!! 🌴🌞😎

We loved the property and owner. Marisol was excellent with her communications and instructions as well as some nearby places to check out. The condo is exactly as pictured and more. It is a cozy, wonderful condition and beautiful views. The condo is nicely stocked and decorated and very clean. It is in a great location with two pools to use and beach access.

A perfect place amd location
We have stayed here twice now and the villa is really just perfect and what you need. The host is super thoughtful with amenities! Towles in abundance, beach chairs . Cooking utensils . Everything you would need. Also super clean . Very responsive host . We will see you again next year God willing!

My wife and I have stayed at other homes in the past, however this property was the best by far!!! There was everything that we needed in the house. The host had everything labelled so we never had to search for anything we needed. The views were awesome and the entrance to the front door was great with parking a few steps from the front door. Modern kitchen was great! This villa is on the top on our list to return to!!

Convenient Little Villa
This was a nice little bungalow inside the Wyndham property. The couch folds out into a bed, so that was nice to spread us out more. Owner is very responsive and check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

Family Relaxing
Two aunts (70s) and two cousins (30+) had an extended weekend at the villa. It was perfect. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect - everything was labeled which made for easy cooking in the morning. Beach chairs and towels were available for our use as well. The pool and hot tub (open til 10pm) within 2 mins walking distance made for a perfect evening relaxation routine. The balcony was delightful for morning cafecito y pan sobao. The washer/dryer made it great for us to return home with clean clothes. Our hostess answered any last minute questions we had and was prompt with responding. Hoping to stay there again!

Fantastic Property
Fantastic property and well maintained. Exactly as advertised. Perfect location for beach, Luquillo, Farjado and El Yunque. Great food and drinks nearby. On property there is the Tiki Hut and 5 o'clock Somewhere. Rico Pan is outstanding for breakfast. Bungalow Rooftop provides a view of the mountains with excellent food. Boardrider's in Luquillo has good food and view. Marisol was an outstanding host. Would stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Great place with beach access
Our family had a great time here enjoying the pools, the access to a beautiful beach near Luquillo. It was so nice to have a cooler and towels to take down to the beach. The AC worked really well as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay!
We had an amazing "Mom's trip", this villa was perfect for us. There were 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer was really handy. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishware. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely be returning!

Beautiful property in a great location!
We had a great stay despite dealing with hurricane Fiona the last few days of our week stay. We lost electricity and water due to the hurricane. The cleaning lady (did not get her name) was very helpful after the storm had passed. She showed us how to get to the water cistern so we could flush the toilets and bathe. Place is beautiful and in a safe gated area. Met some very friendly people working the gates. Very close to El Yunque and Kioskos de Luquillo. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Absolutely loved the pool that is near the condo and the beach was also very nice. Will definitely consider booking this place again if we come back to this area.

Classic, Functional, Beautiful Spanish Vibe. We got Attached!
Beautiful, peaceful area, found just as pictured with a classic, clean Spanish vibe. The doors open to the patio for beautiful long mornings with coffee overlooking the golf course, ponds, and the hotel at the beach. Many family members stayed at Wyndham hotel, and neighboring properties, and this was clearly the gem of them all. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment including blender: ). Really helpful there were beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler available for use. Lovely bathrooms, master bedroom, spare room with bunks if you have kids. Grocery store is 10 mins away, (has liquor) Airport was about 35 mins. We rented a golf cart to get to beach - it's a paved roadway walk to the beach, bordering the golf course - doable. Also a free parking and pool at the beach if you want to take a rental car there instead. Condo has great security. Small casino in the hotel at the beach, and a lobby bar. Very "meh" DJ and cocktails. Not missing anything at the hotel. Our family had rooms that were overwhelmingly mold-scented at the hotel. Food at hotel restaurants - two out of 5 stars. So, more fun to go out to the roadside spots, even the Kioskos at very near Luquillo beach for more authentic food and drinks. We loved this rental, thank you so much again to the owner, and we hope to visit again.

Nice Place!
Very nice place with excellent proximity to El Yunque, the Luquillo kiosks, beaches and more. The owner and property managers were awesome and extremely helpful. It’s a cute little condo with a great view in a quiet and well kept area. The pool and beach are great. Check in was super easy! The loft and bunk beds are fun for kids and the outside patio was wonderful. Would note: the location does not have an oven and you will need a car to get anywhere on-site or beyond. Overall this is a nice property and is centrally located to a long list of wonderful spots in PR!

Very comfortable and quiet Villa
The place is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. You will need a car to go anywhere. There is nothing within walking distance except the pools and the beach which is beautiful and not very busy. We arrived at night and had a hard time finding the place, the directions didn't make much sense, but we were helped very quickly. Plan ahead what you want to do or visit, there is not much information in the house to give suggestions. If you want to be quiet and relax (that was our plan) this is the place to do it.

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I went with our daughter for 25th Anniversary celebration. Excellent location, clean, comfortable, excellent communication with Marisol. She even brought us red roses and a bottle of wine for our Anniversary celebration. We spent one of the most beautiful weekend celebration!!! We are planning to return for our next weekend getaway. Great Property
Our experience with this property was overall good! Communication was great over the 2 years due to us having to move it due to COVID. Once we arrived the check-in process was simple. They had everything a person would need. Super nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The view is amazing and pool super close. I would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful vacation!
Marisol was very accommodating and attentive during our stay. She provided full directions to the villa from the airport and explained the check in process which made everything very easy once we arrived. The villa was very clean and supplied everything we needed. I did wish there was another tv in the master bedroom but we survived just fine without it.

Best places to stay
This home was exceptional. From the time we arrived. The process was super easy at the time of check in and checkout. Olga made herself available at anytime for questions. This home had almost everything we needed. One thing I would say I wish she had was beach chairs and umbrella. And it would have been nice to have our own golf cart. Other than that this place was amazing and we will definitely rebook again.
