Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed).

This ground-floor unit was partially renovated, at best, not on the waterfront and had NO views. Other than this false advertising it was ok, very clean and well equipped.

Hard to find, gross, and not as advertised
To start, this property is extremely difficult to find. It’s hidden between two other condos and the door is in a tight alleyway not visible from street (there are no signage marking the address visible from the alleyway). I wandered around on hold with the “customer service” company for 30 minutes trying to locate the front door and eventually found it. “Customer service” never did pick up. I sent a message to the “owner” and received responses from what was very obviously an AI chat bot. After the check in debacle we found blankets on the stain covered couch that wreaked of body odor, a clogged bathroom toilet that was generously left for me to sort out, and a sink that exudes the smell of sewer. Atleast the shower has hot water (albeit for only 5 minutes at a time). There is zero privacy as the blinds can be seen through and the neighbors are constantly walking by. I saw multiple people from the bed. All windows point to walls so there is no view unless you make the trek down to the beach. I will never stay here again or any other property managed by Vacasa. I use VRBO for the personal touch and to support small owners not to line the pockets of large companies who could care less about the guests.

Nice stay
Clean and close to the beach. Parking space a plus! However, it was very hard to get into the house on night one. The door was sticking, so we had to call customer service. It took us 20 min to finally get in. Also, the remotes for the ceiling fans worked interchangeably, so one remote would turn one light on and one off. It was a back and forth game. Everything else was nice.

There were NO views. The bathroom was in need of work. The tv was very difficult to operate and no instructions. The door to enter needed a good cleaning.

Bathroom issues when we arrived!
The place was well equipped for us with all the necessities. The place looked great. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom toilet leaked. Then when we went to shower the tub didn’t drain. We reported each incident as we hoped for a quick resolution. We arrived Monday 6:30 pm. The issue was not resolved until the next day after 7 pm. Check out was at 20 am the next day. Being on the beach was great. The kitchen was great. I’m wondering how the bathroom was cleaned between renters? This was the first time we used VRBO too.

Something for everyone
The location is walking distance to several amazing views. On one side is the beach with volleyball, restaurants, shops that connects to the arcade and rollercoaster. It’s vibrant and lively. The other side is calm and peaceful with views of boats. Parking can be challenging so having a designated spot to leave the car and walk everywhere is great. Beach towels were provided which is a nice added touch. Kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer a plus. Note that the unit cannot run both washer and dryer together only one or the other. Also there are 2 refrigerators in the home but only one work so check before using. The stunning views cannot be seen directly from the home but that did not deter us from having a great time.

Refrigerator was not working upon arrival, notified management immediately, no one showed up to fix it. Had to buy a cooler and ice for groceries.
