This place has everything!
The reviews are all accurate. There is not one thing we needed that wasn’t available. Super clean, modern and chic and very good pillows on all beds! Very convenient to visit Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. Perfect spring break trip for the family.

Great holiday Week
We enjoyed the most wonderful christmas week here. They have everything, the house is amazing, location perfect and we skied everyday.. just the best!! The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of a day of skiing. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having such a great rental!

Perfect Home for Family Ski Trip!
My family (spouse, teen, and tween) just enjoyed a wonderful ski trip while we stayed at this fantastic property! The home has been updated beautifully, is very clean, and is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and linens. My boys had their own bedrooms on the main floor while the primary bedroom is upstairs. The beds are very comfortable with great linens and blankets. After a long day of skiing, hitting the jacuzzi on the deck was exactly what we needed. There are multiple levels so keep that in mind if anyone has problems with stairs. This didn't bother us or wake us up, we could hear the somewhat loud garage doors from the unit next door. It might only be bothersome if they opened in the middle of the night. The snow plow truck is also loud so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper! Overall the home is wonderful and the location is perfect for a ski trip. Local SLC ski resorts, like Brighton and Solitude, are about 30 minutes away.

Beautiful home
Beautifully accessorized and very clean. Well organized kitchen with everything you’d need including crockpot, blender, mixer, toaster and waffle maker. Great beds and furnishings. Wonderful hot tub too! Loved it! Very convenient to the ski resorts.

Beautiful property
We were visiting SLC for a memorial service, but we grew up about 15 minutes from where we stayed, so it was also a trip to visit all the places we used to go as children. The property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was very well appointed, and it was very comfortable. Our only complaint is the TV did not get any local stations - it was only subscription services - so we couldn’t watch a few things we wanted to. It was also a difficult system to navigate (and we are pretty well versed in smart TV’s and subscription services). Beyond that, we were very happy. It was a great place and we would stay again. Thank you!

Beautifully updated condo in great location
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this condo in Cottonwood Heights. It was updated and decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. It was centrally located and was easy to visit downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, Wasatch mountains, and many other beautiful Utah sites.

Great place to stay!
This place is beautiful and in a great location! 20 minutes from SLC, 20 minutes from the University of Utah and minutes away from awesome hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean, we really couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

A beautiful home close to the mountains.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Suzanne was extremely responsive and helpful. One of the beds is very small though, so although it sleeps 9, just be aware of that!

2 months of heaven
My husband and I stayed here for 2 months. Some friends and family joined us part of the time: the condo was spacious and has plenty of room to gather. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Pretty much everything we needed was provided: super well equipped kitchen, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, plenty of pillows and blankets… Our reason for being in Utah was to ski - this condo is so conveniently located. All the major ski resorts are a short drive away. You can also walk to several very good restaurants (we mostly did take out due to Covid concerns). I am going to miss the fabulous sunset views from the main living area - watching from the private hot tub was the perfect end to the day. Susanne was great to work with - very prompt to resolve any issues that came up. We really loved the Cottonwood Heights area. Everyone was so friendly. Great restaurants, services, hiking trails. We even found an excellent gym - Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center where you can pay a daily rate.

Beautiful Property
The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The only thing is that it was extremely difficult getting our large suv in the garage. When we parked in the driveway a neighbor left a note saying they can’t get in their garage if we parked like that. Very small cable selection on TV as well and no cable in one of the bedrooms, but these are just little things. All-in-all, I give it a top rating.

Fabulous, clean and comfortable! Great location!
Highly recommend this condo. We went in August to move our son into the University of Utah and it worked out perfectly for our family of 4. We were close to hiking trails, shopping, the school, Park City. I felt as if everything was 20 mins away from the condo. Very safe and quiet location. The condo itself was decorated beautifully with all modern touches. Every appliance and gadget needed. Even a salad spinner and Tupperware! Do not hesitate to book. We even enjoyed the hot tub at night while the sun set. Pretty views from the back deck.

Excellent Property
We had a great weekend! The property was incredible. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It was clear that the owner cares deeply about the property and guest experience. We were able to ski both Snowbird & Alta. Both resorts were a short 20 minute drive up the canyon. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again.

Terrific Accommodations
We had an amazing time staying at this property. Honestly I saw the pictures and thought, no way this place is actually this nice. Well... it is. Looks like it belongs in a Pottery Barn catalog. Highly recommend this property. Everything was spotless and it has just about everything you could ever want from laundry detergent to spices in the kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo at the entrance to big Cottonwood Canyon. Excellent location. Kitchen is absolutely perfect and the entire condo is redone with nice finishes. Owner/manager was great to work with and very responsive

Outstanding Family Ski Trip
We had a multi-family ski trip at the end of Feb., 2020 and this condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect with beautifully appointed furnishings, a breathtaking view from the hot tub and a short 20 min. drive to Snowbird. One day it was really snowing so we opted to take the bus which was literally only 1 mile from the condo. Suzanne was great to work with and quick to answer all of our questions leading up to our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great spot for a ski trip!
Stayed here over President's Weekend with two college aged sons, skied at Alta and Snowbird. Easy direct route to both ski areas (less than 15 miles). Large garage to pull your vehicle in out of the weather, clean modern kitchen with all the amenities, and plenty of space to relax in the great room by the fire. Highly recommend this place!

Well appointed with plenty of space and a great location
We recently stayed here for 3 nights. It was very spacious, well kept and very clean. The balcony with hot tub has a great view and was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook plus it really has spices and a few extra accoutrements. We would definitely stay here again.
