My room smelled terrible, and the finishes throughout the room (wood on the vanity was in bad shape, thermostat was dirty and cracked, etc) were in bad shape. I expected way better for the price.

I always love staying here. The staff is always friendly and nice, the hotel always seems so clean and tidy.

No complaints except didn’t get the wake up call I called and requested for 6am in the morning.
