Lack of organisation, terrible pillows and bed wasnt great. The water from sink and shower smelt like faeces, very strange. Definitely not worth the money and would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and convenient access to do laundry. Communication was good. Instructions was good. Kitchen had all ww needed.

The property itself is fine. Utilitarian. They have washing machines on the 2nd floor. After checking in my door lock battery crapped out. It took them 4 hours to fix the door. I missed a good chunk of my tour, waiting for it to be fixed. All my stuff was inside the unit and they offered another room to me which made no sense. They refused to offer any compensation.

The maintenance team could also take their time to fix the issue even if you are not there - it was not necessary to wait for this... This was a convenient spot to stay. One or more of the other businesses in the building were under construction. Trash was spread around the sidewalk and parking lot. The towel bar kept coming off the wall. The water was nice and hot. The kitchen was convenient.

It was clean, comfortable and had everything you'd need. It was warm, and the shower was gorgeous. The information and the communication was amazing. Would highly recommend. My only tiny quibble would be there was no toaster. But I think if I'd let the owners know, they would have brought me one, they were that accommodating. Otherwise top marks, Will stay again!

the apartment is cozy and clean. All instructions were sent thru email, no one at the front to greet like the description and the check out time is 10am, not noon.

Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment. Easy instructions to check-in. Close to a deli/restaurant, supermarket, and bakery. Free parking. Apartment building has 6 floors but only 2 washers and dryers on second floor. So it is always busy.

Nice apartment
Nice apartment close to everything, across from Bónus supermarket! Easy parking! It is a self serving apartment so there is no one on site and we had a bit of difficulty checking in. They said they sent me an email, however, I didn’t receive it.

Our first visit of iceland
People planning to travel south, can use this apartment. Lovely location. Neat surroundings and calm. Right in the southern edge of kopavoegur and superb access to routine 1 towards south. Going into Reykjavik is around 10 kms and easy to drive on. Ample free parking. For self driven cars, this Icelandic apartment is one of the best.

Clean and kitchen is useful as it is pretty expensive in Iceland. No room cleaning services offered but you can get more towels and stuff you need from the office. It's 40mins away from KEF airport. Car must have. I will come back.

The property is located about 15 minutes away from the capital city so it is quite and a great view. Also you can smell or taste hot spring water when you use water inside of the oroperty

Owner was very kind letting us in at 9am, we were traveling with three kids..The room still wasn’t prepared but it was ok since the check in was supposed to be at 3 and we had a selected room with a view-gorgeous btw!!I only took away because after long wait for room to be cleaned (which happened after 3pm) the toilet seat wasn’t wiped, so sad to say owner needs to work on his cleaning team. 10min to reykjavik, 40from airport, 7 to H.horseback riding, cozy dining place(expensive but worth it!) downstairs, bakery across the street(the only place we really enjoyed bread) and pastries, and cheap grocery store right next to it. There are also polish stores 10/15min away for those interested.

3 nights spent there with easy access by car. We enjoyed our stay cause appartment is confortable and clean. Very good location for people who ought to visit Reykjavik and Golden Circle area. All is well provided to cook.

Really comfortable accommodation, beautiful view of mountains. Close to basic supermarket for convenience. Easy access to explore if have own transport. About 15 mins drive into city centre. On third day we had an issue with our key card access to the room, the owner came out and assisted with getting us back in. Would definitely stay again.

Mooi en rustig appartement
Het gebouw met 7 verdiepingen staat op een heuvel, waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt. In een aantal km rijden zit je buiten de stad en kun je het noorderlicht zien. Het is makkelijk met de auto bereikbaar, rondom het gebouw kun je prima gratis parkeren. Er is een supermarkt op loopafstand. Het appartement is rustig en netjes. Een nadeel vond ik dat er geen aparte slaapkamers waren.

The best, the room itself is amazing and clean, the kitchen is full of stuff that you might need during your stay. The staff is very professional. Next time around we'll try to book this place again. Parking is abundant. Very highly recommended.

Located 12 min driving to downtown Reykjavik. Room was a very clean big studio with big windows and beautiful view of the mountains. There was everything in the room necessary for a comfortable stay. Wii-fi speed is better than in my own house. Big supermarket Bonus is across the street. One more thing I wanted to mention. We arrived to KEF at 4 am with two kids super tired from the lack of sleep. Check in time for the hotel was 3 pm. We really needed a shower and some sleep before being able to do anything. We headed to the hotel and our host let us check in early without additional pay. We were very thankful to them for that. Such a nice place!
