All maintenance requests and/or questions must be directed to your Host - and not the concierge desk. Due to the community rules the concierge staff are not allowed to assist Vrbo guests.

Pets are allowed with pre approval )- please message your Host if you plan to bring a pet or service animal (only one dog allowed, there's a $125 fee per reservation)) and there are certain breed restrictions, please message your host first about your pet's particular breed and size(weight). Absolutely No events or Group Parties of any kind. This is my private apartment that I have chosen to share with you. Please respect my space and my items and furnishings. I have top of the line furniture and expensive custom pieces. Please be a good guest and keep my apartment clean.

No smoking in the unit - the building will issue fines and if you are caught smoking within the unit, you will be asked to vacate the premises. Non-negotiable.

Max guests: 4 (there is not a sleeper) only two brand new, very comfy beds.
