All things you are saying are lies, you told me about the cold water but never asked to change rooms, we don´t reuse bread, we don´t have only one pot of jam and butter, you are not locked up in the hotel there is always someone in front desk. Maybe you also should talk how you did not say hi on arrival or anytime you came, you did not greet with anyone on breakfast considering most of tourist those days where french. Sometimes things seems "awful" according to the attitude you have in life.
