En mettant les pieds dans cet appartement, vous prenez le contrôle sur la Bahía de Banderas. Une vue spectaculaire, autant vers la mer que les montagnes, vous donnera la sensation d'être privilégié entre tous. La beauté des lieux, l'interaction cordiale avec le personnel, le confort sécuritaire sont seulement quelques aspects qui rendent inoubliables un séjour au Icon Vallarta. L'envie d'y revenir vous habitera définitivement. Les commodités sont à proximité et il y a toujours un taxi pour vous conduire où bon vous semblera!

Great stay overall
This is a really nice property, has a beautiful pool, and the check in and check out went smoothly. The beds and linens are comfortable. The layout of the suite is very spacious and has views on both sides of the building, which is very unique. Security is very good, we made the mistake of not realizing my son’s friend wouldn’t be able to visit for the afternoon without direct permission so the boys were not able to be on the property until we (the renters) returned. There are a few updates needed in the apartment, but overall the space was very functional and enjoyable. The only real downside was the management team requested a showing of the suite while we were occupying it, and on short notice. They did their best to make it up to us by offering a trip to the airport on departure, which was a very kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again in the future and especially enjoyed the deck, pool, and pool service.

Amazing Views
The property management (Gaby) was fantastic. We had several issues that she dealt with very quickly, and she made a real difference to our stay. The unit has incredible views on both sides, the pool is warm and the Icon staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it was comfortable but is very worn and in need of a complete update. We were disappointed that the listing is out of date - there is no security door on the elevator, but there is a uv water filter tap on the kitchen sink and a new washer/dryer. The elevator broke down several times during our stay, opening its doors into the unit and becoming stuck. This allowed other residents to access the unit, which since there was no longer a security door made us very concerned about our privacy and safety.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. We work very hard for giving you the best vacation experience. Unfortunately sometimes things doesn´t work as expected. There where some problems with the elevators which where taken care immediately by Icon (out of my control). Again sorry for such a bad experience.

Perfect getaway
This property was as described, perfect location on the beach. The security was great. The bar and restaurant on the beach were perfect for a snack and beer while enjoying the beach.

Winter Break 2023 at the ICON PV
Another great stay at the ICON. The unit we stayed in was great and the manager on site, Enrique, was very responsive and helpful. ICON has changed a few rules which was a bit annoying - such as guests not being able to workout out in the fitness room until 4pm and overbearing "pool cops" but overall a great stay.

Beautiful Unit and Great Service
We loved the unit we stayed in. Very clean and had everything we needed. Marco and Gaby, the property managers are awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. Would definitely book the unit again.

Great condo, easy access to the pool area and beach. General facility is a great spot and close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and a short taxi from everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Also only a short distance from the airport.

A little slice of paradise
The first thing you notice upon entering the condo is the view. Amazing sunsets. Everything was modern and comfortable. Property manager met us and showed us everything we’d need to know. Pool and on-site dining options were great. Workout room was just what we needed. Concierge Modesta was the best!

Wonderful apartment
We loved everything about our stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The unit had everything we needed. The view was amazing off both decks. The location was perfect, close to the marina and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Always a great stay.
This was our third time staying in this unit at ICON. David has always been great and the location, unit and view are amazing. A few change with the property were a bit unfortunate (have to book a time in the hot tub now and lunch is served an hour later than last year). But we always love coming back. A great spot for families.

My family vacation
I really enjoy the Icon, the condos have spectacular views although they are starting to show their age and could use some paint. The biggest complaint by I have is with the beach bar, I was often ignored or a Spanish speaking person was prioritized service. The deep fryer was broken and instead of saying that they just said nothing fried was available. The set up with putting money on a card is tedious and when we wanted to use the remainder of our credit but was short and wanted to put more money on it the person who was responsible to do that was not there. It just was not run very well at all. They should also either replace or remove the speaker on the beach as the music was not clear and more annoying than entertaining. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed my time at the beach but my experiences with service at the bar was not great with the exception of one young fellow who was very helpful and pleasant. The Icon in itself is a great place to vacation.

Excellent property for a brief or long stay.
Great location with many amenities. Did not have time to use the heated pool. Nice bar on the beach. Recommended them to provide music to improve the vibe at the bar. Overall a great place to stay.

This apartment is truly amazing and was the highlight of our trip. It’s spacious, furnished beautifully and my goodness, that ocean view with the sunset every evening was mind-blowing! The amenities are excellent - swimming pool, beach, spa, gym, Jacuzzis and games area. The whole property is managed to a high standard and the staff and concierge are excellent and so helpful - there is also a restaurant and beach bar which is very handy. Our reservation was managed by an agency that were good at communicating with us. Enrique, in particular, was very kind in waiting for our late arrival after our flight was cancelled and was friendly and welcoming. Honestly this property is just as good, if not better, than staying in a hotel resort. Even my fussy husband was in heaven! We didn’t want to leave and would love to return again.

Amazing! I will be back!
I am selfishly tempted to say that this property was terrible, so that no one books it and I can stay there whenever I want. LOL. It was fantastic. It was more than I could have ever hoped for. Close to the airport, the apartment/condo was in an almost perfect location... beautiful view.. right on the beach.... walking distance to the grocery store...and the check in process was seamless. Our host did an amazing job of not only giving us a tour, but also suggesting a tour that we went on that ended up being breath taking. I totally recommend this place and I plan to go back again very soon.

Forget the resorts , when Icon Vallarta is available !
Great location, great complex, great staff, especially Enrique Albo. He took care of whatever we needed. Thank you, Enrique. It was the first time that my friends have gone to Vallarta and they can't wait to come back. This was second time staying here, I highly recommend it. All the comfort you need and a breathtaking view overlooking the "Bahía de Banderas". Wonderful!!!
I had stayed at Icon Vallarta before but never had such a view. The place was very clean, flooded with natural sunlight from sunrise to sunset and a gentle breeze can flow through the glass doors to your liking. Did I mention the view? The early mornings with the cruise ships coming in, the daily parade of all adventure boats and the sounds of the ocean and the city... A very comfortable place, maintained with very good care and attention to details. The communication with Marcos was excellent and flexibility with check-in and check-out was very helpful to me. But in the end, and though I could go on and on, you have to see it for yourself... I mean the view.... :-)

A perfect location.
This was our second time staying at David’s place and our third to ICON. Marcos is amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. There are no better views in PV, ICON has everything you need and the condo is perfect for our needs.

This is an excellent unit for 2 couples. Nicely decorated. Great swimming pool and direct access to beach. Comfortable beds. Second bedroom bath is very small and awkward. Needs more dishes and miscellaneous things like coasters, new table mats, etc All minor nut would be nice. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location!
This is the most amazing property. Amenities and concierge services are as good as any resort. David the owner is pretty reciprocate right and willing to make exceptions if need be post booking. Marcos the property manager is very thorough and spontaneous. Carmen and Carolina at the concierge are extremely helpful with planning the excursions and booking covid testing on site. The entire crew together makes the stay as easy and mesmerizing as they can. Loved it and would definitely go again. Thank you everyone.

HaPpY Place
Our stay at the icon was exceptional. We were graciously met by Marco upon our arrival and he saw to it that all our questions were answered and the features explained in detail. The apartment is well appointed, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It felt like home in paradise. We enjoyed sunrise on one patio each morning and sunset each evening on the other. Thank you Marco for your kindness and energy and thank you David for sharing your home with us! We will return again and again!

AMAZING CONDO!
We absolutely loved this condo and can't wait to come back! The views are spectacular during the day and evenings. The unit is spotlessly clean and decorated with lots of detail. All the essential items were provided in the condo, with the added bonus of coffee and bathroom essentials. (Just as if you were staying at a hotel) David, the owner was excellent to deal with always responding very quickly to any questions we had. Marcos, the property manager was amazing to deal with. He is very thorough with explaining all details about the condo. He is very helpful with anything you may need assistance with. He is super nice! The concierge staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you may need. The beach bar/grill is convenient with a great service and menu. Our vacation at the ICON was a fantastic stay!

Great vacation!
We loved staying at Icon! The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and with everything we needed. The combination of totally furnished apartment with resort amenities worked great for us. Ocean views are amazing! Everyone was really nice and helpful, we will definitely come back!

A week the Icon
We spent the week over New Year at this location. We have stayed at the ICON previously so we were familiar with the property and the location. The process of renting was smooth, David was very accommodating in changing our reservation after we had booked when we discovered we could not get the flight we had planned. The unit was in good shape, all the necessities were in place, and apart from one day the weather cooperated. The check-in was excellent, Marco that showed us the layout was a real pleasure, very thorough, very professional and lovely man. Also very friendly and funny.

I’ve come to PV a couple of times every year for the last 10 years or so. This was by far one of my best stays, literally perfect place to stay. Could not have asked for anything more.

A very enjoyable week!
We found the Icon to be a lovely, peaceful and very well kept property. Had lunch daily at the on-site restaurant which made life easy, especially with our 14 mo old. Unfortunately no food served on premises after 6PM. Lots of lounges at the pool/beach without intrusive music! The condo was very nice/convenient in terms of layout (open floor plan), beds comfortable, & large balcony w/ ocean views was terrific. Must observe that the condo was bright with natural light but not enough lighting/fixtures for evening. The owner was extremely kind in that he purchased a high chair for us! Re Location: we're use to staying at the marina w/ walkable access to restaurants &, although Icon is closer to town, there were few nearby restaurants. Prob not an issue except we had a baby and car seat to manage. There is a walkable market, but we prefer Walmart which is a quick taxi away. The telephone to concierge downstairs didn't work - finally repairman came but could not fix it & we never heard another word. Everything else worked fine and A/C was excellent. Our group of 5 had a really good vacation!

I am sorry for the inconvinience of the telephone, the telephone company broke the line that connected it from the apartment to the main switch, it took weeks to be repaired, sorry for the lack of comunication about the problem, one of those things our of our control.

Muy bonito departamento, bien ubicado. Con hermosa vista al mar. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. El dueño una persona muy amable, en constante comunicación , al pendiente de sus huéspedes .

Bathroom, sheets , carpets on the living room , bathroom, and even the head of the bed was dirty . Beautiful view but all the windows and the balcony were dirty dusty . No extra blankets just sheets .

ICON is a terrific spot for those who don't care for the "all inclusives", and want a beautiful, convenient, safe place to stay in PV. Unfortunately it is getting popular as word gets out of how great it is... :( David's condo was well appointed and clean. Views are amazing like every unit at ICON, and the beds were SUPER comfortable. David has a property management company who takes care of everything, and MARCO will greet you upon arrival and walk you though everything you need to know. Both Marco and David were extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The pools are great, staff amazing, and beach bar is as super convenient feature to have. The restaurant is small but has everything you need for breakfast and lunch as well as snacks by the pool or beach. The actual beach isn't the greatest for swimming, but thats a small price to pay for all of the other amazing features of this location. We are huge fans of ICON and are already looking to plan our trip back next year!

Amazing View
This condo is beautiful and perfect for a small family. The complex is perfectly located close to the airport and downtown. Marco, the property manager, was awesome and went over all details of the complex and unit in detail. Ask Marco anything and he will know the answer!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
