Local bem limpo, organizado, bem higienizado, recepção bastante solicita, nos acompanhou mostrando os restaurantes e areas de lazer, hospedagem bem nova, com decoração fina e elegante, banheiros com estrutura para suportar a acomodação (oferecem até repelente no kit de boas vindas), além de frutas e bebida no quarto. Vedação da sacada perfeita (estando fechada não se ouve sim da piscina e mar). Restaurantes bastante variados no cardápio. A temperatura nos restaurantes é bastante frio! No geral foi perfeita minha estadia.

The transportation to and from the airport was included and pleasant. The dining options were limited. There were two restaurants. The Italian restaurant was getting ready to open on the last day of our stay. I expected more from a resort of its caliber. We were made aware that we would have a concierge for our entire stay. It was difficult to get ahold of him and when he was off, we were not aware of who we could contact. We were swept away to a timeshare presentation that left little to be desired and a sour taste in our mouths. It was a very long presentation and although we mentioned we had to get back to our children they would not allow us to leave. We would never sit through a timeshare presentation again and I would recommend you don't either. It was a scary event and made the remaining time of our stay uncomfortable. The beach access was decent but some algae.

One of the best places we have ever been to. Quiet (no loud and crazy teenagers) No music blasting at 10PM, great service and a place to relax! Staff is friendly and the place is super clean! Thank you!

Our stay was just perfect. Every meal was served with the best staff. Everything was plated beautiful and the tables were amazing. The all inclusive was over the top. I would definitely return in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th Anniversary. We had the most amazing time during our stay. Thank you to the friendly and amazing housekeepers, to the hard-working staff (Kevin & Jose) at the Heaven Beach Bar, to the wonderful staff at Flor de Canela & El Faro Grill, and our resident assistant, Liza, and to the rest of the Lobby reception staff. I could not recommend a more amazing place to stay if you want quality service, beautiful grounds and views, and the most amazing people you'll ever meet. Thank you

I can’t say enough about this property and our experience overall. My wife and I went on our honeymoon to grand residence and had an unforgettable time. During our time the place was constantly being cleaned, our room was kept up at least twice per day, and staff is very friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that there are many suggestions/rules that were left unsaid, and it took us a few days to discover them. A bit more of an orientation would have been appreciated, especially for new travelers to the area such as ourselves. I highly recommend setting your reservations and planning your stay on the first night so that events and reservations don’t fill up. If you were looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing, high-quality stay with excellent service, this is the place for you. You won’t be disappointed.

Great spot, staff really make this property special. They really do go above and beyond to make your stay a awesome. Food… breakfast and lunches were perfect… dinners not so much… the bbq, taco Tuesday, and seafood buffet didn’t meet a 5* rating. Really need to reconsider dinner menu and quality.

The entire property was kept up very well. We were very impressed with the staff and their willingness and friendliness. It’s hard to find any negatives with this property, if I had to point one out it would be the fact that you had to sign a receipt after each meal or series of drink servings. This enabled the customer to leave a tip. I would suggest carrying some cash and leaving cash tips. Thanks for making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

The Grand Residences was very accommodating. From the free shuttle service to the hotel and airport, to the friendliness of the staff, everything was exceptional. Our concierge set up any reservations that we needed, including a trip to Puerto Morelos for some snorkeling.

The hotel is in good condition, beautifully designed, the pools and the beach are clean and tidy, there are few vacationers, so there are always enough free sun loungers, but for some reason it was necessary to reserve sun loungers at the pool and the beach all the time. There are few restaurants and a very poor choice on the menu every day the same thing. Those restaurants that they offer in Cancun are not provided with a transfer from the hotel, and a taxi ride to the restaurant and back to the hotel will cost 100-105 dollars. We booked an ocean view room but they gave us a room on the second floor and only saw pools and palm trees. They asked to change the room on the floor above, they promised to look, but they didn’t do anything, although there were free rooms.

We enjoyed the friendliness of staff and that the resort was not overly crowded. Also enjoyed there was no party atmosphere so we could relax by the pool. Food and drinks were excellent. Tristan, our consierge, did a great job in setting up our reservations for dinner and activities. I would highly recommend this resort.

Victor our driver from the airport was so kind and made us feel safe and welcomed. After arriving the hotel staff continued with the same energy of being so kind and welcoming. Liza our concierge was also super helpful with everything the resort/area had to offer. The resort had everything and was quiet if you’re looking for somewhere to relax but also be able to do actives. The food was delicious. I will deffinitely be coming back.

Beautiful hotel but stressful transport
Our stay was short but sweet. Getting our voucher for our airport transfer was an issue. Both myself and another friend who was staying at the hotel were calling daily to try and get our airport voucher and nobody was providing us with the voucher. We finally got the voucher and when we got to the airport the shuttle was nowhere to be found. We were told to take another taxi and they would reimburse us at the hotel but they never did. Other than the stress of transportation- this hotel was amazing. Would definitely return.

Our first time staying outside of the hotel zone and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is smaller compared to some of the larger resorts, but the only thing you miss out on is the large crowds and mass-produced food. The Master Suite was expansive and had every amenity you could think of. The attention to detail of the grounds was impressive to say the least. I had noticed a few tiles from one of the hot tubs had popped from the sun/heat and by the next morning were replaced/regrouted and cleaned. Staff was extremely attentive and made you feel welcomed. Jess, Alex and Mary at the kids club did a great job keeping the kids engaged and looking forward to the new activities each day. Liza our concierge was a text message away to coordinate anything and everything from dining reservations to transportation around the area. The pool staff, Efrain, Carlos and Miguel, were on point every day to make sure we had fresh towels, umbrellas, drinks and food whenever we needed. The food and service inside the restaurants was great too. Eduardo was attentive and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Overall, it was an extremely relaxing vacation thanks to the staff. Give Grand Residences a consideration if you’re traveling to the Cancun/Puerto Morelos area.

We had an amazing trip here! The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. They solved any problems I had during my trip so we can truly relax and enjoy our time there. You get a personal concierge who plans your dinner reservations/excursions. Our daughter loves the Kids Club. The beach was beautiful and quiet. It's perfect for a quiet vacation!

Best experience ever. I would definitely come back. The service and the staff alone are worth the money. The property is clean and well maintained. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Keep going back year after year. Quiet, clean family friendly resort. Great staff, large, clean suites, excellent food- we appreciate they keep a lifeguard on staff. Beach can be hit or miss because of the seaweed, but they make it a point to clean beach every day. If you’re looking for relaxation and rejuvenation, Grand Residences is the place.
