It’s super disappointing that John did not enjoy his stay with us, but honestly we’re wondering why he chose to book our home in the first place when he was clearly looking for a different experience. Without a doubt, John is the worst guest that we have ever hosted, hands down. We would have preferred that he never booked our place. The guests who checked in immediately after him were completely delighted: "All is going well Jason! Thanks for checking in. The space is perfect for us and our dog is already loving the dog beach!" Their literal words. If you’re an owner, I would think twice before renting to John. My cleaner reported that John did not follow check-out instructions and left trash in our unit. We’ve been welcoming guests for over 5 years to our home, Siren's Hideaway - thousands of them and hundreds of their canine companions - and have never had someone complain so vocally, so quickly, both to us and to my neighbors, about our home. Our listing is accurate. We stand by every element of it. We take great pride in maintaining our home and depicting it with honesty, so we do take exception with his claims.

Thanks, Yunhee! We love how convenient we are to everything in Provincetown! Sometimes noise transfers between units - it all depends upon the other guests, unfortunately. And that's pretty standard with multi-family buildings. We've been there a lot, as you can imagine. Most of the time we hear nothing from the other units. Sometimes, we'll hear footsteps and such.

Hi Keith, thanks for staying with us and for your review! Really appreciate it! We too are also bummed that the developer didn’t deed outdoor space to our unit, but we do make that clear in our description and are 100% honest with how everything is described. And yes, the bedrooms and living area are downstairs. The condo is perfect for guests looking for a quiet, pet-friendly location in the heart of the West End directly across from the beach, and who value that and space over outdoor amenities.
