While i do understand your views, the resort does not operate as an AirB&Bwe. We have never had a restuarant on property, and as you've mentioned, we are central to most restuarants, lounges and bars in the Grace Bay area which are all in walking distance. I think I understand what we need to do in order to revamp the flow of service for pool & beach, thank you. The insight you've provided will help us. Thanks again for staying with us!
