February getaway
Small private beach area with loungers and umbrellas was wonderful. Villa was just as pictured and staff was very helpful. Good restaurants within walking distance. Driving on left was challenging!

Great location and perfect size!
This villa was perfect for my husband and I during our week long stay. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect spot. Short walk to the beach and we were the only ones there. The pool was nice each afternoon. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. I would highly recommend this villa!

Beautiful!
We really loved the villa and the property and was so close to the beautiful beach! Everything was as expected as I had read the earlier reviews. Excellent place to stay, the only issues were the stove not really working well and there was no cell phone provided (that should probably be updated in the description.)

Can't wait to go back
The property was nice, well maintained and clean. Had everything we needed and is a short walk to nearby restaurants and marina. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, coffee and blended favorites. Short walk to semi private beach with loungers and umbrellas. Pools were nice. Has pools toys, larger ice chest, and kayaks for canal that leads to the ocean if you're up for it. Felt secluded, safe and quiet. Staff and housekeeping were fantastic. A short drive (or really long walk on the beach) to Grace Bay. Car is helpful if you want to venture out (groceries, shopping, finer dining, outings, etc). Would recommend.

The check-in process was super easy easier than anywhere I’ve ever gone. The person in charge of the property was easy to get a hold of very helpful place was very clean. The staff was wonderful very helpful. They’re always on top of the property I don’t have anything really bad to say the only thing that I felt that might be something that I didn’t feel so comfortable with was the fact that the staff can have access to your place when you’re not there to restore towels I would prefer that not being able to happen with the staff, but other than that they were still friendly nothing came up missing they took very good care of the cleaning while I was gone. The place was amazing and I would definitely love to stay here at this Villa again when I return. Very sweet people I loved Turks and Caicos

Great location for snorkeling
Comfortable villa steps away to a beautiful quiet beach with chairs and umbrellas. One reef within swimming distance and Smith’s reef a quick walk down the beach to see colorful fish, turtles and rays. The villa has two great outdoor areas for meals and happy hour overlooking the canal. Luz was there daily to answer questions and light housekeeping. 5 restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a great villa and everything we needed for an amazing vacation.

Lovely Villa!
Beautifully clean and spacious villa! Well stocked with amenities. The tropical grounds are immaculately kept and are peaceful and quiet. Luz and her team ensure that these villas are well looked after and the grounds feel secure and safe. Great location - short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and the IGA is a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Villas
Everything you need for a relaxing and private stay in TC. Clean, close walk to beach, kayaking, snorkeling, near grocery, and great restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Daughter left a purse behind and the staff even rushed it to the airport before we departed!!

Honest Review
This place hit all the high marks for a laid back beach vacation. Kitchen had everything you could want. Villa was clean, well maintained and great quality for the price and the proper was like a botanical garden with beautiful foliage and flowers. Approx 100 yd walk to one of the best beaches in the world. Very few people on the section where the villas are located. Great kayaking in Turtle Cove. New bikes at the facility. Snorkeling gear. Two minor negatives - personnel weren’t prepared for our arrival and oven did not heat up well; however Luz was helpful meeting our needs. Would definitely recommend and would go back without hesitation.

Paradise

Beautiful Place
I stayed with my partner for a week, and in general, the villa was clean, short walk to the beach (across the road, well-lit path at night), and an overall relaxing place to stay. Everyone in charge of running the villa was extremely quick to respond to questions or requests (we asked to borrow snorkels and received two pairs within the hour). Only two small complaints, not worth docking a full star over: Location (not the villa’s fault): - a few miles away from the downtown area, you really need to rent a car. We tried renting bikes, but to get to the grocery store you need to cross a highway. Ended up trading in the bikes for a car after a day. - most of the restaurants and all of the shops are about 3-4 miles away. There’s a handful of restaurants within walking distance, but not enough to last a week. Kitchen - we weren’t expecting to make extravagant meals, but we thought there would be more kitchen staples provided than there was (e.g., salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.). - there were a handful of other spices that we believe other guests probably purchased and left there

Very friendly & amazing onsite staff. The property was perfect for us and so comfortable. We appreciate the king size bed and both air conditioning units. The house had everything you need. Super easy and close access to the beautiful beach was wonderful. Pool was equally clean and beautiful. The question is not if we will go back but rather, when!

Paradise!
Provo truly is paradise! These villas are not super modern but they are well kept. They only thing that upset us was not having the cell phone we were promised so I had to use international calling on my phone. There were also bikes listed for use on the listing but no bikes to be had.... I'd still stay here again though.

In need of some upgrades
First, let me say that the location here was amazing! Right across the street from the beach with several reefs within swimming distance. The road is extremely quiet and the property was also. We rented a car and getting around was very easy. The pool is well maintained and beautiful and the grill worked and was very clean. The location had a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. That being said, it feels like the bare minimum is done for upgrades and repairs. What the staff actually has control over is great, what the owners should be responsible for was not. We arrived to find the refrigerator leaking all over the floor. The housekeeper (who is FABULOUS) said the ice was just too full. However, it continued to leak all week. The two pull out sofas were BOTH completely broken. They managed to tie one up with rope for my daughter to sleep on and we could not close it the entire week. The oven did not get to temp so we could not cook in it. The master bedroom is listed as a queen, it is a full (I pointed this out to the host and since have checked if the listing was updating and it has not been so I am mentioning it here). The living room TV never fully turns off so it just glows 24/7 unless you unplug it. The lights on the screened in porch don’t work so you can’t have dinner out there in the evening. Only one of the beach umbrellas is actually functional. There is no in-unit or coin operated laundry, you have to ask the housekeeper to do it for you. I wish this had been specifically stated in the listing when it lists the laundry amenity. Overall, we found it disappointing and not in line with our expectations from the listing. The last item I will mention is this: before we arrived, the owners answered my emails in hours if not minutes. Once we were there, it took 4 days to get a reply. Had the pull out sofa not been able to be “fixed”, it would have left my adult daughter and I sharing a full size bed and the owners no where to be found. The owner was apologetic and offered a discount on a future booking. I absolutely hate leaving a less then stellar review but future renters should be able to make their choice based on accurate information of the current state of the property. I hope there are some repairs made so people can enjoy this property for its location in future!

So relaxing!
We stayed in the Gardenia Villa and everything about the villa, the location, the amenities exceeded our exceptions. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very accommodating when we had to change our dates. The villa is exactly as pictured in the photos and very well appointed. The pools and grounds were maintained daily and so lovely. Luz, the onsite manager was always available to answer our questions and provide us with dry beach towels. My husband took a daily bike ride and went kayaking quite a few times during our stay. For me, the beach was heavenly, so private and with plenty of shade. We loved the neighborhood for morning and evening walks and it was great to be able to walk to restaurants when we didn't feel like driving. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to go back!

Property is only steps away from the ocean with its ien shared pool. Great value for the space and amenities and location. On site house keepers provides easy check in and check out experience. This area is great for quiet relaxing and snorkeling as Smiths reef is basically a few steps away. The beautiful white sand clear blue water beaches are all within minutes drive if you have a rental car. The villa easily good sleep 6. We went as a couple and felt at home. Very nice stay!

This is an exceptional property in Providenciales. The location is great if you want to be away from all the hubbub from the resorts and close to excellent snorkeling. Anniversary vacation
We absolutely loved this property and our stay here. The villa was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the front porch for relaxing with coffee in the morning and dining at night. And, the balcony porch from the master bedroom had a great view of the canal and stars at night. The beach access was a very short walk and easy with a beautiful garden pathway. The beach was beautiful and the water as clear as I’ve ever seen. Fully equipped with chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear and a reef to snorkel right in front! Also, bicycles are provided as well as kayaks and canoe . I loved kayaking right off of the bank through the canal. We did enjoy the pool in breaks from the beach and grilled steaks there one night! Several fantastic restaurants are a minute away at the marina. Luz the on site property manager was so helpful, efficient, and friendly . Quick to help in any way she could. The property was so beautiful and comfortable, I totally recommend it!!! We miss it already!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful time at grace bay beach ocean villas. The villa we stayed in was extremely clean. Luz was on site and was very friendly and helpful. Ray was great to communicate with as were Chris and Sarah with questions I had pre-arrival! The location was perfect for us-we felt safe, we were close to the beach/snorkeling and had several restaurants nearby.

Beautiful vacation property
Because of the restrictive dates that we had to travel to accommodate family schedules, we ended up having to move from one villa to another. The staff was fantastic and let us know as early as possible when we could check in to our second villa. The booking and rebooking was easily and promptly taken care of through email. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The villas were charming and beach access was great! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank-you!

Amazing boy experience!
A fantastic property just steps away from a gorgeous beach! Excellent snorkeling experience as the reef was right there. The property also had great amenities like bikes, kayaks and outdoor grill. The housekeeper was also the sweetest lady who came daily to turn beds and clean-up! The gardens were well maintained and beautiful. Wonderful Villa!
We stayed at the Gardenia Villa for 5 days at the end of of a 2 week stay on the island and it was our favorite place! This was our 3 time in Turks! Quaint quiet villa, incredibly beautiful landscaping, across the road from the quiet end of Grace Bay and great snorkeling right off the beach, in Turtle Cove, close to Mango Reef restaurant, bikes for getting around the area, Luz was the sweetest and always available, Mary was great at communicating…….so many wonderful things to say. The villa was comfortable, very clean, had a great screened in porch, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen….. only improvement I can think of and this is minor……. More comfortable pillows on the bed would have been great! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we will definitely be back!

This lovely property was exactly as advertised. It is in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the beach, between Smith's Reef and Bight Reef, which are great for snorkeling. The home has a great kitchen that made it easy to cook for the family when we didn't want to eat out. The owners are easy to get in touch with and the onsite housekeeper, Luce, is a gem. My kids used both pull out couches with no complaints. I am happy to recommend this VRBO fully!

April 24th - May 1st 2021 Visit
My family and I stayed recently for a week. The location was perfect for us and the description of the property was spot on. The location to the beach is perfect and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We used the bikes to ride to dinner twice: Hideaway Grill & Cafe and the restaurant at the marina. Diane’s was by far the best food we had. The jerk chicken was amazing. We also used the kayaks which were right in the canal. All the amenities were available, clean and functional. The unit was very clean and had all we needed to cook from home. The location felt safe and the grounds were immaculate. There were 3 of us and a 4th joined part way thru our stay so in total 4 of us slept there. There is a pull out couch which worked out, but having 6 sleep there with the 2 pull out couches might make it difficult to get around in the morning if both couches are being used. This wasn’t the case for us, but if we had more people we would find another unit. Beautiful spot. Highly recommend it!

4 Night Babymoon
We absolutely loved our (too short) stay at the this property, specifically the Gardenia Villa. It was very spacious for just the two of us and had everything we needed. We loved having meals on the large screened in porch allowing us to maximize beach and pool time. The villa has a very private feel and gives the sense of being tucked away in a bit of an oasis. The small pool(s) are steps away and the beach isn't much further. This is not the resort experience, rather much more quiet and secluded which was perfect for us. That said, renting a car allowed us to quickly drive to some incredible restaurants just around the corner (many are easily walkable at Turtle Cove Marina) and explore other parts of the island. It's not a luxury property, but has a simple, clean, homey feel - all in all it was exactly what we wanted. One item of feedback - the wooden bed frame could stand to be replaced in this villa as it's extremely creaky and didn't feel overly sturdy. That said, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Week in paradise
Recently spent a week in Turks and Caicos and stayed in Gardenia villa. It was a bit of a hassle to get there as we first planned to come in June and then July, and our flights kept getting cancelled, but we finally made it in August and all our family loved it, so it was totally worth it! Everything was perfect - the villa is beautiful and had everything we needed, as well as a nice view of the canal from the deck, two pools on the property, a short and very nice walk to a private and gorgeous beach which we had to ourselves (what could be better in our times of social distancing!), which you can walk or swim for miles in every direction, in the evening we walked to the marina to dine in an outdoor restaurant (we really liked that we can walk there!). And, most importantly, we really appreciated the fact that Luis, the property manager, was always there for us to help with any issues or questions we had about the island, and Lui, the housekeeper, is amazing! It's always hard to rent a house without seeing it, but while driving around the island and seeing the other locations, we came to conclusion that we made the best choice, and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Fourth trip to TCI but first to the Villas. Best place we have stayed. Quiet and short walk to beach and reef for snorkeling. Several restaurants and gelato in walking distance. Friendly, attentive staff. Gardenia a little "tired" but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful getaway!
This was our second visit to Provo and we intentionally targeted this area for our return trip. These villas are very well maintained by wonderful on-site staff. There is everything you could need provided in the well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, outdoor spaces and *the best* beach access! Everything was so clean, and the daily touch-ups were an unexpected bonus. Although there were other families staying in the other villas, we never felt crowded and it was incredibly peaceful. Gardenia villa seemed the most private to me and the lovely vegetation all around made it even more so. We had plenty of towels for the villa and beach. The cooler provided kept our drinks and lunch cold all day while we were out. The beach access is perfect - the reef directly out from it had great sea life and a couple turtles every time we went snorkeling. There is snorkel equipment provided, including fins, although we brought our own. Smith's Reef just up the beach is a must, and snorkel your way down the beach to catch the rays and turtles in the grass. We also took the 2 kayaks out for a paddle around the canal and Turtle Cove. We were always able to have chairs at the beach and the umbrellas were great for shade. The villa A/C worked great and was easy to adjust for bedtime or while we were away. Wifi at the villa was good for streaming a few shows on our one rainy day and the tv had our football game. The kitchen had everything we needed - knives, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Get your food and you're set! We also used the grill down at the pool several times and it was perfect! The laundry below the villa is used during the day by the staff, but I was able to do one load in the evening without conflict. This was an absolutely wonderful stay, loved everything about the villas, and we look forward to a return trip!!

Perfect Paradise
Beatiful and spacious villa with a gorgeous entrance deck and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff, Luz and Aiza are just the best and made my arrival and stay even more perfect ! The Villas has a private beach just in front of the street equipped with all the necessary beach accessories. It has free bikes and a wonderful swimming pool. Reserved parking spaces jusst beside the villa clearly marked. I totally recommended and I am definetilly thinking on coming back. I would also like to recomemend HomeAway and specially thanks to Kaitlin from Customer Support for all the help on modifying my resaervation.

Pros: easy beach access, umbrellas with chairs, Sharkbait restaurant an easy walk, private little house, very clean pools, daily light housekeeping , away from the more congested parts of beach, easy snorkeling from shore for beginners, full kitchen, comfy sleeper sofa Cons: bring bug spray, bed appears in photos as king size but is actually queen, living area not large enough to open both sleeper sofas if anyone was really expecting to accommodate 6.
