It’s the little things…
…that matter, and Stephanie (our host) makes sure the little things count! She’s incredibly responsive - best we’ve ever experienced in our 20+ VRBO-like experiences. Her tiny house includes all the amenities you look for on vacay (comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, outdoor & indoor space) - and the “extras” that make for luxury - like the expresso machine, Bluetooth speakers, hot tub under a starry sky, fireplaces indoors & out, oil diffusers, and so much more. We hiked at nearby state park, came back to the house to make dinner, watch a movie on a projected screen & end our evening with a little time in the hot tub. Stephanie has thought of all the tiny things that make tiny houses & adventures feel totally amazing. We highly recommend & will be back to take in the wide open Nebraska visitas! Thank you, Stephanie!

Wonderful tiny house
This tiny house had everything for the most cozy stay ever. Blankets, everything you need to cook in the kitchen, hot tub, and a beautiful little Christmas tree to make it perfectly festive in the winter. We brought our own snowshoes and cross country skis and there were plenty of fields to hike through. We could not have been happier with how comfy and cozy this place was and how much space we had. We honestly wanted to stay more nights and never return to our normal lives.

Lovely place to unwind!
My sister in law and I spend a couple days enjoying this cute little relaxing cabin. It had everything we wanted - all the coffee bar tools you need, comfortable beds, Netflix and a hot tub. The surrounding were just what we were looking for too - we only wish the weather would have been a bit nicer for a walk around the property. Will definitely stay again!

Tiny House
Overall our experience was a 10 out of 10 It was a joy to work with the owner who was very willing to accomudate us and included extra touches to make our stay special. The tiny house was clean, relaxing, and a great space. We look forward to coming back for another stay in the future.

So peaceful!
We came for a long weekend to relax and decompress from a busy life with two little. It was so relaxing. We sat in the hot tub every night and couldn’t get over how many stars you could see! The house was super clean and it seems like the owners have thought of everything.

Perfect
It was easy to access the property. The Welcome Manual was extremely useful. The host provided some breakfast food, coffee, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The property does use a composting tiolet, so that took a couple uses to get comfortable with but worked out to not be an issue for us. There are two large decks for relaxing and a fire pit. Overall a great host, beautiful property, and we can not wait to go back!!!

Excellent tiny house
We loved our stay and the hottub was an excellent extra! The home was well furnished and we loved the kitchen. As a tiny home, space is limited but the shower was unexpectedly large. The property was nice and remote, exactly what we were looking for. Was very happy with the booking and would recommend it to anyone looking for privacy

Absolute Perfection
This property was incredible! The owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. The property is stunning with the most peaceful atmosphere. The tiny house was beautiful and had so many small touches that made it unlike any other. We loved using the hot tub at night to watch the stars as well as in the morning. The house had a great coffee bar that came equipped with every thing you could need to make a fancy coffee to enjoy on the deck in the morning. We enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector screen and it was such a cozy experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone, we went for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. This tiny house is the perfect combination of peaceful luxury, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I had a wonderful time and couldn't be more pleased with the tiny home. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we could of possibly needed. It certainly exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again sometime.

A tiny house to fall in love with!
Stephanie was an absolutely amazing and gracious host. The property is a true gem, and made my birthday an amazing experience. I could recommend this amazing location and host enough. She even decorated for my birthday, was very through to explain how everything work, even had a guide book. Very amazing time!

Beautiful getaway
Very cool place and beautiful scenery. Love that it’s out in the middle of nowhere, the quiet was much needed. The hot tub late at night with a clear sky full of stars was amazing. Stephanie was very prompt on returning messages.

Wonderful getaway
My wife, my nearly three-year-old, and my two and half month old stayed in this tiny home. We had a fantastic experience. My daughter loved the whole home. The home was incredibly spacious, considering its a tiny house. We chatted with the host Stepanie for a while; she is fantastic. She is super knowledgeable and extremely prompt with her responses. We will be back and would recommend this property to anyone!

Peacefulness near Ponca
What an amazing stay at the Tiny House. My sister and I went for a long weekend and use it as our base place. We travelled to Ponca St Park and enjoyed hiking, trekked into Sioux City and enjoyed travelling through the countryside. I would suggest your vehicle has four wheel drive Incase of inclement weather. The house was perfect and the hot tub divine! Everything was so well built and thought through in this little gem. Stephanie dis an amazing job. She was on the property our last evening and I'm so glad we got to meet her. She was so hospitable and helpful with excellent communication! I will go back again for sure!

Beautiful views inside and out
So many amenities, beautifully decorated and clean. Bottle of wine was a nice gift. Beautiful views, comfortable sleeping arrangements. Be prepared for gravel roads on your way there. I have driven gravel roads a little before but these roads were quite hilly. If you don't know what a compost toilet is, I would suggest that you research a little just so you are prepared. We really enjoyed having this beautiful and comfortable place to stay for our friend reunion.
