Pavilion is a simple, clean, adult only property with friendly and accomodative staff. We checked in late at night. It was hot in Phnom Penh with over 100 F temps. The room on the top floor was hot due to the staff forgetting to switch on the a/c. When they turned it on, realized that it was broken. They immediately moved us to a larger room on the ground floor and also gave complimentary spa massage coupons. It is a relatively small facility. The breakfast is included. Food choice is limited and the taste is average. Bar is average. Massage is below average. The location is very convenient to many sight seeing spots. If you want a clean, quiet, green place in the middle of the city with friendly staff and no bells and whistles, choose this cute place.

Dear Radha, thank you for you your review. I am sorry about the air-conditioner. Indeed, Pavilion is located in the historical center of Phnom Penh, right behind Wat Botum, the Royal Pagoda. It is within walking distance of Cambodia Royal Palace, Phnom Penh National Museum, Riverside with its bustling nightlife and Street 240, a refined yet relaxed shopping area. Have a nice onward trip,

Ein sehr schönes, zentral und doch ruhig gelegenes wunderbares Hotel. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuss erreichbar. Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lecker Frühstück. Den Lush Pool haben wir täglich nach den Stadtrundgängen genossen

The hotel is a tranquil hideaway within the city. There are two pools: one in the shade and one in the sun. The staff were prompt with cleaning the rooms, provided refills of bottled water daily.
Reception were helpful with planning excursions of the city.
Transportation was accessible as tuk tuks are parked in front of the hotel. There are also some restaurant's within a few minutes of the hotel.
Will return here on my next visit. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous haven, an oasis off the busy streets. Old colonial building with a modern twist. Absolutely wonderful staff and fabulous friendly service, great breakfast and immaculately clean. Our favourite hotel in our two week trip round Vietnam & Cambodia. Thank you.

The staff here are one of the best we have experienced throughout our world travels. The property is also so zen like and peaceful. It is within walking distance of many attractions. Would highly recommend.

Dear Cristina, thank you for your kind review. Indeed, the rooms are old. The Pavilion is in a 1920 villa, carrying its vintage vibes and décor. We chose to use furniture and decoration that merge with this period and did not want to go for more common contemporary elements that would have harmed the spirit of the place. We wish you a nice onward trip.

What a welcome respite from the chaos of the streets of Phnom Penh! You literally step off the street into a lovely garden that is only steps away from the business of Phnom Penh but feels so relaxing. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Tired as we had just arrived we had dinner at the restaurant overlooking the pool, and it was a perfect way to begin our trip. We highly recommend this hotel!
