Hotel para passagem
O hotel é ok para uma estadia curta e de passagem. A recepção foi atenciosa e há um bom café da manhã, mas o quarto tinha um cheiro forte de amônia e são virados para dentro.

Acomodações e equipe
O hotel é localizado infelizmente em um ponto mais pobre da cidade, mas em compensação fomos muito bem atendidos, equipe muito atenciosa, fomos muito bem tratados, os quartos também muito espaçosos, com uma cama muito boa. a internet muito boa também funcionava com rapidez, o café da manhã também esta muito bom. gostamos muito do hotel, adoramos!

Nice the way you fixed it up. It is in a bad area. Homeless men sleeping directly across the street and rats on sidewalk just up the block.

This hotel is in the middle of an unfortunately very blighted area. There is some kind of mission or institution next door that assists locals, who line the streets day and night. We got a cheesesteak at a restaurant around the corner and people regularly came in asking for money. Most of us would prefer that socioeconomic and mental health conditions around the U.S. were better; the street where this hotel is located is a reminder of how far we are from that. In the hotel itself, the staff seemed frazzled. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was for the included breakfast, but this was oatmeal packets and wrapped danish. Would absolutely never stay here again.

Charged $250 a night for a one bed room. I assume the jacked the prices up due to a busy weekend. No housekeeping service to replenish towels, & the tiny travel size soaps that are one time use. I had to call the desk to request housekeeping. Iron was broken. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee, and basically oatmeal & bagels. Homeless people outside the hotel, I believe the shelter is across the street. To get ice or vending machines we were told it was in the basement, we didn’t go down to find out.

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower head was barely a dribble plus I was bathing in a foot of water since it wouldn’t drain properly. Won’t stay here again.

PRO-The property was good for what it was. I stayed overnight bc i had and event friday evening and event sat morning. But thats all ill probably ever do.. the size of rooms overall is not ment for extended stay. Felt very secure that u needed a key to enter The hotel at night . Overall, property did not have a smell and was very neat and clean. Breakfast was ok too. CONS- the shower water didnt function as it should and people(a staff member) were smoking as soon as you walked in the doors. Not a good look. But in a sense ,u get what u pay for. The "S" bend under the sink was exposed and had jagged edges. My rating would be a 3.5

I didn't like the homeless shelter next door. Also, the homeless people all around the hotel area made it unsafe. Also, the parking lot was to block for the discounted rate.

This Hotel is a definite No. Why say that parking is available when you have to go looking for parking at a lot that charges $45 dollars a night, INSANE. Also it is helpful to let people know of the deposit AHEAD OF TIME. Would I ever do this again, the answer is a big NO.

Disappointed
Ordinary hotel in a less than ordinary location. Hotel sits next to the homeless shelter and there is a lot of noise during the evening and night. Hotel doesn't have parking available, but can send you three blocks away to a parking garage. Hotel room doesn't have a fridge. Breakfast available daily with the same things everyday. The only good thing is that it's within walking distance of Market street and City Hall.

Although the room was clean when we arrived we were there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, the area is very unsafe and not nice, there was a strong smell of weed in the corridors and the staff was very undifferent some not even responded a good morning greeting

The hotel itself was fine. The breakfast was very limited with just toast, cereal and some pastries with coffee or juice. The bed was comfortable but the toilet handle was broken and we had to jiggle it to get the water to stop running. There were no usb ports like you can easily find in other hotel rooms. The neighborhood is sketchy, on the backside of the convention center. Our first night, we were woken first at 2:30 a.m. to someone trying to clear their nasal passages for a good 20 minutes, proving the walls to be paper thin; then we were woken again at 4 a.m. to a woman screaming outside the entrance (just below our third story window) dropping f-bombs trying to convince someone to “give [her] coke back!” The second night we had to get up at 4:30 a.m. to assure a drunk man that he was banging on the wrong door and the person he was looking for was not in our room. These are not the faults of the property itself, but the neighborhood certainly suggests you will have such company too, should you choose to save $50 a room to stay here.

Where to begin….absolute below par experience. Uncooperative staff…ridiculously low quality breakfast… amenities and cleanliness was a joke. Have stayed at many days in facilities, but this was by far the least of my favorite.

This hotel met the basic needs of my stay. I had a place to sleep, shower, and use the bathroom. I disliked having the sink outside of the bathroom and the shower had hair in it when we arrived. There were limited options for breakfast and we had cold waffles. It was also quite noisy on my floor at night, which made it hard to sleep. We only stayed one night so all of these inconveniences were bearable. I would rate my stay as 3/5.

For the price I paid for the room, the condition of the room and breakfast was terrible. The surrounding area felt very unsafe. Also parking for 11hr was $30! Terrible experience.

This hotel has a great location if you want to visit Chinatown or the Philly Convention Center. Lots of things to do that are walkable. The staff was VERY friendly and the room was clean. Decent wi-fi. CONS: No microwave, no refrigerator. It is so cheap and chintzy for a hotel not to have these basic conveniences. The hotel does NOT have a restaurant or lounge so you have to go out and eat; therefore, the hotel gets no benefit for depriving its guests of these basic necessities.
