Quiet spot, nice floor plan, clean and updated
We had a nice stay. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces for sitting and enjoying the woodsy setting. The view would be lovely, but was difficult to enjoy from inside as the big picture window was cloudy (not dirty, but due to a defective seal, usually covered under warranty and easily fixable). The interior was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.

Great house!
The house is great. No complaints except for the check-in process. For some reason the management company makes you go to their office to sign paperwork versus doing it online. Other than that we had a great stay.

Beautiful home
This house was absolutely perfect. It's spacious, beautiful, clean. The yard is so perfect if you have dogs since it is all fenced in. I would love to stay here again

Pebble Beach Getaway
Beautiful spacious home - perfect for our golf and wine tasting vacation! The kitchen had everything we needed. We only wish we'd had time to try the pizza oven. Marco, the property manager was very responsive to any questions! We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely well-furnished home
I was there for business but managed a few non business events. I loved that a dog was welcomed and they had blankets to protect furniture in case my puppy got on the furniture. Though I did not cook, the house was well stocked to create a feast. Management was very responsive. Neighborhood setting so one had to drive everywhere-fyi.

Rennsport Reunion Trip
Great alternative to hotel rooms which were basically unavailable for the Porsche gathering. Lovely house with many amenities that were offered. I'm convinced for next time this is the way to go!

Fantastic place for a family getaway!
This place has everything one could want. Even an outdoor pizza oven! It was well-located with easy access to The Lodge at Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, and downtown Carmel. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Short getaway

Beautiful Home!
The house is gorgeous and has everything you could ask for. The view from the dining area is phenomenal, and the patio is so pretty and peaceful. We loved having breakfast out there. We didn’t want to leave the house! Infant/Toddler friendly. Kitchen was stocked with clean utensils and plenty of pots, pans, etc. Easy check-in with great communication. Bathtub was lovely. Also really loved the dining room light fixture. Right on 17 mile… my husband had the best time golfing at Spanish Bay. We had an amazing stay.

Absolutely amazing!
This property was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was stocked full of anything you could possibly need. The location was inside 17 mile drive and easy to access Carmel, Big Sur and Monterey. The house was so enjoyable to relax and cook dinner and hang out with family. We will be staying here every time we come to Carmel, we loved it!

Scenic Solitude rocks!
Stayed at Scenic solitude and had a fantastic time. It is the perfect central location for the Monterey Bay peninsula. Carmel Beach, downtown Carmel By The Sea, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium are all within a 5 minute drive. The house itself is in a wooded gated area that is very quiet and serene. Marco was also very responsive to any questions we threw at him. It was the perfect house in the perfect place to kick off our family’s Summer. Thank you Coastal Estates!

Great Property
Very clean property, well managed with nice extra perks including keurig coffee cups and a bottle of introductory wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit while we attended a destination wedding.

Great home for large group!
The property was perfect for 4 adults and three young children. There was more than enough space to be together as well as have separate time when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to cook meals for the whole gang. Home was beautifully appointed, very clean, and the kids loved the hot tub. Also, it was near many activities in Monterey and the surrounding area. Would definitely return.

BEST PROPERTY
We had such a great stay in this property. From the moment we checked in with management to the final day, it was an absolute pleasure. Surprised my best friend with this weekend and the look on her face when we entered the gates of 17 mile drive was priceless. There were 7 of us and we all slept comfortably. The master bedroom closet even had extra rollout twin beds so the house can definitely accommodate more than listed. Saving this property for future stays in the area!!

Labor Day Golf Getaway
Great location! It felt like you were in a mountain enclave yet close to everything that Carmel and Monterey has to offer. The biggest issue with the home is that it has no AC and no ceiling fans. During the September heat wave, even with the house fan on and all of the windows and doors open the upstairs didn't cool down to under 82 degrees at night making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, the home is gorgeous and amazing!

Serene and beyond clean home
My family’s only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer! This home is beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious. Downstairs quarters accompanied my 3 children - all with their own beds - beautifully. Patios were great! We used the firepit and the spa. Marco the property manager was so nice and responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Expectations exceeded
This property is stunning, seeing it in person wowed our family. The property is in a great location. We did reach out to the property manager about one issue and he didn’t answer, and at the end of the trip did mention some things that came up and he didn’t acknowledge what we said (not even a thanks for letting me know)!!! BUT, it shouldn’t take away from how absolutely amazing this place is and what a wonderful time you will have in this home.

This beauty of a property tucked away when you arrive feels like you are coming home. The house and property are beautiful and setup so wonderful to enjoy time just relaxing or sharing a meal together. loved th home! very nicely updated and furnished. Great decks and fire pit! Nice hot tub.
We enjoyed home very much. It felt very comfortable and clean. The only negative was the lack of hot water. Cold showers aren't our favorite.

Great property, ideal location and very clean. The property is a new listing however, don't let that stop you from booking because of lack of reviews. We enjoyed the home, fire pit, ping pong table, and bbq. The beds were very nice as well as all the amenities. The kitchen was well supplied. One item to keep in mind is there are several stairs to navigate, so just be aware (hence the beautiful views). We would return, Mary
