"Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. "Otimo resort, nao tenho o que reclamar exceto as bebidas, principalmente a cerveja, que vinham quente ou so frescas e para nós, brasileiros, cerveja quente é um ultraje rs, mas como eles nao tem o habito de beber alcool creio nao ter a menor noção dessa infelicidade. Enfim, passamos otimos dias nesse all inclusive."

"Grand oasis is perfect hotel-coming 2 times here already.good beach,normal rooms. But the best is food.its really fantastic!Thank you so much for this for Head Chef and all staff in the restaurant area❤ If just to improve cleaning in the rooms and customer service of some staff in reception-wont be any issues at all. Will come again for sure for a relaxing atmosphere."

"I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "
