O quarto com acesso direto à piscina é muito bom, moderno e bonito. A limpeza do resort é excelente e a equipe de recepção muito atenciosa. O café da manhã quando no buffet foi muito bom, porém quando foi transferido para à la carte, o serviço ficou muito aquém, com demora e erro na entrega dos pratos, sendo que não tinha muitos hóspedes.

Hotel simpático e bem localizado.
Publicado em 5 de abr de 2017 na HotelsA estadia foi simpática. A praia de Patong deixa a desejar, mas a localização era óptima! O único senão do hotel foi um ruído permanente que incomodava durante a noite e que julgo ser de um gerador ou outra máquina qualquer!

The staff here are excellent and professional people. They take pride in serving customers and each interaction I had with the desk was great. They were attentive and there was never a long line

お弁当をお願いしてましたが、行き違いでか、準備されてませんでした。翻訳機で受付の方にもご理解頂いていたのに残念です。チェックアウト後の預けていた荷物を取りに来たら、スタッフがなかなか来てくれなかった、２１時前で人手が足りなかったかも知れませんがもう少し早く対応して欲しかったです。

I love how I got a nice warm cookie at check in. It was a nice surprise!
The wed foam party bbq was amazing with the dj and the swim-up bar.
Food and drink prices were reasonable considering you’re at a 5 star hotel.
The only thing I didn’t like is having to put the key in the key holder just for the electrically to come on.It’s definitely a different concept for me personally but of course some may be used to that I'm just not.
Overall, I will be a returning guest!
