The staff is friendly on the human level (one of us who had birthday got a bottle of sparkling wine eg.), but when it comes to the duties, everything goes not so well.
The calculations for price for the rooms were done incorrently (we choose to pay cash initially). We are supposed to get a refund now, but it's been more then a month since we checked out (not without an issue), and we are still waiting, although when it came to charding cards, it has been done in 30 mins from another country. The communication with the hotel is poor, almost all of the mails remain unanswered. The communication betweem the reception shifts is absent, being informed once, the rest doesn't know that there is only one person who pays the whole party. The whole trip in the internal paperwork has been signed to a 7yo guest.
What's also important that the hotel finds itself above a night club, so those guests who have their windows facing the yard will have hard time sleeping.
