Otima localização e apartamento muito bom.
Tivemos imprevisto para entrar por conta da greve dos transportes na França. Mas a proprietária se mostrou empenhada desde o início para resolver. O que de fato aconteceu, é deu tudo certo. A responsável pelo check-in também, Yoyo, muito atenciosa e prestativa. Localização excelente do apartamento. Recomendo e certamente retornaria! Obrigada!

Lovely property
The apartment was nicely decorated and laid out, towels, linens and dishes were high quality, and the central location in the Latin Quarter couldn't be beat! Easy walk to three different metro stations, many bakeries and affordable restaurants, and a large 3 day/wk market. The property manager Ms Yoyo was very responsive. I enjoyed my week here and would definitely stay again!

Very Inhospitable Owner-Beware of Cancellation Policy
Our communications with the owner regarding our stay prior to arrival were awful. Within 24 hours of making our reservation we had a personal circumstance come up so we wanted to cancel our stay and reschedule for another time. We contacted VRBO and requested a cancellation. The VRBO representative said he would contact the owner on our behalf to cancel as she had a no cancellation policy, but since we were within 24 hours there should be no problem. When he called us back we were told the owner adamantly refused to grant us a cancellation and was actually quite rude to him. We then tried to call her to explain our situation but she would not accept our calls . She did finally did text us back and all she said was that under no circumstances could we cancel and if we didn't plan to visit we would forfeit the total amount we had paid. We again attempted to call her to , but she wouldn't speak with us. So we texted and asked if we could just get a credit for a future visit but she was not even considerate enough to ever reply. We are owners of a vacation rental that we have had listed on VRBO for 13 years and have never treated a guest this way. We certainly regret that we chose this rental. Just be aware that the entire cost of the rental is due up front and there is absolutely no cancellation possible as soon as you click on the confirm rental button. We did end up going on the trip and had a delightful time as we love Paris. On site manager is great

Dear Peter It is unfortunate that you gave us two stars, as the hostess, Ms. Yoyo said that you raved about our apartment. It is clearly stated on the agreement when you rent the apartment, that it is nonrefundable. Most people take out their own separate insurance, which is very inexpensive. When you canceled, you said that there was a personal reason for which it would be impossible for you to make the trip. I am so glad that after finding out that it was nonrefundable, you managed to find a way to come to the apartment and follow through on your vacation plans. I have over 95 five star reviews and I am sorry that you use this venue to vet your frustration that I was not able to alter the rules and policy for you.

Lovely flat, responsive hosts
Property was quiet and secure and in a perfect location. Lots of nice restaurants and wine and cheese shops nearby but also close to 2am post-bar crepes. Quiet building on a very quiet street, good internet for working, lots of room, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location!
Spent 8 nights here on our first trip to Paris and it was a perfect location to immerse yourself in the atmosphere and feel part of this historic neighborhood and be able to walk to the Seine, the Caberet, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame, etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, Yoyo made checkin so easy and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We loved being able to walk a few steps to boulangerie, market and restaurants, my favorite the cozy library nook at Delmas. It was very special to stay in such an historic area where at one end of our street was the apartment where Hemingway lived and at the other end a first century Roman arena excavated in 1869.

Perfect Stay!
The unit is in a fun and convenient location, spacious by Paris standards, has an up to date bath and appliances and washer dryer! We have stayed in other rentals in Paris but this was the best. Also the property manager, Yoli, is a gem and a delight. We will absolutely return to Rue Rollin again.

Great location and service!
The place is in a very good central location, extremely safe and beautiful surroundings. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas in a short walking distance. The place looks like in the pictures, it was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very friendly and nice. Paris is a great city, and this apartment is located in one of the best areas there is. I would go back. The only room for improvement would be getting a better AC unit or central AC to cover the entire apartment. It here is no AC in the bed room and the one in the family room is not very efficient. Also the Wi-Fi was not working but we did not care.

Art immersion
The apartment was very cheery, yellow walls, colorful artwork and comfortable even though it was older as are most. Having AC was essential and washer and dryer a big plus. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and lots of info, books, and brochures about France and Paris. We were greeted by Ms Yoyo who was very helpful and reassuring to us to have a contact while in Paris. Also a welcome basket of goodies was very appreciated. The bathroom with a tub and shower was a luxury. The apartment was close to 2 subway lines which was very convenient and our neighborhood was terrific. After 3 and a half weeks we felt like Parisians as we sat in a cafe at our local circular Contrescarpe cafe social center. Many nice restaurants in the area. We were in Paris to attend an Art History course at the American University in Paris and access to all the museums was easy by the metro. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much.

Great Apartment in Great location
We really enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. The A/C really came in handy during our stay and that is rare for Paris. The property managey, Ms Yoyo was great to work with and very nice and helpful in so many ways from finding us transportation from the Airport to restaurant recommendations. The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location with great restaurants nearby, away from the huge crowds near other locations in Paris, and a great central point to stay and visit all that Paris has to offer. We would definitely stay again and look forward to doing so in the future.

Paris Stay
This was the perfect place to be... great location. They check in was very easy. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The Best, however, was Yoli, the Wonder Woman who helped us when I realized I booked for 1 day short of our stay. She packed us up & helped find a hotel for 1 night. That goes above & beyond I recommend this apartment!

Comfortable centrally located flat
We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The modern luxuries of a washer, dryer and dishwasher were great, we have kids! Yoli is fantastic (prop manager) and helped us and even babysat. We would return in a heartbeat. Great comfortable stay.

Lovely Latin Quarter apartment
Kiera’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and impressively convenient to the very best sites in the 5e arrondissement. We loved going everywhere on foot and especially appreciated the nearby Jardin des Plantes.

Amazing little Latin Quarter Apt in a Quaint Neighborhood
Love this property. Such a cool little neighborhood with lots of food options and you truly get the feel of being of Paris away from the tourist crowds. The on the ground manager, Ms. Yoyo is awesome. So helpful and friendly. She even helped us get from the airport to the apartment without having to catch a cab. Would definitely come back to this property over and over if I could.

This property was an amazing find during our recent trip to Paris. This was our first vacation there, and we stayed at this property for five nights. The apartment was exactly what was described and is in the heart of Latin Quarter, which is a very good neighborhood in Paris. We were traveling with 2 children, and the apartment was appropriate size to accommodate all of us. There is plenty of space to lounge as well as sleep in the night. The host and the caretaker was very accommodating to our requests and was quite resourceful. The place is a couple of minutes walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, medical shops, and cafés to Satisfy all your needs during your stay there. It is walking distance from the local metro train stations and a five minute cab ride to high speed trains that travel across Europe. The place is clean and has every possible amenity you can think of that you would need on a vacation with kids. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Paris, if this location is available at that time. The check-in and checkout were very smooth and the neighborhood is super quiet in the night when you rest. The kitchen and restroom are quite large enough and four people can sleep very spaciously.

Winter Paris getaway
This rental was so unexpectedly exactly what we needed. We were away from the tourist part of the city and felt like we got a much better feel for life in Paris. Restaurants, shoos and the metro are so close. The beds were really comfortable, even when I had to sleep on the pullout couch to support a child having a nightmare…and THAT was even comfortable! Highly recommend!

Amazing Apartment in a Wonderful Location
The apartment was spacious, clean and wonderfully located. Keira and Ms. Yoyo, the hostess, were accessible and very helpful in learning about the area. The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood close filled with restaurants and small shops. And the metro is only one block away. A wonderful place to stay to experience Paris!

Se Magnifique, great property, location, Yoli was very helpful. Walkable neighborhood, don’t miss the 2000 year old Roman Amphitheater where gladiators fought just 150 steps away nor all the college kid bars and restaurants near by. Walked to the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and even to Notre Dame and the Louvre one day, good bedding, full kitchen, washer/dryer, would love to come back some day, No faults with apartment

Location-Comfort-Amenities!
This was our first visit to Paris and wanted to live in the heart of Paris and be with locals! We absolutely got it! The neighborhood was wonderful with lots of bars, eateries, and shops to visit. Close walk to metro systems to reach all of Paris attractions. The apartment was secure, quiet, and had all the amenities one would want or need. This was a wonderful visit for us.

Safe, Quiet, and in the Middle of the Action
This was the easiest arrival I have ever had at a rental. The host met me on the street and helped me into the apartment. She showed me how everything works and offered me suggestions for anything I needed. The apartment was clean, sweet, and easy to live in. It was in a great neighborhood on a pedestrian only road, so ZERO traffic noise. The apartment is only one short flight upstairs in a safe neighborhood. In August the small air conditioner was a life saver. Everything the listing claims is true. The owner is an American, so there are several small amenities that will make you feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay.

There might not be a better place!
I was traveling to France with my two 2 17 year old teenagers. It was our first trip to France. I waited until the last minute to book a property due to the Covid concern. I can’t rate all the benefits in order of property, they all tie for first place. Let me just share with you all the benefits. Location phenomenal a two minute walk to the Metro station, a 15 minute walk to the Luxembourg Station which brings you in from CDG airport. Safe, quiet, building with super location to cafés, bakery, museums, dining, shops, all within a 10 minute walk. Just down the street to the local market for all your fresh fruit, vegetables, butcher, cheese shop and your gelato. We ate locally near our home often and we would be out strolling until one or two in the morning without any concern. Yolie assist you with checking. She greets you with a huge smile at the property and walks you through the property so you know the ins and outs of everything. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was an abundant of wonderful towels, and the kitchen is stocked for everything you would ever need to cook. My son rose every morning and ran to a famous landmark for his morning run. He ran to the Bastille day monument, Notre Dame, the Eiffel tower, the Luxembourg gardens, just to name a few. I would probably say the one thing I am most happy about this property is I don’t have to search for another property on my next trip to Paris. It’s without a doubt I will stay here again next year.

A lovely stay in the Sorbonne/Latin Quarter area!
We had a wonderful stay at Keira's property which is a <10 minute walk from the Panthéon. The Jardin du Luxembourg is about 5 minutes beyond that, and overall the apartment provides amazing access to the beauty of Parisian gardens, cafes and restaurants of all types and price points, and the finest shops and boutiques. We found it to be a perfect size for our family of four, and the A/C made the hottest afternoon hours much more pleasant, although we did not need it in the evenings (daytime highs reached the mid-90s during our stay, evenings were down in the mid- to hi-60s). Clean and neat with all the comforts of home, we found this apartment to be a perfect home away from home. Thank you also to our local host, Yoyo, who met us when we arrived and walked us through all the details of the property and the immediate neighborhood. We would highly recommend and definitely would stay again ourselves.

Great Experience
We had a fantastic stay in Paris, and this apartment was a huge part of our time there. Prior to our arrival, the host communicated rapidly. Madame Yoyo was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and stepped us through everything in addition to providing some suggestions for nearby activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, perfectly located, and ideal for the three of us. One note - I normally hate foldout couch/beds, but this one is incredibly comfortable. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Paris is always lovely, even in the heat
Dear Keira, Tomorrow we leave for home and we'd like to thank you for the use of your apartment. It has been a wonderful stay for us, and Paris even in the heat is still Paris. We are fortunate to have your air conditioner. We've seen wonderful old friends, eaten well and too much, and walked 15,000 steps a day. Yoli has been very helpful and patient with us explaining the TV, washing machine, and wifi...And we loved Lilane, its food is excellent and only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Perfect location

Wonderful place
This was our first trip to Paris and we loved our stay at Keira's place. The location is great, in the Latin Quarter walking distance to to cafes, gorgeous Luxembourg garden, Jardin des Plantes, and many boulangeries to pick up croissants in the morning. I believe its close to the train station but we walked or ubered everywhere. We loved Les Papilles restaurant and Kehribar (must go, great food, hilarious owner!), Rue Mouffetard, all walking distance. Ms. Yoli is so friendly and welcomed us warmly, showing us around the apartment when we arrived. The bathroom is spacious, beds and sheets very comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We didn't cook during our stay but everything a chef would need is there. We enjoyed the welcome basket too! Keira and Yoli are great hosts, very responsive to any concerns or questions you may have. They try to provide the best experience possible for their guests. My only regret in writing this review is that Keira's place may be booked next time we go to Paris! Thank you Keira and Yoli, hope to see you next year!

Fantastic experience staying in the Latin Quarter
We stayed here as a family of 4 in April and really enjoyed the apartment from the moment we arrived. It retained some original features, was comfortable and cozy, away from busy streets so very quiet, and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The location was excellent. It was steps away from a really vibrant area of the Latin Quarter with a plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and food shops. Also within walking distance of many key attractions in Paris, 5 minutes away from 2 Metro lines, and 15 minutes walk to RER B at Luxembourg which connects directly to Charles de Gaulles airport. What also made our overall experience so positive was the personal contact in advance of our stay with the owner Keira and local contact Yoli who were both very welcoming and helped with some logistical planning for the trip. Yoli met us at the apartment on our arrival, explained everything about the apartment, and advised on someone local amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and really hope I can find an excuse to stay again!

Great experience with my very first VRBO rental with Keira in Paris
I stayed with my two teenagers in this well stocked and tastefully decorated apartment. My host Keira was amazing from start to finish. She is very responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She provided me with fantastic resources and helped us with all logistics - transport to CDG, local places to eat, museums to see, places to avoid and Covid related information. The apartment is in a very safe and lively location. I walked back late with kids to streets still filled with people but once inside the apartment there is no street noise. It has a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, modern appliances and felt very spacious for our family of 3. Walkable to the train stations and since we are a very active family we walked to the Louvre and Muse de Orsay. Pantheon is a very convenient walk as well. Keira have us great recommendations for food and helped arrange a macaroon baking class for us. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Keira and Yoyo (local property manager) communicated with us throughout the stay and since it was surprisingly cold for us Georgia dwellers they thoughtfully turned up the heat and the water temperature. I can't recommend this property and my host enough.

Thank you so much for your kind review. Our priority is making sure that you have a wonderful time and are able to find all the exciting and hidden gems that Paris has to offer. The maccaron class is a hidden gem, a cooking class that is really meant for Parisians. But as I mentioned, you don’t need to speak French to be able to take it, because the chefs speak English. Perfect location
Cosy and very well equipped apartment in a perfect location and quiet rue for exploring Paris.We loved the nearby food market at place Monge, the fine cheese shops, groceries, butchers etc.

Awesome accommodations & location
Keira made the entire process incredibly comfortable. Having an English speaking person (Yoyo) to meet us, help us get settled in and answer several questions was a very nice luxury. The neighborhood is very safe with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Metro stations were conveniently located and allowed us to see all of Paris that we wanted to. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Paris. Thank you Keira & Yoyo!

We very much enjoyed our stay and this was an excellent base for our visits. A very short walk to two metro stations and many more reasonable restaurants of the Latin Quarter were great, as we're all the markets, butchers, bakeries, etc that were within 1-2 blocks of the apartment. The space itself was very welcoming, and we were happy to stay in and cook meals / were happy to have access to laundry in the unit. Combined with a very nice hostess it was a great experience.

Lovely apartment in a superb location
We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location could not be better -- close enough to the vibrant atmosphere of Place de la Contrescarpe but far away enough to avoid the noise. The apartment is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is enormous! We will definitely book this apartment again in the future. And many thanks to Yoyo for her warm welcome.

We had a lovely time at this well appointed VRBO. Yoyo was our hostess and she met us on arrival. She gave us a through orientation of the unit and the surrounding area. The unit is close to bistros, bars, metro, and the Jardin des Plantes. Getting around was very easy. Happening spot!

Perfect apartment, perfect location
We loved staying in this apt for the week. So convenient to two metro stops, Pantheon, cafes, markets, and close to the Jardin de Luxembourg for runs and strolls. Yoyo met us and gave us the lay of the land: how to use the entryway system, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. Highly recommend this apt. We will be back!

Great Location
Over the past 35 years we have stayed in several different neighborhoods. This is now our favorite and we intend to return. The apartment is cosy and clean, the host charming and responsive.

Great apartment!
Perfect location in the 5th, close to everything and near a metro stop. Quiet at night unlike many Paris apartments so you can sleep undisturbed. Only one flight of stairs to the apartment. Very clean upon arrival. Comfortable beds (including the sofa bed). Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. Heat worked well (we stayed in winter). Nice towels. Having a washer AND a dryer was helpful (most Paris apartment rentals don't have both - and we've rented plenty.) Kitchen is small but well equipped. The caretaker (Yoyo) was great and so is the owner, who was very prompt with all her responses. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful Paris Experience!
This is a great property, and a great VRBO experience. Booking and communication with the owner Keira is quick and accurate. The local property manager Yoyo is super helpful, met us at the apartment and gave us a "Grand Tour" and was exceptionally helpful in setting up alternative transportation options to and from Charles de Gualle airport during a major transit strike that occurred when we were there. Yoyo checked in during our time to see if anything was needed. The place is spotless. The bedroom and bathroom are good sized. The kitchen is well supplied. The location can not be better. A block away from Rue Mouffetard with its great variety of multi-ethnic restaurants and a happening night scene. The place is quiet. Rue Rollin where it is located is on a quiet dead end street. We were three with an adult child on the fold out couch. We were all comfortable. We would stay there again without question and would not look for any other place if this one were available. We really hope to return.

Great stay in the Latin Quarter!
We loved staying in Keira's quaint apartment in the LQ! The location is ideal for families... just a block away from the subway, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks and the everything else you need for a great stay. We really appreciated how clean the apartment was and sheets were crisp and the linen was changed just before our arrival and smelled great. As a family travelling with toddler twins, cleanliness and hygiene along with amenities is on top of our list and this one ticked all those boxes. Upon our arrival we were greeting by the effervescent Ms YoYo who immediately made us feel welcome and helped us through out our stay... such a great touch! Yes, there's a grumpy neighbor downstairs who bangs the ceiling if the kids make even the slightest noise (how annoying), but we ignored him and didn't let it bother us in the least bit... but we are from NYC and used to apartment living. I can see how this can bother a family visiting for a longer duration. If I had any suggestions for the host, it would be to keep a handy list of helpful tips - like a top 10 of the neighborhood (closet subway, park, recommendations etc) in a laminated folder, along with a top 10 list of tips for the apartment (where are the toys kept, where are the kids books << we missed these completely!... best setting for washer.dryer, best setting for dishwasher etc). That would certainly be very helpful. Also maybe update the bath and hand towels... some of them have certainly seen better days and can be refreshed :) We hope to return soon!
