Bom mas podem melhorar
Foi bem bacana por estar próximo a Disney, o hotel é confortável mas o atendimento do bar e restaurante precisa melhorar muito. Na recepção tem um indiano que tem esquema com uber clandestino, achei bem perigoso e eles geralmente não querem dar troco. No demais, café da manhã excelente, hotel confortável. Falta atração para as crianças e entretenimento para os adultos. Voltaria ao hotel

O hotel é apenas conveniente para famílias que vão para a Disneyland Paris. Mas o custo benefício não compensa. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor e mais organizado, o atendimento mais simpático e o quarto um pouco mais espaçoso pelo valor que é cobrado.

Nice hotel close to disneyland Paris that offers shuttle ride from 9am until midnight. Prima accommodatie in de buurt van Disney. Wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt als voor overnachting voor het inchecken in een Disney hotel. Shuttle bus is handig voor het bezoeken van Disney village of het park. Voornamelijk het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Parkeren wel erg duur en er is geen alternatief.

Excellent shuttle bus service to Disney. Buffet breakfast was fautless and good quality. One evening meal there was good, and excellent value compared to disneylands offerings. Room was standard. For the price it's 5 stars.

Staff were very good but we had to change room due to noise and too hot. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking, never had to do that before at similar hotels around Disney. Shower screen doesn’t stop water going all over the bathroom floor and bedclothes had holes in.

Quiet, convenient for Disneyland, spacious, well kept communal spaces and fairly good breakfast and dining facilities. Good regular bus service to DIS. Quality of mattresses and bedding poor, so not the best for a good nights rest. Our room was not cleaned or tidied in our 3 day stay. Had to request more toilet rolls, shower gel etc from front desk. Two large towels provided for 4 people. Felt more like keeping costs low than a sustainability initiative. All in, a well located property offering reasonable value, let down by attempts to run staffing and services a bit too lean.

I got food poisoning, which ruined most of my day with the family at Disneyland. Other than that, only 1 of 3 lifts where operational, the food bath to enter the pool was disgusting and full of rubbish, no bath stopper so no bath for our youngest.
