Relaxing beach accommodation
Perfect little spot to explore kapiti coast. The place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. Thanks Joy!

Lovely Holiday at the Beachside Studio
We loved our holiday at the Beachside studio. . It had privacy and a nice view, close to restaurants and a walk away from the beach. The shower was absolutely amazing with the water pressure, great bed and bedding, cute little outdoor area and we kept warm with the heatpump. We had everything we needed and Joy responded quickly if we had any questions or queries. Loved the small touches like makeup remover in the bathroom, wipes, milk for coffee, beach towels, chromecast for easy streaming and recommendations for restaurants. 10/10 would definitely stay again. 😊

Great Get Away
The location was perfect for us, easy walking distance from the beach, shop, restaurants etc. Lovely and very comfortable, Joy was awesome to deal with. Will look at staying their again for a weekend get away.

Quiet, private, and relaxing

Perfect place!
This studio was perfect for me and my spoodle whilst we were on Granny duties in Paraparaumu. Very comfortable and great shower. Lots of little extra touches too like make up removal items, actual shampoo and conditioner and bliss balls. Joy is a fantastic host even helping me with the internet. I really appreciated the heat pump and lighting on having driven in the dark and pouring rain. Will definitely stay again.

This studio was just lovely! I stayed 3 nights and would love to return. It’s right by the beach and easy to get to the shops. If you’re going to Kapiti Island, the boat there leaves from close by. Even the bed was super comfortable. And the host is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions, but not at all intrusive.

I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay with us and the beach walks, we are so lucky to be just across the road. I hope the wedding went well, our sunny weather certainly helps make stays here so enjoyable.

Quiet location , right along from access for dog part of beach. Arrived to food treats , visually beautiful apparentment, everything top quality....towels , shampoos , liquid soaps ect.

Beautiful stay away
Couldn't fault our stay away. Felt so private like we weren't near anyone else. Beach was a stone throw away which our 8 month old pup absolutely LOVED! Weather and studio was simply perfect. Would definitely stay again if we had the chance. It was a pleasure to experience a slice of paradise 🙏

Lovely well appointed Studio
Lovely little studio. Had everything we needed for our short break in Wellington to visit family. Host was very responsive and even turned on the lights for us for our unexpected late arrival. We had milk in the fridge and a sweet treat which was much appreciated. Fantastic location, and lovely fenced off outside area. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Thank you.

Warm and cozy by the beach
Lovely warm, comfortable, private studio near the beach and all amenities. Book in was late as the cleaner for the property had gone home sick, and this was reflected in the preparation for our visit (small things like an empty sugar bowl and near-empty toilet roll). Joy did communicate with us about this though and apologised for the delay. The studio was warm and cozy for our very rainy visit and the only improvement we could suggest is better facilities for preparing a meal (even a small electric grill or sandwich toaster) and somewhere to sit and eat (the lovely outdoor patio was too wet for our stay)

Very clean and comfy studio, quiet and private, very handy location to shops and just across road from beach, well-equipped with everything needed and some lovely extras, little platter and milk provided on arrival, able to bring dog, highly recommended.

Lots of nice features and thoughtful touches, but truthfully a very small area lacking in some basic necessities like a suitable surface to eat from. Access to the unit via a very steep staircase so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

A little gem!
A lovely little place - small but more than adequate for a couple. All we needed was there... and so well presented. Great communication with the landlady. A short stroll to the beach, the coffee shops and restaurants at Paraparaumu Beach.

Perfect Placement in Paraparaumu Beach
I did enjoy renting this lovely studio because it was within walking distance to so much including the fabulous beach! Also I am very grateful to Joy for being able to bring my cat Omega to stay with me! A great place to stay!

Kapiti family time.
Great little studio to base our stay in Kapiti. Easy access to beach and local facilities. It made for a relaxed time as we caught up with family and enjoyed time in the local area. The studio had everything we ended and our host supplied some treats which was pleasantly unexpected. Love to use this studio in the future for our visits back down in Kapiti.

Lovely Little Studio
This studio will not disappoint! Very thoughtfully appointed with lots of personal touches which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a short stroll to cafes, bars, supermarkets and restaurants - not to mention the beach! As this place is brand new it’s fresh and clean and a pleasure to chill out in after cruising round the Kapiti area. Comfortable bed, off street parking and easy check in process. Everything you need for weekend away! We hope to be back again one day!

Lovely birthday getaway!
Me and my partner stayed here for our birthday getaway. Would like to say a big thank you to Joy who was nothing but amazing during our stay. The studio was perfect for me and my partner, clean, warm, cosy and had all amenities needed for our stay (wifi, chromecast etc) including a lovely birthday cake (plus lovely little touches to the room that were added). The studio is private and quiet. Joy was always available if we had any questions or needed help. We will be back and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway :)
